  1. This was definitely after, my normal glasses option is currently blank, it just shows as nothing.
  2. Spent a lot of time with you, you've always been a real one. Sad to see you go.
  3. Al, Zion, Jake and Jeff met up at Jake’s house late one evening to contemplate and discuss their future, during this discussion it became apparent they were all without an organisation to call their own, between them they had lots of experience leading and partaking in criminal activities and as a result they decided it was best to form their own organisation. After a lengthy meeting they came to the conclusion that this group would be called "The Vanguards". They continued their meeting well into the night, discussing their goals and current situation within the city, it was agreed that the group had to solve whatever conflict or issues were ongoing between themselves and other gangs within the city. The first port of call was Los Aztecas. Jake started by ringing Alicia Rodriguez, a member of the high command within the organisation, a meeting was arranged at one of the Azteca's many headquarters. The Vanguard higher ups plus a few loyal members pulled up to the meeting spot to find Alicia as expected but also Tyrone Shakur, informally known as Black Santa, the leader of a Mexican cartel called La Familia Michoacana. This was a prime opportunity to discuss the ongoing situation with regards to all the existing criminal organisations of San Andreas. Many issues and points were raised then discussed among the group including: current members, relations, events, identification, areas of control and potential business opportunities. We left the meeting with our heads held high, relieved that conflict was finally coming to an end, fully aware that we would have to earn our place in Los Santos and regain the trust of organisations that we had conflict with in the past, while we were a part of different groups. Next it was time to meet the Gangster Disciples, Jake being an old member of Los Zetas, he had close relations with some members of GD including Dray Wrzosek and Ricky Brasco. They reached out to Dray to organise a meeting to establish some relations between the two groups; the chosen location an old council meeting spot and the former HQ of The Clowns, Benny’s Workshop. Once again, many topics were discussed between the leadership of the gangs, and agreements were made to stay neutral pending further discussion between GD, Aztecas and LFM. With a lot of work done to establish relations with some of the larger organisations within the state of San Andreas, it was time to reach out to some old friends of the group, The Goblins. Jake once again had close relations with the leadership of The Goblins as he had spent many months serving alongside them in Los Zetas. A third meeting was arranged at The Vanguard’s current HQ in Richman. A few members were already there socialising when The Goblins arrived, everyone introduced themselves and conversation broke out between the two groups as they caught up on recent events and shared a few stories. Relations with The Goblins wasn’t ever an issue due to the history between the two organisation's high command but it was a great opportunity to introduce them to Vanguards officially. With relations set, The Vanguard leadership decided it was time to bring in their inner circle of members to introduce them to the idea of the organisation and potentially recruit them into it. A few names were brought up between high command and a base group was decided upon, each person was contacted individually and asked to come to the house in black clothing and an appropriately coloured vehicle, once everyone arrived Al, Zion and Jake pitched their idea and proposal for the organisation. The Vanguards was formed and ready to begin their story within the city.
  4. The conversion rate is awful, plus stamps barely reduce prison time. They're only good for buying a bit of food for your sentence.
  5. Great job on the post so far, can't wait to see where we take this!
  6. Had a lot of fun in the faction, met loads of great people. Thank you to @CallumMontie for giving me the opportunity
  7. Yeah they deploy SWAT for large scale criminal conflict such as weapon drops, property raids and gun fight response. NG is rarely around but are basically an army, they appeared last time due to large scale criminal conflict happening regularly.
  8. Both of these factions exist. National Guard is staff only. SWAT exists within PD and SED exists within SD.
  9. The event was sick, thank you for organising it!
  10. It was an average day in the middle of August. Li, Digby, and Jake were carrying out their normal duties within the organisation, their day typically consisted of importing weapons, meeting with potential recruits, chopping vehicles and manufacturing narcotics. News had spread across the San Andreas regarding a new generation of criminals setting up business throughout the city, this caused a shock throughout the underworld as the existing weapon imports had been abolished as the smugglers couldn’t get their stock through the ports and the connection to the dark web site had been cut off. Immediately the trio scoured the city in an attempt to find the source of the issue, during our search we came across a group of individuals setting up equipment inside of the city scrapyard, this was the one of the HQs of Los Santos Triads and a hub for organised crime within the city. The triads had bought the property here a short while ago in order to gain an entry into the car scrapping business, the Rogers building and its surrounding compound was a discreet area for which the organisation could set up a new base of operations. The three triads approached the individuals they had found in their HQ and introduced themselves, after a short discussion it became apparent the group had plans to set up illicit businesses within the scrapyard and wanted the Los Santos Triads to take a core role within these array of businesses. The man explained that they planned to use the Rogers yard as a legal front for a vehicle chop shopping business, which would sit at the front of a large import and export enterprise for illegal weaponry and narcotic manufacturing equipment. Obviously with the Triads being the legal owners of the Rogers scrapyard and the Triads also being without any source of illicit equipment the man proposed a partnership, Triads would bring vehicles to be chopped generating profit for both organisations and the second party would import weapons on behalf of the Triads using their connections from China. The trio then went to speak with the other businessmen who were setting up equipment and several crates in both the front and middle of the scrapyard compound. The first man explained that he would provide us with a cheap source of lockpicking and drilling equipment in order to break locks, vaults and gates for use in bank raids, grand theft auto and armed robberies. The second man explained to Frank, Lewis and Jake that he had a team of mechanics who we could drop vehicles off with so they could break them down for parts which could be distributed on both a national and international scale. For each vehicle we dropped off we would receive a percentage of the total worth of the car, depending on the supply and demand for that particular vehicle. Over the course of the day the Triads broke out into groups, performing mass grand theft auto, stealing cars from all over the city, Blaine county and Paleto Bay. This quickly attracted the attention of the Los Santos Police Department and Blaine County’s Sheriff Department but it was too late, the Triads had already stripped the cars for parts and moved them to a secure location, parts were later shipped out from the southern city docks. With a large stock of vehicle parts stored and distributed throughout, Frank, Li, Jake and Kid went to speak with the man in charge of importing. He provided the group with a price list during the initial meeting, so the guys already knew what they wanted and had the money ready to go. They spoke with the individual and he went away to make some phone calls to bring the requested weapons into the county, he gave us the coordinates and timeline for the drop. The guys then went to meet one of the businessmen with the scrapyard to purchase some crowbars for opening the crates that the weapons would be shipped in, the man provided them at a discounted price and wished us luck. We laid low for a short while prior to the drop to ensure none of us were incarcerated or occupied at the time of the drop, a few moments before the scheduled time, we positioned ourselves around the drop point in discreet locations to avoid detection by law enforcement and rival organisations. A boat occupied by several masked individuals came close to the shoreline, at which point they then threw a series of crates overboard where the water was shallow to ensure they dropped in the sand and became beached. Once the boat had cleared away from the shoreline we approached the crates and dragged them further up the beach to a more concealed area, then we proceeded to open the wooden crates to remove the metal boxes containing the ammunition. We stored the metal ammo boxes in our vehicles then headed back to the city to stash them away before continuing with our day-to-day business. Later in the day, Kid, Jake and Li were chopping some vehicles in the back of the scrapyard when a strange looking guy entered the compound in a clapped-out Sentinel Classic, he exited his car and approached the group with confidence. He introduced himself as Axel Cage and explained he was looking to purchase some illegal firearms, Li spoke with him briefly then went away to fetch some items for him to buy, while Li was away, Axel went off to an ATM to withdraw some cash in order to pay for the contraband. The two then met up again in the scrapyard as Kid and Jake were finishing their work on the vehicles, they exchanged the items and went their separate ways.
  11. If someone is injured then restrict them from talking in chat unless its on /w or /low.
  12. +1 I've had instances of new players engaging in criminal scenarios and getting injured then calling PD so we have had to finish them before having the opportunity to secure their heavies which incurs heavy financial losses for us.
  13. 14. Most of the undershirts clip with the tops too so there is very little suit options.
  15. Thats literally the suggestion. Current rules state that after you die you must forget all preexisiting conflict that lead to your death, so in a war if you have a gunfight where one side all die, they must forget all the conflict that lead up to the fight including the conflict that would've led up to a war thus giving the potential to end a war with one gun fight.
  16. No, there needs to be consequences if you do not take care of your vehicle. Maybe own more than one vehicle so you can still travel around while the other one is waiting in mors? -1
  17. Just because people abuse one issue within a game doesnt mean you should abuse another to counter it. Id rather see them both fixed
  18. then maybe make a suggestion for those vehicles to also be fixed
  19. For 50k it should not be performing better than super cars or higher-tier sports cars, this is broken.
  20. Credit Vehicle Parking Slots Currently credit vehicles do not count to the parking lot's slot usage, they are excluded from it and ignored. I think instead of this, for each credit vehicle owned you should get an additional parking slot so you can choose to park a credit vehicle in your house and non-credit vehicle in the parking lot. Example: You are a donator and a VIP so you have 6 parking lot slots in both the city and in Paleto Bay. You have 3 house slots, each slot is used by your 3 1G houses. You have 15 non-credit vehicles and 2 credit vehicles. You put 6 non-credit vehicles in city parking, 6 non-credit vehicles in paleto parking, 1 non-credit vehicle in each 1G you own. You put 1 credit vehicle in city parking and you put 1 credit vehicle in paleto parking. You go to one of your 1G houses, you take out a non-credit vehicle, you drive to the city parking lot to swap your current non-credit vehicle for a credit vehicle to drive around for a while. You unpark the credit vehicle from the parking lot and attempt to park your non-credit vehicle in its place, currently you cannot do this as the non-credit limit would count towards the limit whereas the credit vehicle did not so there is no empty slots for you to park.
  21. The new PDs and MDs arent scripted as NCZs so you cannot do as you mentioned.
