+1 from me I'm okay with increasing jailtime as long as there is a chance for rp, gambling on boxing etc and other available stuff, also some jobs would be nice as well, like changing linnens and etc doing laundry

Big old +1, amazing idea and nicely structured too. Shows a lot of potential to improve further than this too.

Yeah thanks man, I was hoping people would bounce ideas off each other to improve this system even more.

HUGE +1 but...

I think there are some flaws in your suggestion. For example how would we get that much prison guards? We should make prison guard an easily accesible job that you won't have to apply like any government job. For example

Bob want to be a prison guard he goes to talk to the Prison Guard NPC and now earn money for chilling in the prison just like any government job. (There would also be some restrictions like you cant get out of the prison with your prison uniform and nightstick)

The issue with making the prison job easily accessible is that it could be so simply abused by anybody who quickly throws a uniform on and decides to let us criminals out. As much as I'd like that, it's not very RP friendly and wouldn't make sense.

People need to follow the same process taken to get into MD or PD to prevent this from happening.

Huge 1+ and I mean HUGE. This could improve criminal RP so much, the only slight issue is that at certain times there might be no guards online which could limit RP or could be exploited. Now if I missed that detail out I'm sorry. Other than that it's great! Love the crafting system idea as well!

It'd be slow going to begin with I imagine,

in terms of people being online, but I assume PD has people online most hours, possibly it could have a system to allow PD officers to switch into prison uniforms in the quiet hours of the day or something.

Great starting point for Prison Faction. This is gonna be so good, my only point is that we will need some automation in regards to time frames. Still, every much +1 massively.

Prison time now is total nonsense. You get in prison, you browse internet for 2 hours in alt tab, having no attention what goes in prison. +1 from me, prison has to be changed. Lets make prison great again! well at least lets try to make it great ... 🙂  ideas are great

At 24 hours, I think there would be more RP in the prison, then the city. Prison RP used to be a big thing though and people still seem to enjoy it. It can be it's own little society with allies and enemies. Definitely an area that needs expansion.

A long prison sentence allows the player to properly roleplay within the prison, and allows the opportunity to create proper prison gangs.
