  1. I mean what do you expect when you're suggesting people lose up to 10 million? Drags aren't added to dealerships, they just had some performance adjustments to make them more realistic and lessen the constant abuse of them. Comet Retros aren't easily abused, the speed that they can produce is balanced against their poor handling and average acceleration, you still need skill to drive one.
  2. -1 it was removed for a reason, also people have bought these vehicles for over 10x dealership price, it would be a huge hit financially for a lot of people. This is not an economy sink as you described it as the money spent would just go to the dealership owner anyway.
  3. They need to be able to be on 911 and TAC at the same time so they need the ability to be on two frequencies before TS is removed.
  4. As long as it factors in equipped weapons and kevlar, sure.
  5. Why should PD be able to use TS and other factions can't then? Do you not think it puts them at a significant OOC advantage?

Amazing thread, some great people in the faction. Best of luck!!
  7. This is definitely not the be-all and end-all of fixing the economy but its certainly a good direction to go in. If you are complaining about how much you're gonna miss the welfare then maybe find a proper source of income such as a job or any given avenue of criminal roleplay. Auctions and inactivity house sales will also benefit the economy greatly, with a higher supply of real estate then the demand will go down, therefore decreasing prices. Also it will wipe a large portion of money from the server as players will be buying houses from the script rather than from another player.
  8. Fine by me, definitely benefits low end criminals which we currently have a lack of. Most new players lean towards civ/legal RP because criminal tends to be more difficult and punishing for whats its worth. +1
  9. We made that decision ourselves during a relations meeting involving a group of HC from multiple factions, FM didnt force us either way.
  10. Spoken to @Osvaldon on discord and suggested the power amount be shown to the nearest two decimal places. Our assumption is that the power was really at 24.99 for example as a result rounded to 25 on the UI hence why the order didn't go through.

  14. 发育迟缓 (Stunting) --- While Jean was delivering meals to the door's of Strawberry's and Forum Drive's residents, Charlie and Jake took a quick trip over to the skate park of Forum Drive to meet some of the residents in more of a social setting. The pair quickly set about introducing themselves to some of the teens around the skatepark and basketball court. This show of face from senior members within the organisation helped reinforce their presence in the area, reassuring residents they were safe under the protection of The Four Seas Order. As they were chatting away, some of the locals had taken out their BMXs and began racing each other, in and around the nearby alleyways then performing tricks and stunts on the skatepark close to where Chi and Jake were conversing. Immediately Chi's eyes lit up with excitement, she was an avid BMX rider and didn't want to miss an opportunity to have a little fun, especially while the rest of the group was busy elsewhere. The two drove over to The Noodle House in Little Seol, here they picked up their bikes, stowed them in their cars and drove back up to Forum Drive. As they arrived Thomas, Jamal and Greg pulled up to join them and spectate as Jake attempted to defy the laws of physics on his BMX. As Jake continuously flew up and down the half pipe, perfectly executing tricks, Thomas and Greg watched in awe from the side-lines, cheering him on. As the hours went by Jake picked up a few injuries after falling from his bike several times. While Jake and Chi took their last few runs up the ramp, Thomas thought it would be a funny idea to throw a snowball at Jake while he was mid-air, causing him to fall off and badly injure his shoulder. Chi looked on shaking her head in disappointment at Thomas' immature behaviour, but she definitely wasn't surprised. Thomas laughed for a little but then rushed to Jake's aid and took him to the medical centre a couple of blocks away to get it checked out. 15. 塗鴉 (Graffiti) --- With the Four Seas Order's reach of influence expanding into Forum Drive and Strawberry, Jake took it upon himself to mark the territories and meet with the drug dealers in the neighbourhood. He started by taking a drive up east highway to UTool to purchase some spray paint and basic stencils for use later in the day. He spent some time browsing through the store, finding the right colours and shapes for the artwork he had planned out. He dropped the items in his shopping cart and went to the checkout, paying for the goods before heading back off to his car in the parking lot. Once Jake had bought the necessary equipment for the task, he headed down to Strawberry Avenue, cautiously pulling into the alleyway behind the Church. There he came across a hooded figure lurking in the dark next to a metal shutter, Jake walked up confidently and greeted the man, he was a local street dealer who went by the name of Gustavo Fring. The two already knew each other and had a strong relationship due to Jake's position in Los Santos Triads, the two had previously had a lucrative relationship and Jake explained he wished to continue the same line of business with the man but this time on behalf of the Four Seas Order. Gustavo was eager to take up Jake's offer, and the two went their separate ways. As Gustavo left the alleyway, Jake opened the trunk of his car and took out his bag then dropped it by his feet. He then reached into the bag taking out several cans of paint and some stencils, and proceeded to spray a mural against the wall above the shutter at which Gus worked out of. Strawberry Avenue now belonged to the Four Seas Order. With a clear presence established in Strawberry Avenue and the east-side of Forum Drive, Jake picked up his materials, placed them back in the car and drove over to a Section-8 housing estate on the west-side of Forum Drive to meet with a dealer named Jones Smith. Jake went over a similar set of topics when conversing with Jones as he had done with Gus, and Jones agreed to Jake's terms and the two left with smiles on their faces, and a clear plan for the future. As Jones left, Jake reached back inside his car and took out his bag once again but this time taking a different stencil, and began spraying a second mural onto a wall on Forum Drive, this is a spot where Jones' crew frequently hangs out. Now Four Seas Order had taken control over the drug trade in Strawberry, Forum Drive and their surrounding neighbourhoods. Next they needed a way to launder the money from their new found illicit business ventures, possibly with a legitimate business property in the nearby area.
  16. You talk about realism, but your realism is selective, for the amount of crime you've committed you would be serving life in prison.
  17. If a criminal is breaking the law and then evading in the likes of a comet retro custom or maybe a banshee 900R, a reasonable response would be to deploy the likes of a T20 or an 811, high speeds are not deployed for no reason. The average criminal carries a weapon on them, why shouldn't PD? This is enforced via IA and there have been some recent warnings handed out by PD to their officers due to officers breaking force continuum. The IA system relies on proof, if you don't have proof then what can you do? Its innocent till proven guilty. The reason you don't see roleplay from the likes of LFB, is because they are ghost organisations that sit at the top of the food chain within the underworld, I can vouch for the fact that they have unique and interesting roleplay, the leaders of most official gangs have met with the leaders of LFB in-character. LFB are there to monitor criminal organisations in-character then reprimand factions in-character, for example when Triads and Aztecas began shooting it up in the city and engaging on LEOs not so long ago, LFB reacted by removing their access to import weapons as a direct result of their actions. The phone is fine and the bullet casings and deformed bullets give detectives a better environment to conduct investigative roleplay.
  18. I don't think that would be too great. You should be able to backup your allies in shootouts, or if two of your enemies are fighting you should be able to go in and clean up to get your hands on some easy cash.
  19. In that case, here are my suggestions: FM should stop gangs allying with more than two other gangs FM should give more clear and in depth feedback prior to the point of official reviews, in order for factions to stay on track and keep official FM should not be run or involve individuals that know little to nothing regarding criminal roleplay, handlers often have never been apart of a criminal faction, official or otherwise Add turfs to the chopshop NPCs at plane scrapyard, garbage, left lake and right lake Add ATM robberies in order to gain money packets, a new tool could be added to the tools NPC that sells crowbars etc FM leadership should make themselves more available to speak to faction leaders, if they can't find the time then maybe introduce more staff into senior FM positions. My reasoning for this is because during the whole Triads x Irish vs Aztecas GD MB LFM conflict, no one had the opportunity to speak to senior FM, only handlers were there but they have limited powers FM handlers should engage with their factions more, from my experience its only one or two who actually take the time to engage with people and check in on them Static drug lab tables should have lower timers for cooking drugs Reintroduce mushrooms and steroids to drug manufacturing under a new table type and with a new static lab possibly at the large house in Grapeseed
  20. -1. Some people own one-of-a-kind cars which have an exceptional value based upon this, introducing more of them into the server will just decrease other people's worth and there is nothing they can do about it, which is unfair. In addition to this, supercars are considered a rare luxury due to the amount of them that are available for purchase, if you allow an infinite amount to be spawned in then they lose that value. Also a lot of them have incredible performance such as the Comet Retro Custom or the Banshee 900R, adding more of these will not be a healthy addition in my opinion.
