Heist Bank Robberies!

Idea. Good. But at the same time, the bank is NCZ and also the most populated area on the whole map. So it's not possible.

There is the bank in Paleto Bay.. blaine county all the way north of the map. That can maybe be the only bank you can rob?

I think a system setup by the events team(?) for bank robberies could work, but it would need tight rules and restrictions on it to ensure that the experience itself is fair, fun and not confusing.

Rough idea of a couple of restrictions that could be used:

A detailed and thorough plan for the robbery - all the details of the plan must be prepared in-game and done in-character.

Admin approval of the robbery is a must - the organizers of the crime would have lengthy discussion with the head of events, in order to ensure that the plan itself is sound and doesn't violate any server rules and keeps in the spirit of making sure the event would be fair, fun and not confusing.

Upon admin approval, a time could be set in which the robbery would take place. The event would have to take place during a time in which there would be plenty of PD members online.

Upon entering the bank, once the first weapon is drawn the PD would be notified of the on-going robbery and would dispatch as soon as possible.

The event would be watched and supervised by an admin (or a group of admins).

--------------------------

Bank robberies would only be allowed to be done by long term players who have a good standing within the community and who have a good grasp of the server rules. Robberies themselves would only be allowed to be done once is a blue moon.

In real life no one gives a fuck if there is people or not in bank (like from movie perspective lol). Kinda if there make some changes about NCZ, crime rules... maybe, it can be possible

IRL the banks are mostly robbed at night when no one is here. Only a few times it gets robbed at a day when they use other people as hostages.

Still, if there should be a great roleplay involved, whole situation would be appreciate even failed or succeed bank heist. Like out of limitation..

+1 from me, it could be now the main bank, but there is more of them, like 4-5 but the smaller ones, so they could be the ones who you can rob.

Also would be awesome to if you could rob  jewelry stores.

For both of them there could be a timer, when it can be robbed again, like a cooldown or something.

Amazing idea and totally realistic will create RP for bandits and the police.

This idea and many others shows a huge flaw of NCZs and their immense presence. Maybe there are too many NCZs and they are prohibiting/restricting some of the best RP.

Some banks can be non ncz

+1 Great idea, and gives criminals more things to do. I do think however, this should only be allowed for official criminal factions as there needs to be an adequate level of RP involved.

yeah there are tons of bank locations that are not ncz which are unscripted banks

I think it should be allowed for players with 5000+ xp basically players without the ((NEW PLAYER)) badge.

Exactly the one all the way north of the map on paleto bay should be the bank robbery location.

Basically what Swifty said, this should be allowed under the events team. Having any random guy with a little bit of experience able to just walk up and rob a bank would actually provide a lot of terrible RP, with a few rare occasions of good RP.
