Making external buildings by maybe via the building mechanic we have already might make the area extremely laggy though. Atleast thats what I think might happen.

Are we ever gonna get the "new stock" or what lmao, I wanna buy a car but if a new gets added right after I'll be dissappointed.

Very simple, when you buy a new car IRL it has benefits such as insurance, new engine, new paint job etc. basically will run as you expect it to. However if you buy a 2nd hand car IRL you have downsides such as a high mileage, an old engine, maybe some scrapes here and there etc. What I suggest is that for dealership cars to have some sort of advantage compared to car market cars as they really should. Since they are after all brand new.

I think people are missing the point of my suggestion. YES, I do realize that it already falls under fear RP when someone RP’s taking a knife on you. However, what I’m saying is that this should be added as an example in the rulebook. Although it does say that it isn’t limited to the examples however it wouldn’t hurt if it was added as an example.

Alright I’d like to start this off by saying that I appreciate refunds are even a thing in the first place. It takes a lot of time and effort to administrate a server this large that at the end of the day is just a game. When someone commits a rulebreak that leads to you losing your legal weapon (e.g. person breaks fear rp leading you to die and your weapon missing) or something else that is valuable (radios, gps, clothing etc.) not every time you will be able to post a refund for the simple fact that its under $25,000 in value. Maybe that amount should not necessarily be reduced but give more members of the staff team access to refund commands. When a rulebreak is pointed out and the weapons are missing (PD /takeguns that make guns disappear) a moderator or admin even can’t give you back your items. If more members of the team had access then small incidents that get taken care of IG can be resolved very quickly without having to jump through hoops at forum refund requests that can take a few days to weeks or even avoid getting your refund straight up denied due to it being only $10,000 in value. Some people might point out that this could be abused if given to lesser ranking members of the team. However, I feel that administrators should be trust worthy enough to be granted this sort of power. It could also help a lot of people who lose their hard earned stuff to a rulebreaker that eventually gets punished. Cheers.

I don’t know if the new update removes the feature to name change using IC currency or not but yes I do agree it should be at PD. I think it makes more sense to get the chance to RP doing some paperwork with the officer on the desk when changing your name. +1 Also, can relate on the credits part because I’m from Indonesia and it was a struggle for me to buy credits at first as well. Although I’ve found a workaround through 3rd party people, try to look for trusted 3rd party services to do online paypal transactions that you pay with cash.

What I meant is lawfully, as far as I know you're not allowed to carry rifles in the city and not allowed to shoot unless a distance away from settlements.

Straightforward. F6 credit store was recently given a flashy new UI, could the same be done for F4? F4 right now is still very.... eh. I mean its usable for the small instances it is used but would be even better if they gave some more love to it rather than just the F6 menu. Maybe make the new UI style the same for every menu, like the server restart teleport which still looks like the old F4 and F6 menu. Personally I love the new UI, makes Eclipse feel less like a server for a mod and more like a standalone game. What could be better if they used the same template for every other OOC menu, would be cool to see.

Sanada was carrying a few kilograms worth of weed in his bag and was pulling up to the bank, just another ordinary day it seemed. At the bank, he saw Mikael Cowell a police officer in his cruiser and told Sanada to remove his mask. He did as told and removed his mask before Officer Cowell told Sanada that he was wanted for reckless driving. He didn't want to cooperate and tried to escape with someone on his bike but Cowell tazed him and promptly arrested him. He was found carrying the aforementioned weed and an illegal firearm alongside his licensed one. Just as any officer would do, he was charged and brought to Bollingbroke. At Bollingbroke, the two Correctional Officers processing him was harassing Sanada for being Japanese, he promptly started a fight with one of the Officers and not long after he faked being injured and needing help. Lying on the ground, the two officers carried him to the infirmary room to await a medic from LS. While one of the officers was away and the other writing down notes, Sanada got up and stabbed the officer with his own pen. He took his weapons and not long after 2 medics and the officer from before came into the room shocked. It was a tense situation but not Sanada knew he wasn't going to be able to get escape. Eventually the SWAT team arrives and incapacitates Sanada before he is detained again. It would seem that Sanada will not be seeing the outside world for quite some time... ((A bit late to post the story, this happened a few weeks ago))

Its not a livery as far as I know. Its a different vehicle than the regular speedo. But be warned I heard theres a bug where the trunk is broken.

As I said in the original post, you wouldn't be able to just buy unlimited amounts of shotguns using a license. You can only buy 1 or at max 2 after quite some time. I also said that you shouldn't be allowed to carry and definitely not fire a rifle in the city. You should only be allowed to use them in Blaine County and outside places like LS or Paleto. I don't think that this will put civilians on the same level as Law factions or Official gangs. Keep in mind Official gangs can import automatic weapons aswell and so can Law factions. I also think that the price to buy a legal rifle should be much more expensive (paperwork etc.) than to buy an illegal imported one, to balance things out.

It has been suggested numerous times before, but +1 from me. Its strange how a car I bought with real life cash can't be transfered.

Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. What I want to suggest is that when you’re being held up by a knife / melee weapon, you would obviously be under fear RP. But, thats not quite the case as I’ve seen numerous people just run after being held at close range with a knife. Its unreasonable to think that you would be able to pull out your weapon or resist in ridiculous ways while you are pointed at with a sharp object. While technically, if I took those situations to the forums they might be handled as a breach of Fear RP but, it would be much easier if they just included an example of Fear RP using a melee weapon in the rulebook. Example: When you are on foot and a sharp weapon is held at you in close range It would be a very simple addition and might spare some people from having to argue wether he was under Fear RP or not. Leave me your thoughts down below.

I dont understand what so ludicrous of the suggestion. Its very common in America to sell rifles and that is where GTA V is taking place.

Thats why I said it should be very strict. You must have a clear reason to own one and must be able to RP as such (in the application form you must be able to write a convincing story of why you would want one). You must already own a PF license first for quite some time before getting an "extended" license that allows for shotguns. I'm not asking for auto rifles or semi auto shotguns. I only said hunting rifles which are either bolt action or semi auto and pump shotguns. I actually don't know if muskets exists in the base game though.
