Isn't this weird that we can cook drugs but we cannot cook foods, but still we can eat raw foods. So I am here with a suggestion for how to add cooking food in ECRP. It will not only boost RP in server but also make ECRP unique from other RP servers. I tried to make this idea/report flawless and simple with all my research possible. Every sink or tap furniture must be a source for water refill, it's funny that a person have a house but don't have water to refill their bottle or drink.

Cooking UI:
- Cooking furniture UI will be just like drug tables, but instead we cannot learn recipe, we have to look over book and memorize in our head to cook
- Cooking book UI will be like (F4- Faction UI) can open from right clicking over book in inventory and use

Adding Restaurants:
- Private Restaurants are responsible for cooking food for other players
- Recipe book will be added in grocery stores
- Every meal will have different time to cook
- Every meal will require different set of raw materials to cook
- Some meal will also require different furniture to cook like oven or burner
- Restaurants hire Chef (real players) to cook food (0.5x cooking time)
- If no chefs available then NPC Chef (1x cooking time) will cook, using the items in kitchen, restaurants have to pay NPC Chef
- NPC manager, who takes order, reserve tables, message on phone for empty table, Owner has to pay NPC Manager.
- Other player can report/complaint owner for chef not working just standing in kitchen and getting paid
- Just like LSC, PD, SD factions, there should be uniform for chef too, which can be taken from locked room ctrl+D (a furniture can be used, scripted with ctrl+D) and salary also shows like this:

Command for Restaurants:
- /hire [playerID] [salary] to hire player and with salary
- /promote [playerID] [increasedSalary] to promote an employee and increase salary
- /e(mployee)details [playerID] to check employee details, how much hours the employee worked and what is the salary
- /paysalary [playerID] [Salary] to pay the salary to employee, owner will calculate and pay, if paid wrong then employee can file complaint to police with contract detail proof
- /demote [playerID] [decreasedSalary] to demote an employee and decrease salary
- /fire [playerID] to fire an employee from job
- /employeestatus for owner to check how many employees are active in game and how many are on duty or off duty so they can call them in case of emergency in restaurant

Cooking at House:
Players can also cook at their apartment or house or RV, if they have proper cooking furniture from furniture store, like BBQ, Oven, Coffee Machine, Toaster, etc.
- Any players can cook at any house with proper furniture (2x cooking time)
- Unlike drugs, in cooking there will not be product after a time, the player has to take it out or else food will burnt
- If still player won't take it out, blast will happen, fire alarm will ring and fire department will be alerted.
- Meal will be fresh for a time after that it will stale.
- Fridge are used to store meal (2x fresh time)
- Dustbin (20 vol.) in house to dump unnecessary things, burnt or stale meal
- Dustbin all over city to throw clear house dustbins, and to clear waste on roads, like unwanted clothes, empty water, soda, wine, coffee, etc.
- Players will get paid for throwing unwanted things in dustbin, depending on thing they will get $10-$50.

Raw material list along with their source from where they can be transported to stores/restaurants via truck drivers.
- Bread (Farm drop off)
- Chicken Meat (Butchers)
- Cow Meat (Butchers)
- Deer Meat (Butchers)
- Fish (Fish drop off point)
- Pig Meat (Butchers)
- Rabbit Meat (Butchers)
- Rat Meat (Butchers)
- Rice (Farm)
- Sauce
- Veggies (Farm)
- Wine (Grape Farm)

Raw Material Sources:
- All Raw materials can be bought from store
- Bread, milk, sauce, veggies, wheat, wine can be used more than 5 times at least, like water, soda, etc.
- Players can also be directly fetch few materials from farm or fishing or hunting

Meal List:
Every food will have different energy, it will increase different percentage of food.
- Burger
- Pizza
- Fried Rice
- Sandwich
- Soup
- Subway
- Taco
eg: 
Soup (2x veggies, 1x meat/fish, 1x water)
Pizza (1x bread, 2x veggies, 1x meat/fish, 2x sauce)
Burger (2x bread, 1x meat/fish, 1x veggies, 1x sauce)
NOTE: If 2 soup is to be cooked at once, then 4x veggies, 2x water, 2x meat/fish, the ratio must be same.

Snacks & Fruits:
Since seeing cooking many players may stick to chocolate or donut or chips
- 10x snacks still not 100% eating level (in total will be expensive than cooking)
- Snacks have more fresh time, but used only for quick grabs
- Directly available from stores, and can store at house or cars like meal but with more fresh time than meal
- Fruits like banana, grapes, apples can be transport from farms

Advantages:
- More Truck Jobs
- Business and freelance jobs for players (house cook, chef, restaurant owner)
- More RP in city: People visiting restaurants after work, go on dates, make food for friends at house party, celebrating promotions, checking materials in kitchen/store/restaurants
- Boosting housing market, renting market
- Boosting RV market
- Boosting Furniture store (players will not feel waste of money buying worthy furniture)
- More useful furniture (fridge, oven, toaster, cooking table, sink, tap)
- More people visiting grocery, police to watch more/less CCTV, or maybe less/more robbery
- Rising demands at drop off points, may lead to rise in price even selling too much of meat as required material at stores/kitchen/restaurants
- More fire department and medic work (blasts, injury)
- More crowd at restaurant area making people to interact more with each other

Disadvantages:
Little bit economy has to be changed or else economy will crash as food will become expensive.
Ways to over come Economy Crash:
- Raw materials must be cheap, or else people will not cook
- Raw material drop off market should also pay little less to players working their
OR
- Assuming 1x of meat/wheat/fish at drop-off provide 5x of meat/bread/fish at stores
- Normal number of restaurants to cover every place in map (like restaurants after every 3-4 kms) but also not to be too competitive (a group of restaurant can be open at one area like near bank)

Things that can be added later:

More farms can be added for milk, cheese, grapes, banana, apple.
- Cereal, Milk, Coffee powder
- Coffee (1x coffee powder, 1x milk)
- Delivery man + Phone app, to track them and order food restaurant or items from store (will post another topic for phone upgrade)
- Restaurant registration, with it's own bank account, own property details as an owner can open chain of restaurant, bank statement of players and companies in panels
- Calories per meal, energy level
- Gym to reduce extra weight to sprint faster
- Gym can also be used to gain player strength
- Leading to wrestling events. (will post another topic regarding new events and how to conduct them if too many players participate)

+1 definitely agree with this and they could also make it so gas station food can last a bit longer then regular food due to the chemicals they add to them 

True that.

Thoughthis update would require lot of time, atleast a month as there are too many codes, while some of them can be copied like garbage, kitchen/restaurant, drug table cooking

but arranging them and adding many furniture codes, Changing grocery stores, making ways for restaurant construction, all will at leat take a month as they have to do too many work on it.

I didn't know where to post this, in civilian or in jobs subforums. As it contains both job offers, and civilian RP. It is also a business suggestion too. If someone is opening a bar or restaurant then there will be lot of stuff in those places rather than just dancing. As one can buy Food and Drinks from stores directly.

Fitness/Exercise

Like how the /mileage works, use that same concept for the player's fitness.

The more punches/hits a player does, the more their strength increases.

The more the player walk/jogs/run the more energy they have.

- The less the player does these activities, the lower it becomes.

 

This will like this suggestion is supposed to spawn, more ROLEPLAY into the server.

There will be fight clubs, marathons, more waking and running than in vehicles. People may even go HIKING up mountains just to boost their cardio.

There will be fight clubs, marathons, more waking and running than in vehicles. People may even go HIKING up mountains just to boost their cardio.

Exactly! why drugs have all the fun? More of legal things will be there, drugs like cocaine, weed and meth are also there in GTA Online, though in ECRP it is in better way than GTA Online. And there are very less legal things or scripted jobs in ECRP.

If fitness will come then Arm Wrestling, Fighting, Cycling, Jogging, Gym, Body building will also come along, more ways to earn money, that means more and more RP for all Civilian, Legal Faction and Illegal Faction. Police must have certain fitness level to join can be also added in requirement.

Will make more fitness suggestions and many more related to this topic once this is introduced in ECRP by development team.

Very well laid out. Even if only small parts of this were implemented, it could offer some great RP.

Not too sure about the addition of restaurants and a bunch more commands though. The details of a restaurant should be player run and not need scripted support except the idea of cooking detailed and quality foods from supplies.

The reason I made this topic so organized because it has to start with small steps. This is a big change, it cannot happen in one night. Small steps every day will lead to make it totally happen.

Restaurant must be legal faction too so that owner can give door access, uniform, invite, kick from faction, like LSC and other factions.

Though Manager (player) will be nice too but then restaurant business has to be too big to pay them, and have lots of customer too, then player with more money can open restaurant and manage it. So some scripted support will be needed for poor player who want to do big things in game legally.

Thank you for supporting. I am also supporting it for player with less money like me😅.

It is all in developers' and head administrators' hand.

It is right what I was looking for! It is a great example of how I wanted it to look! Glad I bumped into this thread... Now I at least know what I want. I've recently moved into a new apartment it is a bit messy here... I have a lot of things that I don't know where to place, but I want it to look comfy and clean at the end. I've read some reviews on baker racks here https://www.thewindupspace.com/best-baker-racks-reviews/ and I guess this would work with other stuff too... Well, at least I hope as I don't have much money yet.

Major Support for this suggestion!!! You hit the nail on the spot! Very detailed and practical. This would undoubtedly shift the server to less of a criminal to more of an ALL OUT VIRTUAL WORLD WHERE majority of the players can cook together, eat together, buy groceries together, farm around in different areas together.

!!CRIMINAL ORGANIZATIONS WILL TURN INTO LUXURY DINING EMPIRES!!

This entire suggestion, every detail of it and more needs to be added to the server no doubt!!

As for GRAPES? San Andreas has huge areas of Grape farms, cow farms, coffee beans, and coffee factory, etc.

This is San Andreas and there are so many locations that can be utilized with this suggestion alone.

I've never supported a suggestion more than this one!

 

Cop1: Hey partner what do you want for lunch today? Tacos or Soup?

Cop2: Erhm we had tacos the other day, lets try soup at this new restaurant that opened up.

Cop1: Bet

Restaurant Staff: Hi Officers, how may I take your order?
