Maybe not S as a hotkey but you see where I am going with this

Would love to see something implemented for seatbelts, too many times I have been ejected after a head on crash. Possibly putting it in the U menu or a hotkey. This would also add that if you have it on, you will not be able to get out of the vehicle until you take it off. Would love to hear everyone's suggestions or comments on this.

Add a script to allow crims to set up underground races through either the laptops or their phones. If through phones, they can add a private group to add people to, that way they can get an invite and meet up location as to where the race will be held as well as rules for that specific race.

• Name: Rowdy Yates • Date of Birth: January 25th, 1995 • Place of Birth: Waco, Texas, specifically within its poverty-stricken neighborhoods. • Initial Disposition: Rowdy was initially a mix of vulnerability and simmering anger. The absence of his father cast a long shadow, and he carried the weight of his family's struggles on his young shoulders. The ostracization at school fostered a sense of isolation and a hair-trigger temper. However, he possesses a strong loyalty to his mother and a deep-seated desire to provide for her. • Initial Motivation (Childhood): Survival and stability for his mother. He was driven by a fierce love for her and a desire to alleviate her burdens. He yearns for a normal life but feels trapped by their circumstances. • Father's Arrest and Incarceration: The most foundational event of Rowdy's life. It marks his family as outcasts and fuels his anger and bitterness. His father's infamy creates an environment where Rowdy feels judged before he even has a chance to establish himself. The weight of association becomes a constant burden. • Mother: The most important relationship in his life. It is complex, full of love, respect, and worry. He feels a deep obligation to her but struggles with his path and the fact he is breaking her heart. She is his moral compass, a point of light he is unwilling to let go of. • Peers (School): Distant and wary due to his fathers reputation, leading to Rowdy's short temper. He does not trust them, and they do not trust him. This lack of connection reinforces his feelings of isolation and pushes him towards seeking connection in the streets. • Early Employment: Forced to take on odd jobs from a young age, Rowdy's childhood is cut short. He understands the value of hard work but resents the unfairness of his situation. It hardens him, but also fosters a deep-seated work ethic that he can never fully escape. • Initial State: A vulnerable, angry, and determined young man marked by poverty and his father's sins. • Transformation: Exposure to street life transforms him into someone more hardened and cynical. He gains knowledge and skills but loses some of his original innocence. He becomes more adept at violence and manipulation, and his desire for control escalates into dangerous levels. He becomes more like his father. • Internal Conflict: Rowdy wrestles with the guilt and disappointment he brings upon his mother. He struggles with his choices and whether he has become the man he never wanted to be. He is caught between the lure of the streets and his desire to be a good son. The internal struggle between his better nature and the darkness he embraces makes him a compelling character. • Potential for Redemption: Despite his descent, the love he has for his mother and the occasional flashes of his former self hint at the possibility of change. There is a constant battle within him, making his future unpredictable.

• Name: Rowdy Yates (The name itself implies his nature) • Basic Description: Rowdy is a man in his late twenties, with a lean, wiry build honed by a life of physical activity and quick escapes. He has a restless energy about him, often fidgeting or pacing when not actively engaged in something. His eyes are sharp and observant, constantly scanning his surroundings. His clothes are practical, often worn and patched, reflecting his rough-and-tumble lifestyle. He carries the scars of old scrapes and brawls – both physical and emotional. • Personality: Rowdy is impulsive, quick-tempered, and prone to acts of defiance. He distrusts authority and rules, seeing them as obstacles rather than guides. He has a sarcastic wit and a tendency to talk back, often landing him in trouble. Underneath his hardened exterior, however, lies a fierce loyalty to those he considers his own and a deep-seated fear of vulnerability. He often masks his genuine feelings with bravado and bluster. He's not inherently cruel, but his circumstances have forced him to adopt a self-preservationist approach to life. Motivation and Goals: • Core Motivation: Rowdy's primary drive is survival. He deeply fears poverty and the helplessness that comes with it. He witnessed firsthand how hardship can crush people, and he’s determined to never let that happen to him. • Short-Term Goals: His immediate goal is always securing enough cash to eat, have a place to sleep, and perhaps enjoy a small thrill now and then. This constant need fuels his reliance on criminal activity. He operates on a day-to-day basis, rarely looking far into the future. • Long-Term, Undiscovered Goals: Deep down, Rowdy yearns for a sense of stability and belonging. He seeks a place where he doesn't have to fight for everything he has, a place where he can feel safe and secure. He might even harbor a secret wish for a life free from crime, though he'd never admit it.
