  1. Pardon my lack of understanding of your post. I thought you meant garage sizes. I could this being sort of neat if the script could be written out so it does not become problematic. That being said it would take a lot of work but if it were to be implemented I agree a cap of 1 upgrade on a house so a 1g could only have a 2g interior and so on.
  2. -1 I feel like the current houses on the market have been clearly set the the garage size which logically fits them. This could potentially cause an economic nightmare where everything is upgraded on the market and not allow newer players the opportunity to by the cheaper houses on the market as people will buy them and just sky rocket the prices with upgrade. Any ways how would a 4g apartment make any sense. In the real world you outgrow a house you either move to something that fits you or build a new one. seeing as we cannot change the exteriors to fix any upgrades it would not make sense to upgrade 1gs to have as much parking space as a mansion.

    Ramming cars list

I feel like the idea of a list has the intention on getting as close to stepping over the line of breaking the rules without breaking them. That should not be the reasoning behind making a list like that. I think now it is made more than clear enough which cars can or cannot ram. If it t a sports, super, or bike just don't do it. This just seems like an excuse to say hey this car "wasn't on the list" I said it once and I will say it again this would only encourage people to walk the line even more on what is rule breaking and acceptable and I strongly feel changes like that should not be acceptable in this community.
  4. Hate to point out the obvious but police would then never get arrests from it. It would turn into a fail then flee game with PD never getting them when they turn up wanted.
  5. There is plenty of rp at the impound. I have seen several people get arrested because they are dumb enough to show up with a warrant for their arrest. Because you feel that rp is boring is not a valid reason to ignore it and just scratch it at all. That rp exists and the only way there would be "no rp" at impound is automating it. I feel the only useless reply is clearly ignoring current rp because you don't like it and saying it doesn't exist at all.
  6. I just feel we should never be replacing RP with automation like that. If you want that sort of automation you should be playing GTA Online. This is a heavy rp server and this would take away from that.
  7. 1.) It is a police impound lot. 2.) Why would they give some random civilian the ability to do background checks through the police database. This has always been part of the police forces job and should always be.
  8. His point he made was he was parking his car at the bank. Which is his fault. Along with every other reason for getting your car impounded. It doesn't just get impounded by chance. While I agree the rp is a bit mundane a lot of the rp can come across that way but guess what. Pulling your car out of impound is not suppose to be super exciting content. Cops need to continue doing the job of identifying people and their cars and collecting payment. It doesn't make any rp sense to automate this.
  9. -1 Just cough up the money for parking. It is cheaper than impounds and guess what. You can get it out on your own. The fact you get your car towed often should not be an excuse for a need to fix the "inconvenience" to you. Just stop paying those impound fees and save the 500 for parking.
  10. Bobby pins have had their weight reduced 0.1 instead of 2.
  11. This is still does not make any sense. They are practically weightless irl. To put it in perspective it would take nearly 200 to make up a lb. It doesn't make sense to multiply their weight by 20x still when the whole complaint is how unrealistic it is in the first place. Just make it more realistic and give them a weight that fits.
  12. +1 5 bobby pins shouldn't weigh the same as a giant chunk of lead. Just saying.
  13. So we should RP that that person spawned then? Would the proper RP be that that person died not respawned. You are using a OOC term to describe something that is IC. I "spawn" in the server every time I log in. However I don't RP it that way. I fly in and out of the city. I think when we draw a line and say your aren't "dying" because your respawning you kill RP. Are we suppose to not rp a friend has been killed now and finished off because it is a "respawn". I will again state another rule that clearly show you die ic and it isn't a "respawn" IC 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. While I do agree there is a difference between a PK "player kill" and a normal death I don't believe that should be an excuse to keep one item when you loose all the rest. That is a poor argument in my opinion. If you just don't want the feature that is one thing but to -support it in an invalid way I think is unfair to the people posting the suggestion as you are taking away from their suggestion with an argument that is invalid. Edit: Not to mention what triggers the respawn OOC? A death. And it has always been RPed that way.
  14. Again you do die or would it not make sense if "someone finds you and brings you back" you would keep 100% of your items. You don't because your dead. The argument that "your never die you respawn" is absurd as none of the other things that would follow the whole your not dead deal don't. You die. You loose your stuff.
  15. So that body hat is laying response-less on the ground after not being helped by medics. That body is not "dead" Not to mention what the NLR rules read. 12. New Life Rule (NLR) The new life rule is triggered whenever a player’s character spawns at a hospital. Players cannot force their own death. The deceased character loses memory of their death, the events that caused it and the information collected in that time frame. Example: A player is killed in a robbery. The player’s knowledge of the robbery, the robber and their death is not usable by the player in their new life. All parties involved must avoid interaction with each other for 30 minutes. A player must not return to the area of their death for that time frame or attempt to retrieve lost possessions from involved players. Official faction members may return to their HQ and resume faction duties but must abide by the NLR rules in all other ways Seems like that is pretty dead to me.
  16. I could see this being practical with the following two requirements. 1.) Contacts are stored in the cloud. 2.) Payphones set up within the city at places like the hospitals.
  17. That couldn't work though. If the knowledgeable truckers see the jobs are like this they aren't going to sit around in their truck all day long to warn those that don't know any better with the CB. It just isn't doable. I'm not saying it needs to be some ridiculous amount but you should be almost making more in welfare than you do trucking. That is just insane and shouldn't be a thing. All this not to say there is not the occasional job that is good but majority of times it is absolute garbage like this. https://imgur.com/a/nrqADae
  18. +1 Maybe even have it based on a percentage. If the said products have a worth of 300k maybe have a commission of 5-1% making they payout 15-3k instead of these jobs where you get roped in getting only paid 1k for a job that take 30 minutes or more. Over all it is obvious some store owners are grossly under paying the truckers and as it stands newer player that get their CDL or that aren't super familiar with how long the jobs will take get constantly taken advantage of.
  19. Is that not exactly what happens in real life. If your risk a very organized crime or murder and get caught would it not make sense in rp for there to be large ramifications so you can't be sloppy.
  20. +1 I think this is a good balance of nerfing offence stacking for minor crimes and punishing larger crimes more.
