force first person perspective when aiming inside a vehicle allow driver to shoot out of vehicle (with the same limitation as above) once these changes are implemented, remove the rule that disallow shooting from a vehicle in an active gunfight now that shooting from a car is more balanced to compensate with the changes listed above, fear rp should not apply if you are inside a car and are pointing a gun to someone standing outside, so a driver or passenger can not hold someone under fear rp while they're sitting in a car, same way someone outside cannot hold a player under fear rp since they're in a powered car

I as well could not care less about going off road, I just think (and have always thought) the off-road rule is stupid. All GTA vehicles have off-road handling flags and can be modified to perform better/worse based on terrain. The off-road rule was originally thought of and intended to stop mfs from going up mountains. Now somehow over time, we've misconstrued it to off-roading in general. Same way I disagree with RP that needs to be proven with a /time and a /me. It just provides zero to an RP scenario when you have to stop, pause and go into /b to explain shit. Lets not turn this into a circle-jerk fest about the STX considering it wasnt a problem before when civilians and gang members had it. Now I hear whispers through the grapevine about mfs crying to try to get drive-bys removed in certain vehicles. Servers gone soft, players gone soft.

Fix Store robberies, remove automatic alarm.
Clank replied to John Nut's topic in Criminal Suggestions
Removing the alarm that happens AFTER the robbery is done is the laziest fix to it. You propose that because the automatic alarm goes off it makes it hard to rob the next store. Why do you WANT to chain rob. Do you not think that someone chain robbing stores over and over will meet the attention of the law? I think store robberies are fine the way they are, entry level content for new criminals to enjoy. Just because something might be dead content to YOU does not mean that its dead content for everyone else. -

Exactly, so why would a store owner that just got robbed NOT hit the alarm?? -

Why on earth wouldn't the store owner that just got robbed for his entire profit of the night /NOT/ hit an alarm? Its like yall mfs want the an easy mode option on everything damn -
You gained speed for looking at the ground because you get more FPS looking down at the ground because everything around you doesnt have to load in. If you didnt realize, buildings and objects only load in when you're looking at them. Every car is based on FPS. Its not just a small difference either, the more FPS you have the faster you move, accelerate and even turn/brake.

You DO realize this is supposed to be a server based around the concept of roleplay right? Not an MMO? Might as well start nerfing and buffing cars depending on their usage and popularity as well.
-
I feel like this suggestion is pretty simple, once you reach three felonies you should be permanently incarcerated inside DOC and be forced to roleplay as a life-time inmate until broken out through approved means. This helps promote realism and allows repeat offenders to finally roleplay a character properly that is a habitual offender and will mimic the California three-strike law. Now I don't want to turn this into a "PD vs Crim" thread, just simply debating why we push for so much realism for one side of the spectrum but not to the other side of the spectrum.

Where did I write anything about anyone being the main character?? I never said it was real life. You are correct yes it is a video game. The premise of the video game is to play a role of a character. Not everyone should have the same opportunities and if you /DO/ want those opportunities then earn them. You want lysergic readily available? Make a gang, post an RP thread and get an F4 menu just like the people before you did. Again: Why should YOUR character have the same opportunity as someone else that has done the hard work?

The fastest and biggest money makers /SHOULD/ be locked behind experience and risk. Why should every player have the same opportunity to make the same amount of money in the same fashion? How are you going to compare one persons character that leads an organization of 40 as opposed to a random solo grinder? Do you honestly believe a single person should have the same level of ease-of-access as more established groups? Did a random Colombian drug dealer make the same amount of money as Pablo Escobar? More money to be made = More risks to be had. Simple as that. The most lucrative source of money should not be easy and without risk. This is an RP server not an MMORPG where people should be min/maxing their profit margins.

Gadsden flag (Don't tread on me flag) might be interesting for an upcoming project.

I'm gonna have to -1 your -1 because of the atrocious straw man fallacy in your post. The thread was about increasing money gained hourly by government factions, yet you brought up the fact crims got their money method nerfed. The two are not correlated and you replace the original discussion with a different one. The same way you argue that gov jobs are driving simulators, someone can argue that crim is a looter shooter experience. See the problem? The two "jobs" (pd and crim) are different in every way and are only connected symbiotically.
