I did but my thoughts are also that bunch of criminals are just acting that they are playing on cops and robbers server not the roleplay. Just trying to rob every market in their way.

Then don't shoot the PD. I agree with the bad Roleplay in prison but you know everyone just like to DM in it.

It makes because IRL you as a buyer don't know how has the other sets of keys for your car. If you change the locks then they won't be able to unlock it of course

+1 on that, -1 on original idea because in real life when someone buys a new car he just handles the keys of the car. Rarely anyone changes the locks of the car when he has bought it.

It would be good if there is no reward for it. Just honest RP. We don't need motivation to do like 5k of money if you do that. IRL you won't get anything for that. It is just a common sense to hind evidence from law.
