i would suggest the implementation of /editvehprice at low/high end in where you can edit your car/cars prices without having the need to take it off the market , as the market is bugged sometimes you take off your car and wanna place it again with new price it's says there is no space despite took your spot , so atleast we avoid this bug , also the 1500$ should cover the fees of listing and the stay for 3 days and the parking fee if not sold but shouldn't be for editing car price .

i'd ask admins to review it actually , like everyone is getting guns for cheap and then with poor rp he rob you , even new players robbing people now should make guns harder to get by making them more expensive or limit the number of it i dunno how but whatever should make it harder to get , plus if you get robbed like 4 times a day it's kinda non rp at all , never seen someone irl robbed 4 times a day , like people maybe spend years irl and they don't get robbed even once , so how about getting robbed like 3 or 4 times a day , there should be a revolution in terms of this rule concerning robbery also a huge revamp to make guns used less and hard to gain , it became o source of richness for many people without doing any real effort to gain things and what makes it worse is that you got robbed for no prior and worthy reason you get robbed just so robbers gain inventory things

I mean it list the car price in the menu that appears in chat when you get in a car for sale

since high end has many bugs and some prices gets glitched so i would like to suggest that you add car price when you get on it that would solve the problem if the price is glitched

i would like to suggest that when an owner of a house put his house for sale it includes his name and his phone number so people can contact him and negotiate with him the price and why not other details , also i would like suggest to implement a command /hinvite or /houseinvite ID so the owner can send a house invitation to the person interested in buying the house and /hinvite would like give instant enter to the house even it's locked but once he gets out he can't enter again , and also before implementing this command , i'd suggest to make safes locked with numpad same as gates so the people who enter the house when /hinvite can't steal goods from the safe

i would like to suggest that we have unlimited car spaces , because having max 3 cars is kinda non rp , as soon as you have the money for the cars you can buy as much as you can , there is no car limitations in real life
