It would make great sense if crims could import armour plates that can be used to *refill* your empty body armor. Each plate can give you 25% armour and cost 7.5k, making it only 5k cheaper than buying a new 50% one. To prevent people from buying a 50% armour and paying only 15k instead of 20k to have it 100%, armour plates can only be used to give you 50% and no more. Applying the plates to your empty body can take around 5mins, to prevent people from using it while fighting. Pros: crims wont just have 20 empty body armours sitting in their safes and gives for more RP opps and crim interaction. Cons: cant think of any at the moment.

Huge +1, but maybe its daily instead of per session? Disconnects and c0 happen a lot and would be kinda boring to have to re-do it every time u encounter one.

+1 However, there should be some way to monitor it as it can be used to troll around with it with OOC means (DSO/doxing/advertising other servers) that will being up unnecessary problems to the server. Maybe only mods+ can add the actual graffiti once you're done RPing it. The size of the graffiti should also be considered so that the server doesnt turn into an art gallery.

There was no map for it back then, all turfs were free game until this rule was put into place. After then, gangs knew what turfs were they allowed to take and which turfs they were not, based on lore and other factors. Looking at the blue turfs as high end gang turfs, why exactly are you not allowed to take any?

If FM removes this rule it'll go back to mid-2020 where one alliance had control of all turfs just because they want power. If you were around at the time I'm sure you know how it was. This rule was applied for a good reason. However, I dont get how your faction is not allowed to take any turfs.

Dont know why are people with good rigs giving their -1 when this whole thread is for poeple with low end specs to be ABLE to play the game. Its like prioritizing your trees over actual players that wont be able to play the server after the update.

@Speed Racer as much as I respect what you said but this is mainly cuz you RP as a civilian. You dont chase nor get chased, you have nothing at stake except for maybe a race bid. Isnt that what everyone does on the server and also IRL? Grind for hours and days to get what the promotions or assets you want? Try RPing as a criminal on an alt character, dont grind, and please let us know how far you'll go. Low riders only come out for RP reasons, they dont actively use it. And it didnt cost them 2 mil. Back to the main topic, the drag nerf was definitely not needed and the only reason one can come up with is to make it easier for PD to do their job. Yeah that were the famous last words by Teejay, right before 3 LFM, including Teejay, get punished for DM. So please, lets not speak about "dont break rules" cuz rulebreaks happen from both sides, unintentionally. You know I respect you Jay but this is cap. FSO and TRCC only allied AFTER yous started hitting FSO not before. I was in TRCC myself and only joined FSO after the alliance happen. The LTUs did try to have a relations meeting with our alliance and were told they cannot, can be proven by logs or the admin that was attending the meeting whom I wont mention and told them "You need to build an RP reason to join us in the conflict".

None of them were irl friends with us, neither were they ever on our freq and neither does any of us know a single one of them. Can you say the same about the ones your guys invited to your alliance, took pictures with, invited to freq with little to no RP and fought with them? Dont think so. Greetings from Lithuania.

I'm glad that you've admitted to being part of the problem. As much as I want to say that my side was guilty of that as well, we were not. There's a side in this server that cant survive without having double the numbers of their enemy side, they're so deluded by the win mentality, thinking that 60v30 should be considered a win. Not purposely throwing shade but its quite obvious by the comments and reactions made by this side that they do not want a solution to the current state, they want to have 100 members, kick the rest of the server out, bully the new gangs and call it an "IC issue". This side simply forced the other side to conflict, to joint frequencies and to form an alliance, just to be able to survive and RP. No offense to anyone, but this is facts. I agree with the rest of your points and as everyone agreed on, we should not be waiting on OOC rules and limitations to start improving the current state of the crim RP. Every gang, especially new ones or gangs that were not mainly in the conflict where it started, should reconsider if their "reasons" for joining the conflict were actually reasonable enough for them to invest in it with its own members and their guns and assets instead of just joining in for the fun of it and wanting to have 8 allies just in case things go south. Zetas and Triads ruled the city and controlled it cuz they could beat the whole server in a 2v4/5 and still come out victorious, not because they allied with every gang in the server. This is why they were the council, that all gangs feared and obeyed so that they can survive and exist in the city. And then you had to discuss diplomacy with each of the other gangs, and not just create conflict for no reason.

@Asterisk @Pegasus_ @FrankieP As much as I understand your point, we can argue that using radio isnt that hard realistically either if you break your leg or an arm yet its not allowed scriptly so I dont see how this is any difference.
