I think leasing business in general, not necessarily limited to leasing from other players, would be a neat thing. Imagine being able to lease a property and turn it into a bar once City Hall is up and running.

I don't think you're getting the point of this suggestion or what actual constructive criticism is at all, rather than an attempt at being funny or trolling. These fences are an issue, and it's clear as day. Even the fences that are already re-enforced are still being ramped over, and it's just incredibly annoying. Whilst it plays a big role in the creation of this post I bet, this isn't a suggestion just for the sake of Bayview or it's customers, but for the quality of roleplay in general. Either this needs to be cracked down upon, or a fix for this has to be implemented.

I just tried, and my deleted messages no longer come back after relogging.

Date and time (provide timezone): Thursday, July 26, 2018, 9:48 AM UTC+2 Character name: Ana_West Issue/bug you are reporting: When trying to delete a specific message on the phone, it deletes the most recent message instead. It basically doesn't remove the message that you want to remove but removes the most recently received text instead. I had this happen to me earlier and then decided to test it with Lewis (who can be heard in the video) to see if it was a re-occurring thing, which it turned out to be. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: https://streamable.com/oinpi Get a phone, get someone to message you a few times, try to remove a specific message and keep an eye on what message gets removed.

I've yet to have this occur to me, but my deleted messages do keep returning after every relog.

I had a much more pleasant time in any kind of faction when we had only just moved to RAGE and faction name colors were not implemented yet. -

Regardless of whether it's your first time or tenth time purchasing clothing, if you've only just come off faction duty (such as LSPD) you can't switch out your clothing unless you relog.

Bars and restaurants would be a great addition for the sake of roleplay, and they could potentially be a player-owned business to act as a money sink if they were to be implemented.
