Thats the problem to begin with, there should be no artificial "Fear RP" imposed on players. If you're part of GANG A and you go to GANG B's HQ. If nobody is there, then you should not be "afraid" as if there is a presence. I'm not saying that this is your fault or anyones fault BUT if this level of "artificial fear rp" is being enforced on gangs then I'm saying THAT is the problem and it should be looked into. It just make's the roleplay feel so forced and scripted.

The fact you do not see a problem with a car that someone paid nearly 200 real life dollars for being able to hold W and escape police is an issue. I truly hope you don't complain when a cop that also paid 200 real life dollars for uses their own car to catch you. This is not a vehicle someone played the game to acquire. This is a vehicle that someone swiped a credit card for. This person did not earn this car through roleplay or character development or even degenerate money grinding. It was an OOC asset. If they are entitled to use it to escape, surely a member of law enforcement is entitled to use their own OOC asset. Thank you for opening my eyes to this. I agree there should be OOC corruption regulations for crims, not about like informant RP or anything - but instead focused on following lore. Driving sports cars and high end luxury vehicles should be restricted to the LFB/Cartel. If you're in a mob style gang you should drive sedans, etc. If you're a hood gang you should drive lowriders and low end sedans. Its really sad to see everyone driving paragons, niobes, elegy, kamacho, terminus, issi sport, hakuchou drag, shinobis etc. This really shows a majority of players prefer to play-to-win which is heavily frowned upon in our community.

They were never meant to be this common. If I remember correctly thang said that loading a poster in once will keep it loaded during the remainder of your play session. We have SO MANY posters that are abused and overused. Some even as billboards, signs for stores, etc. THAT WAS NEVER THE SPIRIT OF THE POSTER SCRIPT!!

Thats another huge issue altogether, players should be able to take anyone hostage as long as they have a valid reason to do so. If I need a hostage for a bank, I should be able to find one anywhere and kidnap them for the bank. Same goes for deathmatching. I have seen so many different directions when it comes to enforcing the deathmatching rule. Some staff will claim one thing and others will claim different. If you hold someone up, they refuse to listen - it only makes sense for you to be able to shoot them. Why can someone robbing me NOT shoot me if I do not listen to their demands. Why is it that I can talk mad shit to a hood mf and they're not allowed to shoot me.

this is a roleplay server AKA a social game if you want accomplishment play an MMO where grinding for gear, stats and achievements matter.

stop focusing on making money and grinding and more about having fun and roleplaying

theres commands to spawn in and despawn groups of spawned objects the racetrack should be spawned in for like server events, looks goofy as fuck to have a racetrack in the middle of shipping docks genuinely looks like a gta online racing map

the problem is people want fights but then report when they lose soley to get their gear refunded and not because a rule was broken.

The justice is the punishment itself. If you're reporting a rule break its because you disagree with the behavior and do not want to see it happen again for the betterment of the community. What happens now is people report not to better the community or because they care about the rules, its because people want their items back.

People aren't ready for that conversation yet. Too much gear fear on an RP server.

The server we play on is literally more violent than Afghanistan. You don't see gang convoys chasing each other down, setting up ambushes or using body armor in Los Angeles do you? I think your entire argument is one giant fallacy if you're going to pick and choose where the realism line comes into place.

It honestly depends on the context. If you're pulling someone over that has a track record of being arrested with class 2s, you tend to lean on the side of caution.

As an LEO Roleplayer, If I am in a foot pursuit chasing down a single suspect and I am by myself - I will have my handgun out. If I am in a foot pursuit and I have an ally with me, one of us will hold lethal while the other one holds less-than.

People got too used to holding W to win, bike swapping, etc. Nobody wants to do any critical thinking while being chased. You either drive an insanely fast car until you crash then /report out of salt and get the pursuit reset or wait till you get to DOC for a report then itll be forced to be voided since you're already at DOC. I remember when people could escape PD when PD had 811s, t20s and zentornos. I remember Collie evading in his Elegy Retro and getting away 5 times within a single day. People just got lazy in chases and want the easy way to escape.

The top of the screen lets you see what's in front of you in a car with your peripheral vision while quickly looking up at the compass/road names. I think it being at the top is perfect. I do agree however the text could be bigger though. Also Bala does have a point, you've got a desert backdrop which isn't good with the white text.

If you log out cause your license got suspended for 24 hours, you're not here for the roleplay. Brother, ride a BMX around, WALK, RUN, DRIVE AROUND AS A PASSENGER WITH FRIENDS. My PD character got a 24 hour license suspension he rode around on his BMX hanging with mfs. Its not all about min-maxing lmfao. If you have a life outside of it, then go live your life?? What is the point of bringing up your outside life shouldnt you be happy then now that you have 24 hours to live it? Im so confused.

I was not complaining at all about your list? I addressed a specific portion of your entire post, which by the way has no sarcastic indicators at all. I think you misunderstand my replies. I am not complaining, I am simply providing readers with both sides of the picture. Like I said, you want to roleplay a character that drives around legion square in junker cars so-be-it. Law enforcement characters are there to stop you. Its almost like your characters actions have consequences man.
