Hi there and thank you to all who have participated in the discussion. A private area on the forums will be made available for sensitive reports relating to gross/offensive roleplay here - https://forum.eclipse-rp.net/forum/220-orp-reports/ We will also further clarify the offensive RP rules to give deeper clarity to what is/isn’t acceptable.

Hey there! This is something we are currently looking into. The final picture is not yet confirmed, but the current vision is that suspension time will be custom and not the same for all crimes and will be set in the penal code for uniformity (capped at most no more than current suspensions - likely much less). We will announce when/if this is something we proceed with implementing. Thank you for the suggestion

This is a really cool idea, and something I think LFM and FM would be able to incorporate into their tier systems quite easily as a reward for moving up the "official" ladder - maybe when you get the F4 menu/faction chat, you also get this ability. Big +1

This "roleplay" has no place in any community. We will adjust the rules accordingly and explicitly to ensure everyone feels safe in our community. Thank you for presenting this and I'd like to apologise to anyone who has felt unsafe on the community prior to this explicit adjustment.

It may also be valuable to have a setting to select personal preference in font colour as white does blend in to most backgrounds in the county. In the city not so much, so you could also maybe potentially try and move your RP back down south and see how you get on.

I'm going to conclude this suggestion before it spirals as even if unintended - it will. Adding a timer to pressing the panic button is not something that makes any sense when considering realism, gameplay balance and fairness. The intention of a panic alarm is to alert for backup when in a state of panic - this is an immediate action both in the real world, and in gameplay. There would be zero balance if there was a "panic button timer (between 10-20 seconds) which would get criminals enough time to put the LEO under fear RP" as the scales of balance would fall heavily on the side of the hostile party and removes much of the risk associated with targeting a cop. The argument about "it takes time to switch binds" is a moot point - both cops and crims have timers for this. The panic alarm is a feature exclusive to GOV factions and not comparable. The panic button usage and talking over the radio follow the same rules when it comes to fear rp - if a cop presses it while you are aiming at them not only could it potentially be a breach of fear rp, but that would also escalate the RP to attack them.

Limit the options of undercover cars for PD/SD
MrSilky replied to lupicek's topic in Game Suggestions
Hey, Access to undercover vehicles is heavily regulated In-Character and less than 10% of the entire faction has the ability to use them, and they can't use them all the time and only for specific purpose roleplay. If you see any actual issues with the use, feel free to make an IA report so the faction leadership can review.
