The issue with blanket lowering/removal is that people don't really fear the prison time / fines, especially established players. Perhaps a reasonable middle-ground is to issue it based on recidivism. i.e. if you get arrested once in the last 7 days, you do not get a license suspension, if you get arrested twice you get 1 day license suspension, three times 2 days and so on. That way people that play rarely/smartly are not overly punished while serial criminals are encouraged to change their ways or receive repercussions.

Without getting into a drawn out economy debate, my opinion is simple: there should be more bonuses for doing your faction job. ex. mechanics should be paid a small bonus for each vehicle they fix, taxi drivers a small bonus for each fare they take and so on. This should alleviate any concerns about farming money since it requires active participation.

I feel that part of our job as leadership of a faction is gauging things such as a person's activity. If you're around regularly, you should be able to tell who's also around regularly. Timezones do exist, however, leadership is also commonly spread over timezones.

I disagree. I think that we shouldn't take away fishing as a solitary activity. Fish should be more expensive in general, and while we're changing fishing, far away from coast ocean fishing (with a boat) should yield more expensive fish; can simply be called ocean fish (even though they're caught in the same body of water).

This was trialed a while back as the coma system, people were very very unhappy with it. I do not believe it to be a good solution, and other games that tried to stop people from playing them usually died. I feel that some other restriction should follow death, perhaps, make the injured script last much longer and not allow players to hop on radio, drive cars, or use weapons. Basically, make them injured, but not completely locked out.

Your sources are as weak as your control of Grove. You can't afford the property, deal with that in quiet or I'll come help you, personally.
