I can agree that the rule does need tweaking. In my opinion, the rule is worded like that to prevent people from trying to rob others in cars because it's so easy to disable a car with a single gun shot (not realistic at all). If the rules were flat changed to allow a robber to shoot at someone in a car, then there is 0 opportunity for someone to legitimately escape if cars are disabled so quickly. As soon as the gun comes out the other party has no option and the "hands up rob" mentality will only get worse. To combat this, I think we would see civilians (and some criminals) fleeing for their lives as soon as they see anyone remotely getting near them (does this already happen?). I understand Los Santos is a hyper violent city but closing this "loophole" will further make civilian life worse and they shouldnt have to be watching their back 24/7 even in the pseudo safety of a vehicle. I dont want to prohibit people from robbing others but chain crimes/robberies and broad daylight/public area robberies are low RP but not necessarily NonRP. On the other side, Fear RP rules state just some examples, not all. If someone is completely boxed in and has no where to flee, it's time to give up whether your car is stalled or not.

I like both ideas. Somehow they could be incorporated to make clothing and furniture so it closes the loop on just generating those items out of thin air.

The last wall option (wall 39) doesn't load a wall to view and will crash your game every time.

I agree with you on that part. I would also love for law enforcement to be able to scriptly remove assets due to scams, unpaid loans, etc...

The reason why scamming is allowed in NCZs because it's not an obvious crime and you can't pin point when the actual crime occurred. Example: You can do a wire transfer or hand cash at the bank and then head towards to the house to transfer keys but suddenly the scammer drives off when approaching the house. Did the scam occur at the bank or when he decided to turn around and drive away? I don't personally agree with this interpretation but I have no problem enforcing it this way because it's incredibly easy to avoid being scammed: use the script!. No one likes paying taxes but it's a small fee in order to ensure you won't be scammed. Scammers have tons of reasons and will convince you to sell/buy another way beyond the script and unfortunately there's plenty of players out here who fall victim and dont see all the red flags. Unless you 100% completely trust the other player to trade/sell outside of the script you will most likely be scammed. Live and learn.

+1. We need more money sinks and I absolutely hate seeing super cars being driven everywhere, especially NonRPly. Super cars should be taken out occasionally to show off and to cruise around, not for everyday driving.

RageMP does not support NPCs at this time so there is nothing we can do. Perhaps in the future this can be brought up again when NPCs are an available feature.

Would help if the minimum # of drivers was maybe 3 before the city bee is turned off. Often times management are conducting training or interviews which means they cant help take rides but city bee is still unavailable .

Money is taxed as it is earned. When you remove it via /takesalary you get a message that you paid X in taxes, but it doesn't take those taxes again (they were already removed). Please provide some screen shots or video to back your claim up.
