+1 Rulebook should always be up to date. It's the same situation when it comes to scamming. While scamming is a crime, you are allowed to commit such crime in NCZ, completely opposite to what the rule says and if someone new joins the server, this was only posted in the Update thread, which not all new players might read.

This script allows you to control the vehicle speed and acceleration the same way you would control it using a controller. On controller you can only press the Trigger button slightly and your vehicle will accelerate according on how much you squeezed the Trigger button. Using AHK script and 2 pieces of software, I am emulating a controller which game detects and uses it to accelerate the vehicle. @SA Brian Jennings are you using door frames near those doors? During my placing of doors, I have noticed that door frames count as a door, so when you are unlocking/locking the door, you are actually unlocking/locking the door frame instead of the actual dor.

+1 if the reasonable jumps are clearly defined, no matter what kind of vehicle you are using, if you land on a flat ground from a decent height, no suspension is gonna be able to handle that, but if you landed on a slope with a dirt bike which would be able to negate the gravity, then that should be allowed. + also what support member said below me

I have created this script which allows you to draw on the note automatically, its not the best thing, but it's something.

On a server I used to play, there was a system if the player was offline, you couldn't break into their house. I believe that made the whole breaking into houses more risky and prevented much of the offline raiding.

I am for +1 on this, it's way to easy to make a dot on your screen, both with hardware and software options, and it's possible that neither of them are being recorded by the recording software.

I am all for balancing the housing market, but don't you think that giving over houses to just 1 company would bring even more monopoly to the server?

+1 but I think more social aspect of the civilian rp should be focused. 1. As said above, there is not currently much to do as civilian, other than drive around, do jobs and talk to people. Recently there was a suggestion promoting pier as a civilian hotspot and it was very well received by the community, that should be implemented and it can already be done as NCZ are already a thing on the server. Server needs a big area that allows people to RP with each other but not be crowded. 2. Hunger/Thirst system, we have seen that being developed by Nobody on twitch, with idea that it won't hurt the player if they are not paying attention to the system, but if you do, you get slight boost ( health regen was one of the things I believe ). During my time on the server I have tried few times to RP going out for a dinner or a lunch, but because there was no such place to do so, it ended up just being a quick stop at a fast food place done with few /me's /do's. Having proper restaurants or night clubs and incentive to go there would improve the social RP greatly. 3. Night clubs. There have been few parties on Eclipse in Bahama Mamas and Vanilla Unicorn, but if there was more than 10 people there, it almost always ended up in a criminal shit fest. There should be a easy system for temporary NCZ ( where people can't kill each other and stuff, but are able to do drugs, because party )

+1, I really like this idea. 1. With the addition to your already proposed stuff, it should be added that not just everyone, after playing on a criminal character for 1 day is able to apply for the position. The player should provide a backstory for their character, complete with a bio, some pictures of their RP showing development of their character.( maybe even some moral values? He wouldn't be selling to a known cop murderers in the city, as that would mean cops would get on his ass, etc... ). 2. 99% of the weapons imported by the weapon suppliers should be pistols and ammunition for it, one man handling heavy weapons doesn't really fit. 3. Add an OOC/IC rule if caught by the PD for a crime related to him selling weapons or a crime that would result in a long imprisonment time IRL ( If someone spends 20 years in jail for a murder or something, doubt he would still have as many contacts ), remove him as a weapon supplier from the server.

Criminals are always bringing up this suggestions saying that its non rp that people have to wait 2 IRL hours waiting to do stuff ( and other suggestions ), while they themselves, getting arrested every day should be classed as non rp.

Yes, but by the time you all people served, your IC age would probably be 200 years old by now. There is no consequences for going to prison every day apart from spending 2 hours in it max, and if you are abusing the system and you have 0 money in your bank account, you are also avoiding the fines.

Its also not rp that you go to prison every day, but that is never discussed by the criminals

I don't believe the prison sentence is enough of the punishment, which is why I think with the addition of the impound, it makes it somewhat better.

-1 If you have to wait little bit to get your vehicle let out of impound, especially after if you were in a chase and your vehicle was impounded, is currently the only decent punishment people receive and what Alex said above.

Hello and welcome to the community. As for your questions, yes you can own a businesses/nightclubs but the cost of them are quite high.

For the cars you can give them keys temporary or permanently, as for the house keys, they have it permanently until you remove them from it, using the House menu. It will tell you which people have the keys and you can remove one by one

I am +1 for this, if there is a implementation of this where if someone has 0$ in their bank account at the time of being arrested, they are either being put in negative balance or every time they take salary, they are losing some of the salary to pay for the charges. At the moment, you can just have 0$ money in your bank account and nothing will happen if you get arrested,

There were no rules with the bleets, in the past it was advertisement only, but now it was free for all without criminal bleets, which, combined with no way to mute bleets resulted in spam for the players. I dont need to hear every 10 minutes that there is poker at Tequila or that cops need to release vehicle from impound
