  1. I have also felt a difference, mostly in the city when my FPS drops to below 60. A week or two ago I had stable 160-180 city.
  2. +1 (NBDY you’ll make more money opening up to the other ranks!!)
  3. Love everything about this post +1 But MASSIVE +1 on this system. We've been suggesting it for years and still 4 years later I would love to see this added.
  4. I mean that's what it is. "Communicating In-Character events, actions, and decisions, with another player on a 3rd party software e.g. discord." It's right here in the rulebook.... Pagers are approved via LFM. But pagers go directly against the rulebook, so tell me how is it ridiculous to think this when the answers are right in front of me.
  5. So your just admitting that LFM allows LEO to break server rules..... Imo pager shouldn't be a discord thing (aka metagaming). Pager should alert any OFF-Duty LEO's that are in game already.
  6. It wasn't removed, and is still commonly used today by a niche amount of crims
  7. Prior to lockdown, early parts of the year 2020 the server pop averaged around 400/500+ Good times that!
  8. I'm +/- 1 on this. I can see why they added this system to help with those chronic apes that feel the need to ban evade 20, 30, 50+ times. These same evaders also cheat so it seems reasonable to nerf the system to reward veteran players. IMO I think all the drugs, banks etc... that veteran players have already made should be given progress based on what they've already achieved throughout their time on the server. Currently to reach a rank in cooking to produce the "top" drugs, you need to make around 13k drugs. I feel if that some progress for those who have been playing would be amazing for us older players that have probably made the 13k drugs throughout the years. Now I'm not saying just shoot all of us to top tier but some progress from what we've done over the years would be nice. Overall its a cool update but seeing other options to make money rather than this new system would've been cooler to see
  9. Yes this happened. But later down the line when attachments got re-worked there was a command to remove the items from your inventory and give you the import amount for it. All automatic no admins involved. A few I think this would be a simple solution that would cater to everyone instead of just straight deleting them. + people can remove their ammo, attachments etc before despawning the gun
  10. This may seem like a small event, or not an event to some. But back in 2019-2020 admins in cartel would drive around two stacked with a "cartel" looking PED on. These cartel PEDs only spoke Spanish as well, so having someone in your faction that ICly is Hispanic or knows how to speak Spanish was a bonus. This was really cool to see and interact with. Small stuff like this would also be cool to see return. I have more to add that I'll edit into this post later : D
  11. With all due respect Jason. The original post wasn't just targeted towards cops.... Crims have also used a hood gunship. The suggestion was made for literally anyone who owns or has access to a heli. I think you're confused though, you can still use you amazing heli. The change is just stating that once you get shot at, your gunner has no cover. Basically a free 100-150ap for the heli's health bar. Sure you can fly up and get out of gun range but IMO that's NON-RP although its not an official rule. Tbh idk why you put this insurgent on here. Which in the past has been used and actually killed me twice years ago. Now for your last sentence, like some have said already the 200 aps were out for maybe 12 hours before FM took them back. Along with that Combat MG MK2s will slowly dwindle in use since they cannot be imported. With the trash bin "aka PD/SD illegal lockers" A bunch will be sent there never to be seen again. Just give it some time.
  12. +1 with the recent addition of achievement rewarding 500 credits, I don't see why this wouldn't work. Only thing would be the devs having to manually add 500 to each of their accounts.
  13. It's happened a few times within the last 6 or so months but went un-reported due to it not being very clear in the rulebook. Alongside that I know many like myself, rather speak to the person than have to deal with these passive aggressive forum reports. +1 to the original suggestion. Alongside that, I think it should be ruled that when Heli's abuse the servers max shooting distance (excluding snipers) that it should be ruled as NON-RP or DSO. Flying to a certain height to abuse server/game mechanics bc you cant be shot by a rifle or pistol but can still shoot back via sniper just doesn't make sense. I'm only brainstorming here and please correct me if this is already added. What if the devs can calculate the actual distance you need to be from the ground for bullets not to reach. Then add a gauge on your screen when flying the heli so when you do reach a height that is out of range your able to tell based on the grounds level compared to heli height.
  14. +1 i reckon PD’s illegal locker serves this purpose well enough
  15. I’m not opposed to this at all Major +1
  16. wouldn’t this boil down to your factions internal policy’s? Years ago yall were able to pull out drags, personal cars etc…. What policy changed to where yall can’t do that anymore?
  17. I think most people are confused actually. In both these screenshots they both have 150 ap. But I'm sure if you were to bring up their UI at the bottom left it would show they are wearing a "175ap". The UI seems to be bugged? I've confirmed this with a few members of PD. I think most of people's understanding of what the APs number value is would come from looking at the UI itself. Like this clip: https://streamable.com/si7li9 Now I used to think swat, detectives etc always went out with 200/175ap. But speaking again with multiple LEO members, some being staff its clear that those armor values were once in the locker but removed due to them being OP. Hopefully this can clear up some of the confusion of LEO's having 175/200 ap which just seems to not be true. (PS: I'm a crim main, never touched LEO and probably never will. I am not biased on this suggestion : D"
  18. I first turned up my saturation when I was working at Weazel two years ago. Completely legal. Reason behind it was base GTA color-wise just looks incredibly depressing compared to when you turn up situation a little. I really do fail to see how turning this up is a "PVP" related mod. Anyone can turn it up, this definitely won't help you at all in a fight other than seeing another player and going "wow his pink sweatshirt looks extra pink". Nonetheless whether you turn saturation up or not colors such as red, blue, green, yellow etc... will still be the same color!
  19. This is cool n all gang but I'd also like to be able to reverse my car
  20. I'm +/- 1 on this. We either remove pagers all together as LEO factions use them a ton. Anyone who says otherwise is just lying through their teeth. Or we all go watch snow fall and see how crims use pagers throughout the TV series to sell a copious amount of cocaine.
  21. that’s just asking for a NHTRP ban and this is a RP server…. I’m sure you can find a server like that elsewhere. Now I’ve only really used the bridge a handful of times. I never really had an issue with falling through it or hitboxes being weird. I’m +/- 1 on this. Sure the cargo is cool but I really hardly see people trucking anymore after the hype cooled down. Now it would be cool to see it as international waters and have a constant lab there or a lab that opens randomly after it’s shut. EX: Opens 24 hours after it’s closed but once it’s closed again the timer is randomized to 36 hours. something along the sorts. Give the island some more use.
