These suggestions are internal PD suggestions and some of these are already in the PD scripting request document.

You can hand out vehicle keys permanently by typing true after the id.

We now have the Sheriff's Department in-game that has their HQ closer, so this should no longer be an issue. Head Administrators can create these in-game for factions that have different needs as well.

Vehicles are continuously being added. We added a fair few new vehicles a few weeks ago.

Prison times have been increased from the time of this suggestion and the community leadership is not looking to decrease it at this time.

Osvaldon has previously mentioned that credit cars are not going to be tradable. The credit cars for sale is being changed around every so often.
