It's annoying but everyone has gone through this at some point on the sever. It took myself months of playing/meeting new people before I could join a decent gang & cook with ppl back in 2019/2020. If new players can't do this then they need to up their social skills.....

Lets be real here. The rule was first put into place to stop council. Since were all gone now, re-write the rule. PD are more OP than they have ever been and even more from the time frame that AlexAlex is mentioning. Allied gangs should not just be sitting on the side lines and watching their friends/business partness get hurt, killed or worse. Along with that several other nerfs have been applied to crim factions such as the faction cap being decreased twice? I believe. Obvisouly if say OTF call Rooks for backup that would be just silly and shouldn't happen. Or vise versa.

Until this is added, if you include "NON-EMERGENCY" in front of whatever you type after calling 911 it works as the same. Unless Carter is on then he'll add a ticket to your record. Other than that typically this works, I often do this when no mechanics are on and I need a cop to help flip my car : D Otherwise W suggestion +1
