I'm not sure if there's heists in the game because I'm on GeForce NOW and can't connect to the server, but why not heists in general?

If you don't know, GeForce NOW is a thing that allows you to stream games from your PC so that you can play them if you have a low-end PC. Finding a way to connect to the server through GeForce NOW could increase the player base and let people that have a low-end PC play on the server. I'm not sure if it's possible though, but it's a good idea none-the-less.
