Its so people roleplaying civilian characters that want to feel cool and act like gang members can feel cool and tough without getting slammed for piping up to bigger gangs. A valid demand is anything that gets told to your character, It's simple. A rival gang member tells your character to get out of the car? Your character refuses and drives off? Oh well expect to get shot. ____________ I've been a big advocate for letting criminal roleplayers actually get the freedom of criminal roleplay rule-wise for a long time now. There is no situation where you should be boxing in a rival gang member then telling them to hop out of their car and then they ram through your vehicles and drive off because they are protected by server rules and have a mystical shield around them. You should be able to shoot them then and there period. Same thing with chasing someone down a road, lets say you catch one of your rivals driving down the road. You should be able to just shout from car to car "Yo pull the fuck over now". If they don't then just shoot them. This isn't Hello Kitty Island Adventure. This is a roleplay server with conflict, robberies, crime etc. There SHOULD be levels to it. If you're talking shit and piping up to every gang, you should face the repercussions that come with it. Not hide behind silly technicalities in the rules. I guarantee you half these gang beefs happening right now would not be happening if demands equaled DM rights. I promise you the stronger gang would slam the other gang piping up until they paid sums of money for peace. Which is fine, it's GANG ROLEPLAY. There's levels to it. There SHOULD be weaker and stronger gangs.

But we cant use the video game argument any time something is an inconvenience. You're playing an RP server willingly are you not? On RP servers there are repercussions to your characters actions. Its like playing Tarkov, running an expensive kit you grinded for and then saying that prices should go down because you don't have time to grind for your expensive gun and armor again due to you working a job and its a video game.

I think thats the point he's trying to make. Times and fines were already reduced so heavily and somehow people still find reasons to complain no? The max time I have seen personally with VIP reduction is a little over 100 minutes. Are we seriously complaining about 100 minutes in a prison environment on an RP server? At that point if you reduce prison times even further you're out of prison and able to jump back into the same gunfight you got arrest from

not bait sadly, people can spend their money and have fun with their giga broken items but then once you're bored and tired of whatever it is you're using that you paid for, you shouldnt get a refund lol

like my friend anakin said remove em fuck a refund, not all monetary investments are guarantees in life thats like complaining your class was nerfed in an mmo or your one trick champion on league gets reworked if you stockpile an obviously broken item to again an advantage over others then complain about a refund you're part of the problem too tbh why is it cool for you to pay a premium price to abuse a broken game feature that everyone else agrees is broken and not necessary, with other less fortunate players unable to afford or get access to just for YOU to gain an advantage yet when it gets balanced you should also be entitled to a refund? joke of a mentality edit: now that i think about it, i guarantee half the mfs wanting refunds for the guns didnt even personally buy them, but instead were looted off dead mfs so wtf you want a refund for??

1. Server pays for it, its a monthly subscription or a lifetime payment. 2. Anyone suspected of using cheats, on the biggest PVP server in GTA5 with multiple cash tournaments monthly, all players get PC checked weekly if not more. It takes two seconds. Every huge GTA RP server I played on would run these scans on anyone winning too many fights. If you're not cheating, you have nothing to fear. 3. A link cant do anything if its the correct link. That is like saying someone sending you to google.com can do anything.

Its literally a known program used by countless servers lol. To be clear, they don't look through your PC. You share your screen, click the link and show the program doing its thing. They then get a link back on their end that gives them an analysis.

Hi, I don't really post many suggestions but I figured I'd throw one up. Many FiveM servers use EchoAC to scan for any known cheating clients. They get you in a channel on discord, make you screenshare clicking the auto generated link and then it performs a non intrusive scan that looks through large collections of GTA5 RP cheat repositories. If someone refuses, they get banned. If someone fails, they get banned. If someone doesn't screenshare themselves using the scan, they get banned. If someone takes longer than 5 minutes to join the discord FOR the scan, they get banned. Pretty simple! I think you mean "Jump Out Boys" which is the name of gang inside the La Mesa police precinct next to the old Zetas HQ which is the home of the Gang and Narcotics Division of the LSPD. I hope I cleared up some confusion! Maybe I might post an RP thread too just for shits and giggles

Nah I agree, It is a heavy extreme on eclipse in particular. I also agree there should be more than just labs as content. Such as a storyline of actual engaging heists with fun and challenging game mechanics.

I think the big misconception is that PVP is inherently bad for roleplay servers. Tell me why the highest standard of roleplay in terms of GTA 5 servers is heavily linked to PVP and has extremely light deathmatching rules. They don't even have VOIP. The problem is the character development and player mentality. Look at the vehicles people choose to drive, Tell me why on serious RP servers there is character quality staff teams that ensure players are not grinding assets or driving vehicles that don't fit their character. You don't see a street criminal driving in an expensive car. You don't see a mobster driving Japanese import cars. You don't see people hopping from gang to gang, changing their skin color. Character Kills can be applied for by rival characters and are even FORCED if you break FearRP rules. The whole point is playing a role. Not grinding or getting attached to assets.

Fairly certain your shots arent registering here, headshots negate a majority of armor. PD does not have 175 armor value.

Thats the problem to begin with, there should be no artificial "Fear RP" imposed on players. If you're part of GANG A and you go to GANG B's HQ. If nobody is there, then you should not be "afraid" as if there is a presence. I'm not saying that this is your fault or anyones fault BUT if this level of "artificial fear rp" is being enforced on gangs then I'm saying THAT is the problem and it should be looked into. It just make's the roleplay feel so forced and scripted.
