The Sultan RS while I don't agree with GTA's classification of it is a super car. I would class it more of a sports car but regardless of what class you stick it in of the two one thing is sure. It is a highly modified, being the rs version, and highly expensive vehicle the should reflect that in the cost of parts and replacement.

I have not been pd but with the situation you just described it seems there is a simple rp solution rather than making assumptions as to who's gun it is and who's tire tracks it is with again not having any solid proof that that person and that car are exactly who you think they are. In that situation it would make sense to me that you would note who you think it might be, gather those bullet casings, dust them for fingerprints as he would have had to touch those rounds to load them into his magazine afterwords loading the magazine into his gun. At this point with my body cam footage and the potential finger print proof I have with those casing I would detain the suspect and run his fingerprints for a match with him there in /me and /do providing him the body cam/ proof that you were there and collected the casings giving him a chance to respond with his own rp such as yeah you got me I didn't rp with gloves on or he purposefully used gloves to avoid detection through finger prints. At that point if the finger prints come back a match you've got your undeniable proof right there. All this to say there is in my opinion a blatantly obvious rp scenario that removes the need for you to assume who it is and place charges, assume who he is and based on the casing assume you know who's gun it is, assume based on your hunch that the tire marks most definitely be his car. Think of it less in an aspect of oh I "know" who this is, think of it from the aspect of what physical proof of a crime can I gather to confirm with undeniable evidence that he is exactly who I think he is. In my opinion it is really not that hard. May it be a lot different then the way you guys do it now and may it be an adjustment? Yes. An the contrary will it increase everyone's rp experience on the server both cops and crims included by going more in depth on the role play? Hell yeah and at the end of the day that is what this server is about, serious in depth role play not the quickest path, easiest path, or path of least resistance.

Only time I ever did this I left the gps and such in the car. It isn't possible unless you are empty.

Just a though I had and decided to kinda spitball it and see what people think of it. The thought would be an additional in character section on the forums that would be designated as the dark web. This would be designated for the unlawful trading of items, in character organization stuff, or classifieds. These are just some basic ideas and I feel others may have a better inclination on what the categories should be. Also I did a little bit of an inspect element so everyone could better visualize it. +1 actually been considering making this request myself.

Might be good to specify that it is 15 minutes after the conclusion of the criminal activity or chase as a result of that activity. That way someone can't say they waited 15 minutes when they committed the crime, were chased for 5 minutes, and then went to the bank 10 minutes later.

Typically when GTA is going to hit a big update someone will save the necessary files and post a link to them in the discord. This at least allowed with the Casino Heist update for anyone who might have unintentionally update to roll back. Just another good reason to be in the Eclipse RP discord.

In my opinion this suggestion should be locked. I think both sides have addressed concerns and such. Right now it just seems to completely devolved into into insults like the last post.

Luca Popovici Luca had been having some luck making some money from cooking drug as of late. When he got in town he decided to hit some of the sites for the plants so he could make some seeds to do an extended run at the cook site on Mt. Chilliad. During the process I guess you could say he met a couple new people. Neither party winded up taking his seeds and GPS and the second of which even told him he could go about cooking drugs and left him alone to do so. He started out by planting his seeds to ensure he would not run out of plants for a while. After cooking some time Luca had a couple more encounters with people that were curious what he was doing, who he was, and who he was with. The first person he encounter recognized from robbing him previously at some point and decided to leave him be as he knew he was cooking solo and allow him to cook in peace. The second group winded up making the decision to take all he had cook. However one of them decided he had been working hard since they had not noticed him while they we chopping a car right next to him and decided to settle with taking half his cook. Luca was satisfied with this compromise and gave the men half his cook. Luca did not encounter anymore people while he was cooking after this and winded up leaving not too long after. He safely made it back to the city and found a dealer that would be willing to buy the product he had made after assessing the quality to be satisfactory. Luca walked away from the day with over 20k in profit satisfied.

The Popovici Family Grigore Popovici Luca Popovici Mara Popovici History Grigore Popovici officially joined a Romanian crime organization on his 19th birthday in 1973. He proved himself worked his way through the organization becoming on of the main shot callers by the age of 23 and later in 1980 when their leader was assassinated he took the opportunity to gain control with ease as one of the most respected members of the organization. During the 1980's the organization grew exponentially and expanded past the borders of Romania carefully gaining footholds first in the neighboring countries then further out as time went at one point being recognized as one of the most influential crime organizations in Europe. Even with these measures it was too late as she had already given enough damning information to put the organization in a downward spiral of convictions and loss of power. Though Grigore was not directly responsible for the testimony he too faced the consequences of his wife's actions. Hit's were placed on his name which made almost anywhere in Europe unsafe to live. Still unaware of what his wife had done or who she had been killed by, in 2007 he took his kids and fled the country to the United States. Later being devastated even further by the market crash of 2008. He now sees his children following in his footsteps. Current situation [WIP]

I think this is less of an issue with the game boosting speed when your computer runs fast but an issue of your computer not being able to handle the video processing/fps of the intended speed. I don't feel this is something that is unitended. They aren't going to let you do 300 kmph if it is just going to crash your computer. It will run it at what your comp can run. They are realistic speeds for the vehicles. The fact it has to scale back the speed a bit for people running Rage on potatoes shouldn't mean everyone else is required to see a nerf due to their computers not meeting the requirements for the way these vehicles are scripted to run. That is unfair for people that have adequate computers. I feel like this would be like limiting everyone to 720p because a few people's graphics cards or lack there of can't manage 1080p. Let's not limit people because some people can't run the game with adequate pc builds.

1. Police have a huge advantage when it comes to resources and manpower. If they plan it more tactically than the constant line of 15-20 cruisers all in a line you should be able to catch them easily. I seem to see this situation play out a lot when I am driving around the city myself and it should not make sense to have all your man power behind the person you are chasing when it could be split so you can set up spike strips and blockades at key locations. 2. These cars are rare and are not meant to be cosmetics only. You don't go buy a super car in real life to go as fast as a Prius. Yes they will be faster but guess what. The spent the metric ton of money for that speed and just to nerf it because some people in PD feel these cars that should be really fast should only be super expensive cosmetic items. You spend months on end saving for a super car just to go as slow as a crown vic that costs what like 60k. I don't think this argument makes any logical sense. Huge -1 I want a fast car some day even if I only play legal. I don't want it for just cosmetics.

+1 Not to mention all the previous comments about city bees taking calls from taxi's is no longer valid. You can no longer take one out if there are drivers out. So nothing but positives for this one.

Seems like this would end in a lot more non rp.
