  2. Hello thank you for the decent offer! As of right now that is still a little low for us but I will get back to you if we end up changing our mind in the future. If you don’t mind me asking though what makes ours less value then the one you sold recently? The one we are selling has more space to work with and also exterior parking.

The one directly across from it was sold for 1.25 mil a month ago so that is where we got the price from, I have also know multiple people sell them for over a mil so unless prices have changed randomly within the last few months anything below a mil is just funny. I’m not here to argue but if you don’t want to offer over a a mil respectfully stop typing in this topic.
