Is this group still active?

Maybe when you enter the neighborhood again it should trigger a ping towards admins / log it somewhere that they broke NLR? In the future when they are being handled for a report the admins could reference that log wether he is a constant rulebreaker or was it a one time slip up.

What determines wether a store has 14k cash or only 2.5k cash? Is it all random? There goes all the times I thought I was being slick by robbing a store and emptying the entire register.
-
I saw this comment which is what made me queston this.

Is it true that money from robbing stores are spawned? I always thought that it was from money not yet collected by the owner. How come some stores have more money than others?
-
Really? I don't recall ever seeing one before? Edit: I've checked some footage of people being killed and no I don't see any message doing so. The only messages you get after respawning at the hospital are the same ones you get when you start bleeding out.

Hey there! Glad to see new people joining Eclipse. Good luck RP’ing as a criminal, personally I prefer Civ RP.
-
When you get injured, you receive a message notifying that if you don’t get help from a medic within a few minutes you will die and lose all your on hand items and cash. Why don’t we send a similar message reminding not to return to the scene of our deaths as we die and respawn at the hospital? I know that people should know that already but new players or some experienced players even may forget and accidentally break NLR. It won’t hurt to implement such a thing. Another thing that would be useful is reminding the party who killed the person that he should also not interact with him for a full 30 minutes. Another way to implement this is that when someone bleeds out everyone within a few meters will receive the message. Cheers!

Now that I think about it, this actually might overinflate the economy even more since spawning in money will be easier. -1

If necessary than that is also an option I could agree with

I mean constant public transportation unlike the bus system would be great also

Are you sure that the only reason is for desync? A train isn't really as fast as a car and they're much more predictable, is it really because of desync only?
-
I agree on that partially. I do agree that some people just play on ECRP to make cash for some reason and maybe they think that its fun but I feel that its out of place in a RP server. I’ve had multiple encounters where instead of just robbing someone I make some RP (e.g. /me kicks him off his feet) and some people just say that they “don’t have time” for that kind of stuff and for me to just get on with robbing him so he can go back to delivering packages.

Automatically gives back items when leaving prison

Definitely agree. Most of the time cops / cos just throw away your stuff because its impossible to sort out which belongs to who without an automated system. Not to mention what if the person who took your stuff is offline? Just doesn’t make much sense. -
We all know that feeling when we first joined the server and we need to do some traveling from the Los Santos to Sandy Shores but we don’t have a car / there aren’t any taxi drivers online. What I suggest is to turn back on the train and let us ride them. I could definitely want to roleplay waiting for the metro or the train either above or below ground in the many stations around the city. I don’t understand why they disabled them in the first place. Maybe it has something to do with desync but I know that some other servers have working trains or even some custom trains and maybe the same could be implemented in Eclipse.

Atsuchika comes from the region of Nagano in Japan. His heritage is of the Sanada Clan, an ancient Japanese clan with only a few remaining. His father is the leader of the Yakuza controlling Nagano, and he always wishes for Atsuchika to take his place. However, Atsuchika has no intention of joining the "family business" and puts shame on his family name by rallying in an anti-organized crime rally event in Nagano. Enraged by this event, his father sent him away to America, in the city of Los Santos. Atsuchika didn't mind this very much, as officially it was an exile but really it was basically the same. Atsuchika went to the University of San Andreas in Los Santos, while his father wanted him to study law, he eventually coped and let Atsuchika pursue his dream of becoming a Web Developer. While in Los Santos, he lived in his father's apartment in Los Santos and has a driver to drive him to and from school. He lived in incredible luxury, riding a Super Diamond around town and living in a large apartment. When he was done with his studies, he refused to return from "exile" and chose to stay in Los Santos. His father still coped to his demands and allowed him to use the driver and sleep in his apartment. Atsuchika worked as an intern for LifeInvader, developing their website with his newly found skills. This did not last long though, as he received an emergency call from his mother telling him to return to Japan. He took the next flight from LSI and as soon as he landed, he was picked up by his lone mother instead of the usual drivers and security. His father has been a victim of a shooting by a rival Yakuza gang, he is hospitalized and barely clinging to life. When the inevitable finally came, the throne of the Yakuza empire his father has built falls onto his eldest son, Sanada Atsuchika. Although at first refused to become the next leader, his father's last wish as he fell into his final resting place convinced him otherwise. Although he was meant to inherit great wealth from his father, a rival Yakuza clan has forced Atsuchika again into exile. He leaves for Los Santos, fearing for his family's life and his own. In Los Santos, he hopes to rebuild the great empire his father had once built, and although needing to leave his comfort zone and suddenly losing his massive wealth. He will adapt and overcome the city.

I think a speeding citation would have been enough, a warrant are you for real?
-
I can't believe they added cameras that will put a WARRANT for your arrest when you "drive recklessly." I'm usually all for new features but this is just absurd, if they wanted to enforce more traffic laws then make cops enforce them more, don't add "cameras" that will just arrest you. You don't even get notified on your phone, and it makes us have to "turn ourselves in" even though no cop wants to do it cause its a waste of time.

They do, its called the newspaper on the weazel subforum

I'm not saying that these are wrong or offensive, if anything I am also guilty of this. Then again, the thread is about gender change for characters and my opinion was just there because the poster mentioned it.

Would love to see this, the GTA V stock market was really great and I’m interested at how this can be applied to ECRP. I think it would be hard to implement it in-game though.

+1 huge plus 1. I wish this was a thing before I had a faction job, it honestly felt like a chore since the only starting job that encourages RP is the bus job, but no one really rides the bus and most people who do don’t RP very much. The starting jobs are really only used to get some money to buy a car / house to get props for the character you want, I wouldn’t mind having that process fastened a bit.

I really agree with this. Definitely true that things like that do happen, but other than that some people just don’t have time to play everyday and its not very realistic when your favorite store is only open at random.
