  1. Really the biggest problem is the Old 3G. There's some 3G's with really nice pools and yards but the inside is just of a condo, doesn't make any sense.
  2. Date and time (provide timezone): 5/20/2020 1590006000 Character name: Jason Malgotti Issue/bug you are reporting: I sent mail to these addresses: Normandy Dr. 5 Hillcrest Ave. 2 Hillcrest Ave. 4 North Sheldon Ave. 13 North Sheldon Ave. 16 North Sheldon Ave. 17 Each of the mail was a note containing some writing on it. I then took the postal job and delivered all of these packages myself to the correct addresses in Vinewood. About 20 minutes later I started receiving texts from the people who received the mail (my phone number was included on the notes). The 2 people who contacted me had house addresses totally different than the one's I sent mail to. One of them was in Paleto, the other one just near Purms Pumps. Expected behavior: The mail should be received by the owner of the house it was sent to, not random houses in the city. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Try replicating what I did above. Vehicle license plate number*:
  3. Might get some hate but how about adding the ability to change your interior to the different ones via credit store that fit the garage size of your house?
  4. Likely isn't enough to give somebody a punishment. You need proof. There are many ways somebody could get somebodies name ICly without searching them for an ID. So many excuses for a cop to use if asked by an admin how did you find this persons name.
  5. It's impossible to prove if somebody typed an ID or somehow found your name ICly.
  6. +1. You're using OOC information to gain IC information. If you got the persons name, then you should type the name in the system instead of typing their player ID. The excuse of people breaking rules is not a valid excuse. What other solutions do we have as players that allow us to do things IC when players refuse to RP? How many times as criminal have I /frisk'd somebody without them /friskapproving? Should we add a /friskforce command? No. I personally have had charges added onto me without them ever seeing my face or my ID. It'd be great to know if this was somebody metagaming my ID by using the MDC or if somebody actually checked the registered owner of the vehicle and added charges without getting this IC information, which would be an IC problem instead of a rulebreak. Currently I have no way of knowing which one it was. At least I know if this is implemented that it was done ICly.
  7. This is IC but generally they aren't able to take any furniture from your house without Senior Admin + approval. Besides drug labs since they can do /dismantlelab
  8. HUGE +1. We need something to be able to sort bags. Right now it's a pain in the ass trying to remember what you put in what bag and where you put it.
  9. +1 crims have been getting hit way too hard with all of these new development updates and rule updates. A lot of criminals don't even come in town much anymore because there's really not much to do criminal wise besides drugs. Cooking at community drug labs with your gang has been killed off. Checking drug labs for other criminals and gaining new connections that way has been killed off. We were without laptop access for around 2 months for some reason. Now there's script limitations on how many guns you can buy at once with a license. Chopshop has been pretty dead because cars randomly disappear after being offline for 2 hours. The prison time is unlimited. You now get put into debt if you can't pay your fines. It's damn near impossible to rob anyone anymore without them going to a public place and going into /b. Going to war now requires OOC approval. What have we gotten in terms of rule changes or development updates that give us more opportunities as criminals during these updates? Not really much I can think of.
  10. Date and time (provide timezone): 5/14/20 Character name: Jason Malgotti Issue/bug you are reporting: There was an update saying drugs should persist on server restart. That isn't the case. Expected behavior: The drugs should be left on the floor after the restart. It seems like they are persistent if they are picked up from the table and then dropped by the player. If they are never picked up by the player after being cooked by the table, they aren't persistent. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Vehicle license plate number*:
  11. With the surplus of players, both the city market and the paleto market are almost always full. I suggest we revamp the way buying and selling vehicles work by creating an interface like they have at the dealerships. When a car is added to the market, it gets added to the list of vehicles on the interface. They would also be sorted by the class of vehicle they are in (SUV, Trucks, Sports, etc). The only drastic change would that there would have to be a way to view the mods on the vehicle and such which I don't believe the current dealership interface allows for. You should be able to view the car like it is in the credit store so that you can see any colors or visual modifications on it. With this change, the days of not being able to sell your vehicle because it's full, or not knowing the price of a vehicle because it's location is bugged, is over.
  12. You're delusional if you think there was a way to make 40k an hour.
  13. There was no possible way to make 40k an hour in the old drug lab system. The best money was solo LSD which was around 26k an hour. The only thing that might need to be reworked right now is how much the price drops when people sell and / or how quickly it goes back up from when it's low.
  14. I like most of the WK rules. I don't agree with not having to have any contact with your gang if you get WK'd. I've played solo criminal before, it's REALLY boring. People will just be leaving the server until the war ends which I don't think we should encourage. I think a much more reasonable punishment should be a monetary payment to either the other gang or to faction management. If you fail ICly there should be a much larger punishment than just that momentary death. But an OOC punishment for weeks is just too hard. Maybe a payment of 500k-1m to be paid within 24 hours, in which case you fail to pay, you are then OOC banished from the war.
  15. Title. Nobody was working the booth in the late hours. Had to get out of my car, take the job, open the booth, get back in my car, and drive through. It should be permanently left open until somebody is working the job.
  16. Another suggestion: Add 3 output slots on the drug labs. Instead of dropping them there should be a small inventory in which you can take the drugs out of. This solves 2 problems. 1. When the server restarts, all the drugs that were made and placed on the floor disappear. 2. People grabbing the drugs through other peoples roofs. If this were to be updated, then you wouldn't be able to grab the drugs since they're in an inventory, which doesn't happen with this bug. Also solves the small quality of life issue of having to spam O many times, but mainly the two above.
  17. With the new drug labs, the new robbing rules, and now that cars disappear after 2 hours of being offline. They've really killed criminal money making this update. I think maybe they should also increase the chop rewards because of how hard it is to get cars with them all being deleted after people log off.
  18. Date and time (provide timezone): 4/28/20 Character name: Jason Malgotti Issue/bug you are reporting: When converting marijuana plants to marijuana seeds, you get nothing. Expected behavior: It should produce marijuana seeds Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Vehicle license plate number*:
  19. The fire would need to be much more pronounced if this were to be the case. Right now it's like a camp fire at the door, not very noticeable.
  20. And really only people in official illegal factions have them now, and even then only a small percentage of those people are cooking. If they were given to players as we're expected to do there's going to be houses exploding once every 15 minutes and will become a bit burdensome on FD and PD.
  21. I think a good suggestion would be to lower the risk of explosion and / or possibly increase the speed of drug making if the house that the drug tables are placed in is occupied by people. It makes sense because you would RPly be supervising the drug making. If you left the house the chemical reactions are going without supervision and would have a higher chance of explosion.
  22. Date and time (provide timezone): 4/26/20 Character name: Jason Malgotti Issue/bug you are reporting: If you place 5 bags on the floor, and have one in your hand, you will be stuck with a bag in your hand as you are not allowed to pickup backs when you already have a bag in your hand. Expected behavior: It should either restrict you from picking up a 6th bag or it should allow you to pickup bags when you have 5 bags on the floor. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Place 5 bags on the floor. Carry a bag in your hand. You now have no way to fix this without other players or admin intervention. 23. The mask can be taken off once you frisk them so -1 for that. +1 for taking weapins commands. Don't like that we have to have people OOC pull the gun out just to give it to us.
  24. I have already spoke to developers on how this should be fixed but I will explain it here as well. It will require a lot of time but they need to go through each car and improve its ACTUAL performance so that everyone can hit this top speed, and then cap the cars speed limit based on that value, not a global limit for all cars. For example the comet retro is based on a vehicle that goes 323 km/h IRL. The performance of the car should be increased so that it can go 300-325 (whatever number you think is appropriate) for people with crap FPS. Then set the cap for anyone driving that car to that number. You go down the list for every car that would realistically have a top speed over 240 km/h. All of the slow cars can keep the 240 km/h limit because it would lower the amount of dev work and even if it was abused on the slow cars there will be base cars (sports and supers) that can keep up with them. This is the only way the speeds of vehicles can be done fairly for all parties involved and make actual realistic sense at the same time.
