And it didnt help? I dont advise you to buy new cpu, because you would need new ram, moba and that can get to high cost quite fast. I suggest that you wait for new releases from gt-mp or gtan devs which will increase perfomance.

Did you try lowering your game resolution? You are running i7 920 which is a very shitty CPU. I have i7 930 OCed to 3.6GHz and from looking at the CPU and GPU usage ( r9 280x) I am not even using 50% off the GPU

I have noticed that you crash less when there isn't a lot of people on the server. More people means higher chance to crash for some reason.
