Increase Availability of Credit Super Cars to Additional Donator Ranks

With the recent credit sale there has been a vast selection within the credit store for super vehicles. But this is only for those with the legend status donator rank. This has greatly limited the supers to specific individuals that have donated the most to which I can understand there being some perks/rewards for that. However I find it myself a bit disappointing to find that anyone below Legend and mind you that's about 90-95%+ of the community does not have an opportunity or have any sort of similar perk(s) to having an additional super vehicle purchase pool such as legend. All in all this creates such a diverse separation and unfair advantage across the board to other individuals whether it be civilians or crims. There is already factions that have a member or friend that has the legend rank stacking up on these super vehicles and utilizing them and even more so on the crim on crim scene and it's honestly not fun!

What I am suggesting is that there are separate super pools for separate donator ranks in which the different donator ranks would have the ability to purchase from X amount of additional supers than how it currently is with the sale only allowing the 7 supers under the super category to be purchased. To further clarify I am meaning it would pull more from the supers in which the legend rank has access to as well. I get the drawback that these cars aren't wanting to be seen as common and what not but at this point it's creating such a diversity already and the minute they've even hit the credit store for legend donators they have become common. Quite literally have been told that someone has stacked up to 7+ 811s as is which is crazy. With how things are in which I'm sure people are doing it already these legend donators can just take in credits from friends and purchase as many supers as possible for them and in my opinion this just isn't fair for the overall community.

I would like to hear other's opinions/thoughts or even suggestions on this. Please keep it respectful and mature and also no out of hand back and forth please!

Agreed! I’m not spending $500 USD on a super but having the option would be nice! (Can we talk about how crazy expensive these cars are too?? Like can we fix that?)
 

Maybe limit the amount of supers that can be bought so it actually means something to have one of them too! 5 of each.. maybe 10
 

also maybe keep the “one time only!” Cars… actually one time only. Unfair for those who bought them the first time around thinking it was the only time it would happen.

Not even just supers, give us goofy vehicles we can RP with!
(Golf caddy, construction vehicles, tour buses, tractors, lawnmowers, forklift, airtugs etc)

As someone who sits at Benefactor after buying a couple months of VIP, the Casino Penthouse with garage upgrades, as well as a Banshee GTS when it came to the credit store last years, it's a little disheartening to not get some sort of bonus for that. I get Legends, are well, Legends. They are the top 50 Spenders, and get rewarded as such, but would be nice for the slightly smaller fish to get a little something something.

Just would be nice if each tier got little more benefits, little more access to cars, maybe even a discount in the credits store on items? Nothing crazy, but enough where it feels like your donations to the server have some reward. It would be a nice bonus for those who have been around a while and dropped money here and there for VIP, a car or two, maybe a nice apartment.

I think one time only should be changed to the wording 'purchase for a limited time.' I think the One Time Only works if we get consistent cars in terms of desirability every year. For example there is nothing that leaps out to me as on par with the Banshee GTS and GTO in the Money Fronts update.

Most modern "F2P" games follow some kind of seasonal rotation of their in game shops. this strikes a nice balance of vehicles still being exclusive, available only at limited times throughout the year, generating hype when a new shop rotation comes in, and boosts sales through FOMO tactics. 

From a business standpoint this is only a good thing. raises customer satisfaction, increases revenue, increases activity.

+1 Yeah, im very upset about the way it was handled. couldve definately been balanced a bit more. i gave away my credits because i couldnt get the only car i wanted in ECRP. "to make them rare" did you see the credit drop off? one guy bought 7 and was bragging at bennies lol not rare anymore. i definately feel like other responses to feedback as well was very generic.  this will definately make the benefits a bit more fair, not just promote the biggest wallets.

+1 if done right, I think the top guys should definitely have some special perks since they are spending a minimum of like 2 grand to get where they are but at the same time adding a few more cars to the normal folks won’t hurt and I think could generate a good amount of money for the server.

Added the ability to set the minimum required donator tier to import certain vehicles.

This may be a controversial take, but i am extremely disappointed in this new addition. I feel it is highly manipulative to create this system that requires endless, continuous large purchases. the way the "Legend" rank works is a top 50 system. so its something you can gain or lose, depending on other players spending habits. There isnt some set minimum, the cost to become "legend" donator tier fluctuates and only can go up. This isnt a pay-to-win system, its a outbid-to-win system. Access to being allowed to buy cars is now turned into a competitive auction, where the price can only go up and people will lose access. 

Minimum required donator tier to import certain vehicles, when that tier is not a set amount and regularly increases in cost is highly manipulative, tone deaf, and exploitative to the people who support this server by a large amount of credit purchases.

putting the ability to buy credit vehicles behind donation tier paywalls of already having a minimum purchase amount is a really poor system, and the fact that legend rank isnt a set number, and is constantly moving up as a top 50 rank only, is a really bad system. if a vehicle is going to be sold for credits, it should just be listed for credits on the menu. No paywalls to be given the honor to pay more.

The very quick response the devs had to the negative feedback of buying XP was great, and I hope they consider removing this system as well.

Lol. If everyone could buy it it wont be that desired, look at the italy gto, or italy rsx

you see them so much you dont even care about it. You actualy have had super cars to your availablitity…. More than once, but you simply want what you cant have.

i like it for once being able to have something more unique not everyone can have. 
 

also your statistic is incorrect, its not 95% who cant own them,

50 people out of roughly 200 people is 25% that has that priviledge. And not everyone is always donating. 
 

also you have those 25mill cars to your availability, you just dont have 25mil and you dont want to do what it takes to get to 25mil Either. 
 

and i can say this, because i have many millions in game. And i also have many credits cars, i have best of both, because i spend 5years achieving that, id love to keep my crown amongst others who did, thanks

Let me preface this entire thing with saying I mean all due respect with this.... and like Ricky Bobby I mean alll due respect.... you good bro? you getting your numbers out of a cereal box or somethin? How do you get roughly 200 people? You mean roughly 200 people that log in on a single day? check the discord user count then you can get an accurate scale of numbers. Yes not all people in the discord play but youre more talking 50 out of 1000, and even that is incorrect and short. 

 

Sadly what LB9 is saying is correct. There isnt any sort of "super" anymore because all of them are now available in the credit store. So at this point why even lock it? I think the biggest issue is how MUCH these cars are... when you can buy a car in a video game for the same price as a car you can get IRL... (yes there are old shitty cars you can buy for 500-1000, i bought my irl car for $600.. Then yeah theres a bit of a problem!

well im sorry if it hits you the wrong way, i just dont think stating -1 adds any vallue, i like to offer a more in dept perspective of the way i see things, and not to be a dick right now, but if i would make no sense i would not be that sucsessfull aswel ingame as in real life.

I'm sorry that you feel that way, there are no manipulative intentions on our end though. It was done that way so there wouldn't be a huge influx of rare and unique cars into the server. The donator tier limitation (and high price for that matter) enables the server to earn some additional income from our most generous donators while having the least amount of impact on the general gameplay and the economy. The number of vehicles imported from the "special" list is well below the number of Legends so far, and some have bought more than one, which means that the overall distribution is even lower. From our perspective, this is a desirable outcome because it keeps supers more unique, rare and valuable, which we consider better for the gameplay and the economy rather than having hundreds of supers get imported. On that note, we could probably make lots of money by making them available for everybody, but we always aim for a more balanced approach that has the least amount of impact on the server, which is also why we decided to disable the purchasing of Credit XP. If there is some car that you really want, then try your luck and wait for the next sale, perhaps it there will be something that you desire. In an ideal world, there should not be a Credit Store at all, but in reality nothing is free and we have to pay monthly operating costs, taxes and salaries, so it is as it is.

We do not intend to change the import system at this point in time, so I will lock the thread.
