  1. Could get a property put in, the back door inside the mechanic shop. Build outside the property.
  2. Reactions should be simple and straightforward, without the 'meme' which most people don't understand anyway. +1 Keep it simple.

    New custom cars

+1 Tons of cars to choose from, this is GTA afterall. They should rotate every week, one car in, one car out, even cars that are available ingame from a dealer should be on rotation and quite a bit less in price.
  4. Great, let's make an appointment!
  5. Will do, where would you like to meet?
  6. Dear David Castlebeck of 3389185 If you must tape these items, please make sure to use painters tape for easy removal. Any other type of mounting could result in damage of city or personal property. Additionally please expect, after the event to retrieve all your postings to prevent littering. Thank you.

    911 Police LSPD Text

If it's broken, or incomplete in development, it's a bug. While terminology would probably be the lowest of priority, it and many things like it could be simple enough to fix.
  8. Greetings James, There seems to be an issue with your loan status we need to discuss. - Maze Bank West
  9. Greetings Karen, please confirm your mobile number for our records and we'll look into this false imprisonment for you.
  10. +/-1 A law abiding citizen can make more than a criminal and law enforcement at a base level. When you threaten the life or property owned by another, you become a criminal. Law Enforcement is hired, tasked and funded by the government to reduce criminal activities that threaten the livelihood and freedoms of the citizens to conduct legal business and pay taxes to said government. Law enforcement falls under strict guidelines IC and OOC. They aren't allowed to run around and just whatever they want, they're under constant scrutiny. They don't have the freedoms any other citizen has else they risk their job. Being an LEO is not easy and it's a lot of work. I've found too often during an encounter 1v3+, criminals are too quick to pull the trigger or finish off an officer. If you outnumber someone, make sure they know it. Unless there is a danger to themselves or others, officers don't usually fire first, use this to your advantage, it will definitely help improve RP. From my experience, officers KIA spend about 5-15 minutes getting their stuff back together, food, radio, map, GPS. They take a break and debate a little about the situation and work the desk. They'll release their cruiser (so it remains on scene) so they can withdraw another. They'll ignore all calls pertaining and leading to the area they died and patrol completely opposite areas of the map for usually more than an hour. The only time I've seen them return to a scene, is when it's gone on longer than 30 min and they're only helping clean up the scene. I know a lot of you don't see these things directly, sure, I may be a 'little' biased if even, but if you look at my server suggestion supporting history, I have plenty that supports adding criminal and citizen elements equally. --- As for the topic at hand. Cops to 'loose' something. The cop looses their life and the items they had. (Clothing, food, radio, GPS, map, all adds up, that alone could be the loss of an hour of pay already.) They have no knowledge of the situation, they loose the opportunity to be part of that RP and end up having to separate from it completely. A lot of time, being part of a scene is what's enjoyable. Every time a cruiser is spawned, the faction does loose an amount of money. (unknown exactly how much that is) They also have potential for further situations. There's a stray cruiser out there their previous self left that could definitely be stolen and used in further crimes they'll have to deal with. Maybe 20 officers on duty, 200 people on the server. Officers are still outnumbered and disadvantaged. Of every single call to the police, approximately 1 in 5-10? result in an arrest. I'd call that, crime resolution failure. During a shootout, criminals have a 100% chance possibility of caring a heavy weapon as they are not restricted by policies only bank and accessibility. Officers encountered have up average of 50% chance of being able to carry a heavy weapon. Thus 2 officers, one with a heavy vs 10 criminals, all high probability with heavies.
  11. I could.. probably support the removal of /alias... Takes about a year for an individual to memorize the names and faces of 200 people though. But they're always changing and many very similar due to limited options.

    Cash Safe Furniture

+1 Or maybe the ability to create a shared bank account, where you can add people to access it, like a home. However, taxes are based on total asset/bank value, so you... would have to split that value 3 ways if you have 3 people? Or, would the total value of the shared account you have access to impact you? Could be abused various ways.

    Offshore Crime

+1 Additional crime elements! -1 On another faction.. when we still can't man the ones we have properly. Law Enforcement needs better maritime equipment first as well.
  14. +1 Triggering a 'remote' camera view shouldn't be hard to accomplish, it's already in the game files. From what I understand, you would only need to 'attach' the camera to a specific object (hidden), force first person and add the already existing filter with designated text. It's all there, it's just figuring out how to script it to work.
  15. I like this idea. I'd rather see people get imprisoned by Admins then kicked or even banned. They should still be able to log in, have visitors and RP with, but may be released only after "Date". This could give you more prison kingpins. Down sides though. No IC Consequence - It only adds to admin record, they aren't charged with the crime that may be associated to the situation leading to it, so there is no IC history, whether it's voided or not. This could be easily adaptive and resolved though. Contraband - They could end up in prison with weapons. Again, easily resolved if done correctly. Repeat Offenses - They could still break server rules. However they could also be tossed in solitary until they learn what they've done wrong, or improve their RP with DOC personnel or other prisoners.

    Racism

+/-1 Hmm, I'm all for freedom of speech, however If it's done with malicious intent, only to be 'offensive' ICly but OOCly as well through overuse and not using it properly in a complete sentence, would it be considered Non-RP or OOC insults? I just don't see it being used 4+ times in a sentence being realistic myself. Even the "F" word and it's rough, slang descriptions can only be used 3 times in a legitimate sentence (RIP George Carlin).
  18. +1 I work in corporate security and security systems management IRL. While a lot of our technology today is very advanced, you can tell by the equipment existing in stores in-game, it's quite dated. To be honest, disabling any security system is simple, if you know where to go. In this situation, before even robbing the store, you should simply be able to "unplug camera's" action bar. This would create a reasonable doubt. You were the last one seen in the store, but no video evidence of you robbing it, except the cashier, can still be used as a witness....
  19. Quite the record for the server not restarting until last night. Operational now, please archive.
  20. There are a ton of rentals available now in the marketplace but mine is also available.
  21. Loan granted in account of Maze Bank West, a subsidiary of Shadow Capitol.
  22. +/- 1 Should be a bit less, maybe 10% of the value? Don't want clothing and masks to be a targetable item for robberies, only just enough to help clean up the streets. Could also bag items in trash bags and utilize ideas from the below or allow you to dump them yourself and get paid to dispose of a bag, instead of doing the entire truck job.
  23. Hmm... If you asked ICly I don't see why not. The LEO may have to call them though as you wouldn't be able to. No reason to not let you transfer legal items.
  24. Server Suggestions? I agree, firearms and ammo should be sold separately. No one in any store would sell it together, let alone load it for you. You do need a weapons license to buy / carry a weapon (ICly). Else you go to jail. I actually believe the 'black market' should be unbiased and anyone should be able to import most anything, even cars that dealers can't get, making these vehicles and marking specific vehicles 'unroadworthy'. Official factions however would have an advantage of 'trust' from the off shore dealer and be able to import other higher illegal items.
  25. You could scrap it, but I think you only get 10% of it's base import price, or something really low.
