Back in the day there were actual ways to ensure other gangs did not get there shipments, it was much easier to actually intercept them. What I am suggesting is just a quick fix to a minor problem. Down the road, I would be all for a re-implementation of the old gun system. But it is scriptly impossible to prevent another gang from ordering off the laptop. Nobody really has the time nor do they want to watch ~15 possible drop locations for multiple hours a day. There is no way to determine when a gang orders, who is ordering, and where there drop is going to. My suggestion is just a simple fix to a problem criminals want fixed. As for your comment on bringing a shotgun to a store robbery, realistically the bigger the gun the better chance of success. You're risking around ~20k worth of weaponry for realistically ~4k cash which is good risk for reward in my opinion.

I disagree with the idea of bidding for a limited supply of ammo. Criminals should not have to bid for a very limited supply of bullets, it just creates so many problems. If a bidding system was implemented you would have bigger problems then there are currently. Increasing the supply will only increase criminal RP. Right now people are lucky to get shipments of 20 bullets which makes no sense. Why should we be risking an extremely long sentence for barely any reward. The more ammo available = The more people that carry heavy weapons with ammo on them. Right now people don’t wanna lose heavy weapons just due to the lack of ammo. Once you lose your supply of ammo right now it’s pretty near impossible to get it back. > More ammo available = Possible RP deals for ammo between gangs (That’s just one small way of how an increase of ammo can increase criminal RP.)

Currently there are four different official factions which have access to imports. All four of those factions are currently fighting for a very limited supply for ammo. My idea is that each criminal faction should have their own supply of ammo. Rather then every criminal faction fighting for the same supply. Realistically, big organizations would not have to worry about having a short supply of ammo, and they would be able to buy as much ammo as they could afford. Ex. Rooks would have a different supply of ammo then The Triads. If Rooks ordered AK ammo it would not effect Triads. Pro's: Higher chance for PD to intercept shipments, due to the influx of shipments that will be happening. (Pro for PD.) It'll set up higher RP scenarios between different criminal organizations. Criminals can focus on RP rather then supplying themselves for that RP. Overall, the ammo problem is a minor problem but it greatly impacts criminal RP. If Criminals have a sufficient amount of ammo for them to supply themselves with, as well as supplying others with it would greatly impact RP in multiple different ways.

Currently there are a lot of different cars that have big enough trunks, but still cannot fit bodies inside. Here is a list of different cars that should be able to fit bodies in the trunk: Schafter V12 Karuma Sultan Rapid GT Sandking XL Nebula Turbo Hotstring Sabre Kamacho 6x6 Dubsta Carcara Merryweather Mesa There are also many more cars that have big enough trunks which I may not have named. Illegal Hospitals Currently if someone gets injured by result of a crime, such as a gang shootout. Players are forced to either call medics or bring there injured friends to a hospital located inside of a NCZ. I believe that we should have various different locations where players can be dropped off and restored to half of there health. In some cases it is not realistic to bring injured gang members directly to a big name hospital, especially if they have active warrants. In this case we should implement "unlicensed hospitals" where players can drop off fellow criminals at these injured drop-off points. While they're there it'll revive the player and give them half of there health back. It'll give them half of there health to compensate the fact that it's a makeshift hospital. Currently the fire departments only job is to destroy labs, this could add another purpose for the Fire Department. If the locations are found/called in by Police then the Fire Department may confiscate the medical supplies getting rid of the healing area. I suggest around 4-5 different locations scattered around the map, as they can be destroyed. Illegal Medic Dealer Another idea would be to have an illegal medic dealer that would sell a list of different things. Morphine- Having morphine will be counted as illegal, if the player does not have a legal medical license or is a part of MD. Morphine would gradually heal a player until they're full health. The downside is you would walk slower until you're fully healed from it. Steroids - Steroids are no longer in the game, I believe if we re-added these with the same effects they would be useful.

I completely disagree with the idea of banning racist words ICly. My character ICly is supposed to be racist, that's just how his character arc made him. I believe if we got rid of this, it'd lead into many more things. Removing the ability to say such words would limit RP in my opinion.

"When stalking one's prey, it is best to take one's time. Say nothing, and as sure as eggs he will become curious and emerge." - Harper Lee Dean Donovan, Police Officer II of The Los Santos Police Department. Also, the man responsible for revoking multiple Rook gun licenses. After spotting Dean and his vehicle multiple times throughout the day, Al and a few Rooks decided to stalk Dean and see where he went next. Around 2 hours later, Dean finally had left the club and he was on his own. The Rooks immediately surrounded him, throwing a mask and bag over his head and stuffed him in the back of the contender. But there was one problem, there was one civilian nearby who had witnessed everything. The Rooks immediately were forced to throw that Civilian in the back seat as well. They then continued to an undisclosed location. After bringing the Civilian and Dean Donovan to the undisclosed location, The Rooks began to attempt to pry information out of Officer Donovan. After not getting the information they wanted out of Dean, they decided to through with a different plan that involved the civilian. After The Rooks failed to pry information, they began to torture the Civilian. Al Romano took out his gun and pressed it against the Civilians leg, whilst at the same time there was an AK-47 pointed at Dean. Seeing a civilian get tortured began to enrage Dean. All the information the Rooks wanted was discovered immediately in the hopes of saving the Civilians life. After Dean's rage had built up, they had tackled and began to resist. Events occurred which allowed the Civilian to flee, but in the end both Dean and the Civilian were both apprehended by both Zion and Al. Moments later, the Civilian made a secretive phone call to the cops, which forced them to switch locations. It was time to start the second phase of the operation. The whole time the Civilian was Al Romano's brother, Bo Romano. They had told Bo to pretend as if he's a Civilian and to do whatever it is necessary to ensure Dean believes he's a random Civilian. So that's what happened, after bringing Dean and Bo to the second location they had started to plan for the second phase.. Part 2 - Coming soon..

The Return of Al Romano Upon leaving the Triads, Al Romano looked to find his place back home in The Rooks. He exited his plane after taking a day trip out of the city to work on future business deals with whoever he was going to join up with next. Upon his return to the city, Al was welcomed off the plane by a few Rooks. From that point he had strongly considered going back.. After arriving back in the city from his trip, he made his way to the Triads Noodle Shop to try and see if anyone was around. He wanted to ensure that he was still in good standings after leaving their organization. After talking with a few of the members inside they ensured he would be fine. Once he made sure he was on good standings with the Triads, he had considered rejoining The Rooks. So he made his way over there, and met up with the Underboss Rose Mcgarden. She filled him in on the current status of The Rooks, and he briefly mentioned that he wanted to come back. So she told him to speak with Dmitri, but she was fine with it. So Al entered the Restaurant and was welcomed in by Dmitri. They got straight to business and Dmitri ultimately ended up letting Al back in and giving him the rank of Enforcer. He then decided he wanted to set up a meeting with a few of The Rooks. Upon arriving at the meeting, Al met a few new recruits and met up with some familiar faces. He went over what he planed to do with The Rooks, and the changes he'd hope to make. Many of the members were happy for his return. But he had a surprise that they were unaware of... Al decided to buy out the Vanilla Unicorn for a day as a thanks for The Rooks allowing him to return. The members of The Rooks were treated to a nice dinner and some entertainment at the Vanilla Unicorn. After the day was over he mentioned that there would be some major events happening in the next coming of days.

Even if so, Criminals should have to be working legal jobs to make good money. They should be able to make an extremely good amount of money from drug dealing, and selling.
-
Official factions already have this, it's called a treasury.

Currently in the server there is really no point to during criminal actives, hence why you see criminals getting legal jobs. In order to fix this a few things could be done. 1. Increase Risk for Reward As of right now if you're doing drug labs, it's not worth spending hours upon end to make less money then you would working at LSC for an hour or two. Drugs should either sell at a higher rate as most of the time if you're cooking at any lab besides LSD you cook with more then 2 people most of the time. After spending several hours at the lab, you really make only 15k each if you have three people. Compared to a legal job that really isn't worth it. 2. More profitable robberies As of right now all you can is rob general stores, another way for criminals to make money could be robberies such as Robbing a Jewelry store. As of right now there is no use for the jewelry store. One is located at this position on the map. The Jewelry store already has an interior, as shown below. How it could work: First off in order to execute the robbery it should take a minimum of 3-5 different people, and an X amount of police. It would also only be able to take place at times when stores are normally closed. So from 22:00 - 8:00. Inside the store should be one NPC Security guard. One person would need to have a gun on him at all times, the moment a gun would be pointed off of him is when the police/SWAT would be alerted. While one person has their gun on the security guard. The second person would be in the office hacking the computer, taking down all of the cameras, etc. A mini game would be present similar to this - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qYpLW2JUOu4 (Don't know if that's possible.) If the person on the computer messes up 3 times the police would be alerted and the criminals would be forced to leave. In the case that someone does not hack the computer there would be a 5:00 timer and if someone does not start the hack on the computer in that amount of time the police would be alerted. The third person would be tasked with actually stealing the jewelry from the cases. Each case could be worth anywhere from 10-25k each but each time the glass would be broken there would be a 10% chance the police would be alerted. That person would need to have an empty bag on them and instead of the jewelry going into your pockets, it would go directly into that empty bag. Each bag should be able to carry roughly 10 pieces of jewelry. Hence why you would want more people robbing with you so you can double that. Finally, upon completion your team would leave the jewelry store going to a drop off point where they would make the money, once they leave the store the police would immediately get notified about the robbery. The drop off point should be at a far location away from the city possibly either in Sandy shores or Paleto bay. Note that is just an idea of how the Jewelry store robbery could work, and in order to steal everything in the store it would take at least three people at the minimum but more realistically if you wanted to be successful 5 people. 3. Add a reason for Non-Official gangs to buy a laptop. Instead of the laptop just being for imports, add a section where civilians can chat with members of official factions to buy guns. Not only does this give more profit to criminals, but at the same time it adds more stuff to do. To make this work though, the prices of laptops would need to be dropped to around ~25k. Every time a message is sent to a gang member on the laptop, there could be a small chance for the police to intercept that message. Note: I tried making it fair for both the Criminals and Police.
