  1. Realism wise I would prefer all having keys required. Makes alot more sense too.
  2. tbh, I actually rather have ALL cars having this kind of system. Where people either need keys to start the vehicle or hotwire it.
  3. Indeed this could be cool. But I would also recommend a higher price for the ad and just like /vnn in the past; some rules attached to it.
  4. +1 I support this. A /do atleast would be the best thing in my eyes, just to confirm.
  5. No. Only if the owner is online.. Only way to "reset" the timer is to park and unpark the vehicle.
  6. There were multiple comments between this, but I will just respond to this one only. I agree. Nothing changes in comparison to the current functions of the vehicle. It would be an addition. It's 100% up to you to use it or not. If you not comfortable with it... don't use it. But the exact same will happen anyway, no matter what. If the concern is about vehicles getting stolen while crashing, thats kind off a different topic and is not related to this suggestion, but I still want to give a tip about VIP, as it comes with an autolock function. Back to the suggestion; the only thing that will "change" is that people no longer (claim to) RP putting their bags or crate in passenger seats, while scriptwise they still hold it in their hands. This would also allow someone to put 2 bags for example on the back seat of the car (which realisticly makes sense) while not having a bag in their hands while driving.
  7. its not ment like that. putting crates and bags in this "inventory" will take up space if you do that. Putting it in empty seats wont.
  8. Hey hey, I am not sure if this has been suggested before, as I wasn't able to find it. The suggestion is quite simple. It would be cool, in my opinion, to be able to put bags, crates and suitcases into empty vehicle seats. Right now many people do the RP of putting those items into their seats and stuff and then end up driving with their crates, bags or suitcases in their hands. It just kinda looks weird obviously and sometimes will also create discussions between people if someone actually RP'ed putting it somewhere realistic in the car. Being able to put those items into empty car seats could add some cool features, as people will be able to put bags in their car seats to just simply "expand" capacity of their vehicle withough having to puzzle around. Of course this also means that potential car thieves would be more motivated to break into vehicles because, for example; there are bags in the seats with potentially high value stuff in it. I would suggest, if people agree, to also disable the option to being able to drive while carrying such items as mentioned. This way people HAVE to have an empty seat to put their bag or crate in. Ofcourse this would also mean that if a crate or bag is on the seat, that the seat can not be used by a person anymore, unless removed. For the rest, the way I would see this being implemented is simple: - You would have to unlock the vehicle and interact with the door of the seat where you want to put your bag or crate in to open it. - Once the door opened an option to store bag/crate/suitcase should be available when carrying one of these items and while looking at the empty seat. To remove the crate or bag you would have to do the same, but in reverse order. Let me know what you think.
  9. I actually liked this :3
  10. Forcing people to use software in such way is a no go in my opinion. Imo it should be your choice if you want extra software on your PC. All you can do is install such software yourself and then provide it to the officer if the officer RP's having a body cam. In combination with /do's and then confirmation of your footage can resolve this "issue". For the rest, the thing about "the police officer can charge you with anything and he does not need to have any evidence to back up his claims" is completely IC. In fact, you can get ticket without the "proof" you apperantly expect, seeing this suggestion. I recieved a speeding ticket at home not too long ago. It stated the speed limit, speed, location, time and number plate. Nothing else really, because they are not required to send you a video of it. Even if an officer decided to just screw someone over (purposely) it is most likely just an IC issue as it could be a corrupt cop (which they need approval for). The solution to this is; handle it IC. Then, with the use of /me's and /do's, etc etc it could get resolved. But that depends on the situation of course. Bodycams can still be RP'ed withouot video footage at all, but I just think you got limited IC, which is... an IC issue...

+1 Never been a fan of this. A few started doing this, probably being too lazy to type, and it got out of hand. Also the "sign language" stuff for people who type is... Dumb.
  12. +1 But I would prefer like someone else mentioned. Maybe just a message that the message didnt deliver rightaway. Which could mean the phone is off, battery is dead or the person is offline.

    Randomly falling

I sadly can't confirm myself as I removed my stairs due to this issue.
  14. Visual mods indeed also seem affected. For my car mentioned in the original post specifically its the headlights that change. Some other people indeed reported different/more visual stuf changing too next to the performance.
  15. Most people in Los Santos would bring their vehicles to LSC or Bayview to get it modified. Audrey has been looking into more premium, expensive and better performing parts than Los Santos ever could offer. She decided to go on the internet again and search around how she would be able to get her hands on such parts. It took a while for her to find multiple pages that could help her getting those parts. The only issue was that the parts on most sites needed to be installed by the company itself. She found a site that looked the most promissing. She made an account and placed an order for parts some could only dream of. She didn't had to pay upfront. All she had to give was her name and phone number. After a day she recieved a text. She did what they asked her. Providing the number of the vehicle model. It only took Audrey 10 minutes to get a new text with more information. Right after that text, the following text came after it: Audrey was a bit confused, but she thought maybe it had to be wrapped so the car is less likely to get damaged, but was still a bit weird. She went to LSC and parked, thinking for a few minutes if this is really smart to do. Maybe the parts that the city offers are already enough... She came with the plan to install a tracker in the vehicle next to having the vehicle wrapped white. After the vehicle was done and delivered back to her, she actually quite liked the new white color on her vehicle. Maybe she would keep it after the modifications were done. Audrey went back in her vehicle and grabbed her phone, checking the instructions again she had earlier, mainly checking the time. It was 9:45 She was heading to the given location. She made sure the vehicle was fueled up. Nothing was said about that, but she just want to make sure everything is okay. She arrived at the docks and drove past all ware houses, looking for number 60. As she saw the sign "Walker Logistics" on one of the buildings, she remembered that the text she got also included that name. She grabbed her radio and asked someone of The Midnight Club to head to her location to pick her up. She really didn't want anyone to know what she was doign with her vehicle, so she just said she called a cab to that location and there was no cab again to pick her up. As she got someone enroute to pick her up, she putted the signed agreement in the glovebox, leaving her keys in the car and stepped out, looking over her shoulder once at her Turismo R while walking out of the building. Her car was now left in the building. Unlocked. The agreement in the glovebox, as requested. At this point she had no idea really what was going to happen. All she could do now was hoping everything was going to be fine. The app on Audreys phone notified her that the car was being moved. She stared at her phone, at the notification and slightly nodded as she was in the car with a friend. She quickly removed the notification as she didn't want the driver to get any clue's what she is doing. When Audrey got dropped off at her house, she opened her app again to check the location of her vehicle. She noticed that, according to the app, her vehicle was located at the back of what used to be Bayview Auto center. She tried to remember what exactly was located on the exact spot of her car. As she worked a very logn time at Bayview, also before it moved, she remembered that it was parked on the side where multiple containers are placed. She started to get the feeling her car was maybe placed in a container. Would it get shipped to somewhere else? Is it placed in a container just to hide it from possible car thieves? She had no number or anything to ask. Audrey went to bed. She wasn't really able to sleep well as many things were going through her mind. She might already started regretting what she did. The next morning when she woke up, she saw she recieved a text again.
  16. Audrey has always been a fan of unique vehicles. One night when Audrey was in her office, she started googeling around a bit. After around 30 minutes she stumbled on a site that would be able to let you import vehicles from other countries. After checking some vehicles the descission was made. A selection of any modifications was made and Audrey decided to purchase her vehicle with every option available. It didn't take long to recieve a confirmation mail with all order details. She would recieve a text when she could pick the vehicle up. After multiple weeks Audrey recieved a call from the BürgerFahrzeug with the question if she would like to come collect the vehicle herself and drive it home or if she would prefer the company having a flatbed truck bring the vehicle to the given location. Audrey decided to pick the vehicle up herself, this way she would also get a little bit of money back as it would save the company some money. Two days after the call from the factory Audrey recieved a text. She made sure to safely park the vehicle she was driving at the time and got someone of the Midnight Club bring her to the docks. As she arrived at the booth she provided the employees of all the information that was needed. A set of keys and a form was handed to her with the container number and location. One key was for the container lock and the other key of her new vehicle, having the letters "BF" on it. She checked the form that was given to her a few times and putted it back in her pocket. She unlocked the container and immediately fell inlove with what was inside that container. The vehicle was already prepared. All straps were removed and she was ready to go. First thing Audrey noticed was the different kind of experience her new vehicle gave her. Audrey has used many vehicles, both to just cruise around and to race. Her new vehicle was not fast at all, but it really gave her an experience no other vehicle could give. It might not be the best performer, but it's not only the vehicle's performance that is important. There was only one thing that the factory couldn't do for Audrey. After collecting the BF Raptor she drove it straight to home, in her small personal garage. This last change would make the vehicle perfect for her. Now it was 100% done. The BF Raptor is a nice addition to car collections. It is a fun vehicle and it can be really good to bring to certain car meets. And she saw a review that this vehicle could drive under the toll booth gate...
  17. Date and time (provide timezone): 6/16/2020 9:20 PM (UTC) Character name: Audrey Salvatore Issue/bug you are reporting: I noticed (for me atleast) that my vehicle performs like a stock vehicle after unparking it. Bringing it to a mechanic shop and do /modview triggers the mods again. Most clear sign of this was the turbo sound reappearing again. Expected behavior: Having the car perform like it should with its installed mods without having to "trigger" it again with /modview. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Unpark a car (with Turbo would be the best (one that doesnt have turbo sounds stock)) drive it around, then drive it to LSC or Bayview, do /modview, close it and drive it again to notice the performance difference/turbo sound. Vehicle license plate number*: Salvat0r
  18. I agree. And no, not because I own a super. But I hope people agree its a bit messed to see a Rapid GT pass while doing 195-205 in a Turismo. Also kinda gives me some Need For Speed feelings where every single cop car can catch up with the world best performing street cars. And Need For Speed is an arcade racing game. This is all a bout realism.
  19. Most super cars dont even reach the 240 cap anyway. Only in the city with like bumps downhill mostly.
  20. +1 last poll I remember was about snow or making the server first person only. Been saying for a while to people having polls back would be great to involve the community and it will be clear what the community wants.
