No, completely -1 for me. In no way should citizens be walking around with shotguns slung around their backs. Pump shotguns should be restricted to heavy-duty criminals.

Supercars and Bulletproof vests were removed to force people to roleplay in a more realistic way. In real life, maybe 5% (aiming high) use sportscars, to which they only use during events and gatherings. In the server, 90% of criminals used supercars so that they could evade police and catch up to rivals. On top of this, they ram players and police, destroying their 1.5 million dollar cars in the process to avoid a 120-minute jail sentence. In real life, at most, 10% of criminals use bulletproof vests, only during heists, kidnappings, and heavy criminal events. In the server, if bulletproof vests were to be implemented, every criminal would undoubtedly have body armour on 24/7, including those that have no shirts though get to RP bulletproof vests without the negative effects which would come with wearing a large piece of kevlar. We need to put these restrictions in place because most criminals will RP as the 1% just to gain an advantage over other parties involved. When players on the server start to roleplay realistically and use supercars, ak's, and bulletproof vests as a commodity, we might consider reimplementing them. Though at this time, with these things included, half the player base treats this as GTA:O with a few extra rules. - NoewUH

Hey @Berge, This sounds like a cool idea, though it would be against the rules. There is no way for the server staff to moderate this discord such that it may not be used for metagaming purposes. Criminals could discuss rivalries, kidnappings, thefts, etc, in a completely OOC manner. Under our guidelines, doing this would be metagaming. - NoewUH

Hey Will, thank you for the suggestion! Although it does not meet the EXACT details of the command you suggested, players (including myself) sometimes use the "/dice" command. The dice command rolls a dice and lands on a number between 1 and 6. To use this feature correctly, I will often predetermine probability with a player before-hand, this including: Arrests (where officers outnumber criminal), where the criminal needs to roll a number above 4. RP fights, where both players roll and the highest number wins. etc. This command can be used to promote a fair sense of roleplay between players which removes the form of abusing script commands. I hope this command is one that you are looking for! - NoewUH

-1 We need to get this current map filled (factions + players across the city and paleto bay). This, along with multiple police, medical, and transportation factions. Untill we get at least 500 players, this would be a negative implementation to the server.

-1 Credit cars should be treated as any other vehicle. Players should not revive special treatment. On top of this, it is stated within the donation rules that you are not entitled to a refund upon request.

-1 for now. There is no way for rivalling criminals/opposing factions to raid your warehouse. This means that you can essentially store your weapons and vehicles without any worry of it being stolen. Until a "raiding" system is put in place, this would be too overpowered to actually consider. - NoewUH

Awesome idea. An alcohol system, in place with ownable bars for RP hubs would be a great way to increase roleplay on the server :)

I think a PLD would be cool, something that would show your location, Though I don't see much use for a /GPS command when you could just simply open your map and do it manually. - NoewUH

+1 The proper RP of using /do's and /me's to carry and possess large weapons would help increase the level of realistic RP on the server. A /do (or visible weapons on a players body) would be a great way to force criminals to increase their RP in not carrying heavy weapons around MD, PD, and mechanic shops.

Yes. If civilians are choosing not to spend their money on legal weapons and using the police provided assistance, robbing should be a factor to play. Why do you think people avoid working low-income jobs in places like lower wealth Detroit and LA? If you don't want to get robbed as easy, though making less money, work jobs like trucking, postal, and garbage.

-1 to this. The point of an NCZ is to remove the possibility of crime within an area which would make no sense to do so in real life. The PIER is a perfect place to allow criminals to rob players. This is a commonplace which you would see crime in real life. - NoewUH

There are no rules, nor will there be any rules regarding the "proper" use of voice to roleplay a woman. It is at the player's discretion to use a voice changer, chat, or any other form of a communication medium to portray a female character. suggestion locked/rejected.
