  1. It's already against the law to wear a mask in public.
  2. As someone that was an officer back then, the issue was that it required no interaction from the officer. If it worked like frisk where the officer had to accept, it would've been great. but it ended up being used like driving past a cop and doing /payfines. You just had to be in range, no other requirement.
  3. I believe food in vending machines should not spoil, and that will create a new mini-business opportunity with conveniently placed vending machines.
  4. If the person agrees to the roleplay, there is no issue, but I can not at this point in time support permanently prisoning people against their will. People that took their characters above and beyond and chose to experience realistic repercussions are the exception, and should not be the norm.
  5. This suggestion is rather vague, could you please outline exactly what you'd like? There are already rules against DM in place and they apply to everyone. I would be against adding hyper-specific rules because roleplay is much more fluid than that. If you believe you were DMed by an officer, first you should try to explain your side to them via /pm, and if you can not reach a consensus, make a player report, either in-game or on the forums.
  6. What do you mean? It would be an in-character choice. If you want the darkest tint, you are breaking the law and can face repercussions. If you don't want to break the law, take the tint off the windows. I don't see how it's an issue.
  7. That can be enforced in-character, as excessive tints could be illegal. That way there is a pro vs con with having extremely dark tints.
  8. I think this is a good opportunity to work with window tints as well. Make this only work for the darkest window tint available, as the lighter options are very see-through.
  9. This idea was inspired by SAMP, where civilian (non official) gangs had access to channels, they were strictly OOC and opt-in, to avoid any abuse.
  10. Mistakes were made, but they should not be repeated. DeAndre and Pops looked to the future, and choices to be made. A mutually beneficial agreement was reached with the Dragons. GBK has established its first formal relationship in the city. Not all of their business deals will be as big or prestigious as the dragons, but a deal is a deal. The Cupids had a craving that was satiated after some work at Chilliad. Grove Street is looking better and better by the day.
  11. "Grove Street, home, at least it was until I fucked everything up." No truer words have been spoken. Mistakes were made, the road not taken always over the horizon. However, today is a new day, a new chapter, and GBK is here, home. Not everyone got the news of the arrival, but those that did came by to check out the hood. For the most part, everyone was happy to see the new arrivals there. So many things had changed. The beloved LSD lab is a mere husk of its former self, home to petty criminals and nothing more than a quick check for any serious organizations. Not everyone in the neighborhood was as welcoming as others; select people needed convincing. They will come around eventually. At the end of the day, Grove ain't green no more. It's black, and it's staying black.
  12. Leaning forward on motorbikes is currently considered realistic and a fair action to perform even during a pursuit. Archived.
