I think the reason as to (at least some) of these cars aren't being added is because some of the cars you mentioned - the Toros in particular - is so fast its borderline NRP. I understand that the Urus exists IRL but if everyone had access to the Toros then other SUVs would go obsolete overnight since the Toros beats them by quite the large margin. Same goes for cars like the Phariah and etc.

While I was banned I tried roleplaying on other servers besides Eclipse because Eclipse was my 1st RP server. I noticed that there was an unfamiliar rule in some other servers that we cannot 'chain rob' someone. By chain robbing it basically means we cannot spam "hands hands" to every person we see and take their things. There is a limit to how much value one can rob and if one is to do chain robberies they must show excellent roleplay otherwise might be warned or later punished. Seeing as you think the cause of this problem is people too afraid to leave Bank because they will get robbed then maybe stopping people from conducting very low RP robberies can be another plausible solution. While the some people might not agree with the rule it should be effective in stopping people from just robbing anyone they see and only shouting "hands." It should also promote civilian roleplay since the only thing 'civilians' really do right now are stand outside the Bank unless they have a job like LSC or DCC.

Changes need to be made about the Bank being used as a place for people to hang out, it just doesn't make sense. Quite recently I tried getting in contact with a pretty big sized gang. I saw one of their members on the street and asked to speak to their leader etc. the usual questions. When he hit the leader up I was expecting for us to meet at their neighborhood or maybe Strawberry where it makes sense for african-american gangs to convene at, seeing as story wise its a low income neighborhood and even has a drug drop off to symbolize it. Instead, they wanted me to meet at the Bank. Its quite baffling that a known gang would go about recruiting people, in a Bank, just because its a NCZ and everyone is always there. Some changes should be made to stop people from just hanging out, trying to sell 'water pistols', doing borderline NRP like jumping on top of peoples cars and injuring themselves while jumping around using a BMX at Bank. When was the last time you saw someone jumping on top of peoples cars with a bike and gang members talking about recruitment and gun sales at a Bank. This isn't a branch we're about, its the bank in a downtown area. If a NCZ is supposed to symbolize a heavily guarded area I doubt these people would be allowed to assemble and do these things at a bank. I think a good solution should be to add a new NCZ where it makes sense for people to hang out at, make new rules that combats these type of behaviour in 'heavily guarded areas' and actually enforce it. Keep in mind I'm not personally attacking any gangs or people(s) that do these things. The gang I talked about earlier has one of the best gang RPs imo so its not that I don't think they're good roleplayers its just that the Bank is just such a common meetup point people think its normal to convene at one. Didn't know that there was a script when I made the suggestion. But +1 to the manual transmissions. We should be able to choose our transmission type when we order from dealerships and it should cost a lot to get changed at Bayview / LSC so people would have actual upsides to buying stock cars instead of from the markets.

Today I noticed again that the donator counter has changed again. Now it shows the correct amount, but I still have not received my donator role. as you can see, it now shows that I have -5 euros left to donate which means correctly as I donated 105 euros as of now but I still have not received my role.

Recently I noticed that the "... left until donator" number has changed. Previously it was 10 Euros remaining before I donated. After I donated it was still 10 euros left. Now it has suddenly changed into 85 Euros left. I don't know if an admin changed this and it was a mistake but I'm quite certain that I donated more than 15 Euros to the server.

I feel the same way regarding this. I think its fine to place a ticket and a fine for someone speeding but I don't think a script should be allowed to jail someone. Especially because a script can't see the context of the situation. If you we're charged by a camera IRL you would be able to bring it to court if you had a valid reason you might get away with it. Right now whether you're saving someone or running from an assailant you will still be charged. If you we're pulled over by cops you could explain it to them and they won't fine you if you had a valid reason. With cameras there is no negotiation. +1

The Zion Classic from the latest DLC is supported by rage but isn't added yet to the server. The Pariah is available on rage but locked from the server because of its insane performance.

Most of the new cars from the latest DLC should be added. I hopped on GTA Online to try out some of these cars and I believe some of them can contribute as good RP props for some people, cars like the Zion Classic that aren’t necesarily your “not for looks but to win” type of car. I do agree that some cars should remain locked from ECRP that encourage a play to win mentality such as cars that are unrealistically fast for its class like a Phariah that would just dominate races.

I can see the point you’re trying to give here but: 1. Credits are meant to be 100% OOC. Giving people a place to spend credits IG in a place meant for RP can cause problems. It will lead to even further metagaming by saying credits as “bitcoin” or things as such. I think credits should never be mentioned RP wise cause it doesn’t make sense in the first place to be changing your plates with “bitcoin.” 2. VIP is also meant to be OOC. Unless they have a IC designation given to them - which I doubt it will since its pretty unlikely to have ‘expert lawyers’ being bundled with ‘citybee subscriptions’ and ‘government connections for tax evasion’ - then how are you supposed to RP it if you do meet someone on the spot. 3. What about strictly OOC purchases like walking styles and character slots? By removing the F6 menu are you really going to “buy” permission to walk in a different style at the City Hall office? As it is right now, I think the menu serves a purpose. Especially with the new update being given to it, the F6 menu can be quite useful. I don’t think adding these OOC features to an IC location to increase “IC Gameplay” makes sense at the moment. From what I can see, it will probably only take away from the IC gameplay being done at City Hall because its something that is very clearly supposed to serve an OOC purpose not IC. I don’t see in any way how this is meant to encourage RP at the City Halls office.

Well its kinda like that for starter jobs, I agree that they should be better but on the bright side faction jobs have loads of interaction. Once you get enough XP you should join one.

Family Connections Chapter 3 As far as Blackbird is concerned, performance is all that he wants in a car. That being said, you still have to look the part. Blackbird looks no further than the talented mechanics of the Bayview workshop, some of which he knows personally as well. He enters the workshop and is promptly greeted by a few employees that already know who he is. While maintaining anonymity, he asks for a new Pearlescent in the beautiful Blackbird. They accept very much obviously, wanting to work on a hell of a car. After they are done, the beauty is truly one to behold. Midnight races, couldn't get enough of them. The usual races were being held and as usual the Blackbird participated. He would race anyone with a half decent car he could find. Just as the time neared morning, he was doing a regular race with an Elegy Retro like he usually does. To his disbelief he lost the race this time but he remained respectful and the winner was gallant as well. He passes his respects from one driver to the other and gets on his way. One the drive back, just as the morning sun was beginning to rise, something unexpected happened. Blackbird is startled by the sound of a sudden phone ring. He loses his bearings for a moment in the drive but the quickly realize what has happened and pulls over. He turns off his voice modulator located in his mask and answers the phone call from an anonymous caller. "Hello?" was heard from the phone, though Blackbird remained silent. "----, its me, its your brother." Blackbird was shocked as he has not heard from his brother for quite the while. "Tyson, is that really you?" "It is, I need you to come home." Blackbird remained silent hearing this. "Its them again, I need your help." Blackbird realizes what is going on back in his home city, he does not reply but nods in understanding then hangs up the phone and turns his modulator back on again. *sighs* "its gonna be a long drive back." Blackbird makes sure the car is safely parked in a private parking lot in the city. He paid for an extended parking period with a hefty sum, but the safety of the Blackbird is his priority. He returns home and packs his items, but he leaves his mask at home fearing it might draw suspicion to him in an International Airport. He rolls down his luggage and calls a taxi and he gets on his way to LSIA. One flight later and he lands in the Golden State, his home city. He breathes in the fresh San Francisco air and breathes a sigh of relief. "Home sweet home." He takes a taxi to his childhood home, barely being occupied by anyone and opens up the garage. An old Ruiner belonging to himself from his high-school years is still waiting for him in the garage. "It ain't the bird I guess, but it will do." He takes off the sheet protecting the Ruiner from dust and takes the old car keys from the rack. Taking a while to start up, it eventually does with a roar a muscle car would have. "I've missed you." He drives to the Golden Gate bridge to head to his destination, Oakland. After a long drive across the bay area, Blackbird eventually reaches the home of his brother in the neighborhoods of Oakland. He steps out the car and takes a look at the driveway. He notices the brand new Hakuchou bike his brother has bought alongside his regular sedan. He breathes a deep sigh before walking up and knocking. Before he even gets the chance to knock, the door is opened to the face of a surprised Tyson. "----! You're really here!" They hug each other without hesitation and walks inside. They get to business very quickly, talking about what has happened since Blackbird left the state. An old African-American gang who call themself the Tezcas has been harassing Tyson's business ever since he decided to go clean. The Tezcas were a gang Tyson was previously affiliated with, this affiliation led to Tyson eventually being jailed and his parents sick of it decided to move to San Andreas as well. Tyson treated this as a wakeup call and has since then decided to open a workshop in Oakland. The Tezcas tried to use this to their advantage and traffic drugs through the workshop, Tyson declined. It started with a few broken windows and ended with his workshop being set on fire. Tyson knowing there is no one else to look help to, calls his estranged brother in San Andreas. Blackbird agrees with Tyson that the Tezcas has went too far with what they did and that he would make them pay. Tyson smiles in agreement and he opens his basement door, he reveals that he didn't go completely clean after his arrest and instead still owned a pair of sub-machineguns in the basement. They both take the weapons and get into gear. Knowing that Blackbird left his mask in Los Santos, he decided to go in using a regular mask though he did keep his modulator. The plan was set, take revenge on the Tezcas by destroying their business back. The Tezcas should learn to fear the brothers to prevent any future harassment by them. It started with hitting a few drug operations being run by the Tezcas. It soon escalated to firefights involving them. The two tried to keep it as low profile attacks but that isn't always possible. When they raided the houses used by Tezcas for drug making they quickly realized it was an ambush. They head to their respective vehicles and make a run for it from the Tezcas. Tyson made it out very easily using his Hakuchou bike but the Ruiner is a different story. The Tezcas eventually catch up to Blackbird and causes him to crash. Seeing no escape, Blackbird takes out his last resort weapon and a gunfight occurs. Obviously, a big gunfight like this in the middle of the city attracted police. Thankfully, Blackbird managed to escape with the skin of his teeth and return to his safehouse. During their 3 weeks of terrorizing the Tezcas they finally concede to Tyson. They arrange a meeting between the ringleader of Tezcas and Blackbird alongside Tyson, they come to the agreement to finally stop attacking each other and hurting each others profit. Finally Blackbird forces them to pay for the destruction of Tyson's workshop, although at first denying the request they finally give in in order to protect any more money from being lost. Blackbird stayed around to see Tyson's workshop finally starting to be rebuilt before saying goodbye to Tyson. They say farewell and has agreed to try and stay on good terms with each other. Blackbird returns his Ruiner to the old garage before taking a taxi back to the Airport. The next day he arrives back to Los Santos and is glad to be back to the city.

Now this is a faction I can get behind. Non nobis domine
