Hi I would like to start off by saying that everything mentioned in here is from a pure IC perspective and I’ve loved being in all the factions mentioned below. I'd like to thank the people that recruited me into these factions and everyone who I've roleplayed with on this character, love you guys. Keanu Moody, Born in 1998 at central MD and raised in Los Santos.Lived most of his life in Vespucci beach with his two moms, two Huskies and pitch black cat. He had lots of friends growing up but once he left high school he lost contact with almost everyone. Used to surf as a kid but probably won't be able to surf as well as he used to. He has always played american football and still does. His youth was pretty quiet apart from climbing out of his window to go see underground metal and punk shows. His personality type is the mediator (INFP-A). After graduating high school he went to college and got himself an associate's degree in psychology at the University of Los Santos. After graduating college he applied for the LSEMS, He loved working as an EMT and quickly learned that the LSEMS has the kindest and nicest people to work with. He never enjoyed handing out painkillers and having to splint broken bones 24/7 caused him to resign over the many years he worked here. Keanu Moody changed over to the LSPD, He loved his time as a cadet more then anything, His next goal was to drive the chopper like bike they call the “Mary Unit”. He eventually achieved this goal but after driving it for a while he quickly realised that the bike is useless in almost every aspect of the job, Handled the same as a cruiser with worse acceleration and top speed. Keanu is used to driving a hakuchou drag off duty, and because of this he overestimated the mary unit constantly leading up to frequent bike crashes injuring himself too often in the line of duty. And because of this he cursed the bike on the radio leading up to getting his mary unit revoked, He hated his higher ups for that decision even though it they had the best intentions. The LSPD has CPR in place ;"courtesy, Professionalism and respect". However Keanu struggled with acting professional at all times. He used to train new cadets but he never liked it. They almost always ignored orders when given and led up to criminals walking free. Thus Keanu started drinking on duty as the acloholic he has become. Keanu Moody enjoyed being a pilot in the Air support division, he was a damn good one. Leading up to catching a lot of criminals. Mr Moody is a people person, he is respectful and kind towards people that will treat him the same way but it doesn’t matter. As a pilot he knew he'd be part of arresting criminals without developing bad relationships with them. It doesn't matter how many criminals you arrest or how good you are in a chase. Getting promoted always came down to paperwork, which Keanu Moody wasn’t a fan of. He tried getting promoted to PO3 but after 3 Months of doing all the optional paperwork he decided to stop pursuing it as it wasn’t going to happen. Even with grinding about 30 Hours every month, the LSPD doesn’t notice your hard work. The LSPD changed over the years, It used to be a friendly environment with everyone being nice but in his last couple of months Keanu Moody noticed that almost every high up got power hungry and that they would suspend you over the most petty shit. So he resigned eventually as he doesn’t want to screw up his LSPD carreer. During his time in the LSPD he joined the LSMC (Lost Santos Motorcycle Club) that became his new family. He loved his time with them but as always, there is an end to everything Arresting his MC's president for his 30th reckless operation

+1 gates should still work with E and the house features are so annoying. The new UI broke the slamvan, cant open anything or access it anymore As for bags and ground items its really good but we dont need it, previous system worked well enough. Id still like to thank the devs but im not a fan of your new UI. Loved the other changes tho!

it clearly says player built structures. you can still hide it behind a painting inside your house as you haven't placed that down, you can access it trough a wall so its not really blocked anyway. I think this rules says you cant Prop Block your stash spot. like /removefurniture your wall every time you want to access your stash Hope this helped and i would love to have this confirmed by an admin

This is going to hurt the players that are unable to play more then 2 or 3 hours a day as gangs want active players. So gangs are supposed to kick members because of OOC reasons? this is just sad

Hi there, I want to start off by thanking the Devs for implementing the 240 speed cap. Its made the Crim vs Crim pursuits a lot more balanced which I've witnessed in the recent war. A regular person is now able to buy a slamvan custom and achieve the same speed as a comet retro, the slamvan doesn't require the best PC to achieve the 240 so in terms of balancing I really love it. I've experieced both the criminal and LEO lifestyle and the pursuits are one of the things I love the most, The new robbery rules are turning me away from RP'ing a cop as there is barely anything do to anymore but 10-55s Its more realistic this way but we're all here to have fun. There is another issue at hand, Its called the Crown Victoria, I want to suggest a speed cap at 210 Km/h. The personal vehicles that hit 240 usually drive 200 or 210 and at certain spots 240. So you're unable to escape a shitty crown victoria with a comet retro, rapid GT, 811 and slamvan. making the Air support division kind of useless as they are able to keep up with the crown vics. Personally I get the crown vic up to 223 in a straight with a medium spec PC but some cops with big gaming rigs get them up to 235 which is not balanced The VIP feature that gives you a double fuel tank ruins pursuits for both crims and cops, If you have a VIP X-ray its just pay to win as a cop. I'd suggest the VIP feature to not work in the Polmav or Buzzard. Another issue I've seen lately is the abuse of the Felony Public endangerment charge. I've seen cops go like: "Oh he drove on the sidewalk for a second back there" to give you an extra Hour of being condemned to the worst possible place to RP (DOC). There have been stamp suggestions made but it looked like they've been ignored. Being able to play poker at DOC might liven up the place instead of constant riots and fistfights because some guy called you the N word. I've seen that there were plans on making the RP better at DOC but I've yet to see it happen. I'm barely ever in there but when I go there aren't even guards around. I miss my first ever DOC experience back when Mark Sullivan was still warden , he used to run DOC like a military camp and there was a lot of corruption. I remember talking shit to a DOC guard and getting placed into a shower with 4 guards around forced to pick up the soap or I'd get beaten up, miss the good times. Another thing I don't like is seeing SD and PD use personal vehicles, They shouldn't be using drags at all. Just buff the police bikes and let the lower ranked PD and SD members have some fun, making the Traffic Enforcment Division not useless anymore. The police bike has worse accelleration compared to all the other police vehicles and tops at 187. PD and SD have access to heavy weapons but it doesn't seem realistic for them to have it out 24/7. even getting their heavy weapons out for warrener pursuits. There is a policy about it only being able to be used in cerain situations but its not being enforced ICly Jail times and fines are ridiculous right now and its only promoting win-RP instead of making the RP good. It's forcing crims to use vehicles like drags so that they can lose the police easely. I've seen hostage RPs that were really fun but they ended up with over 8hours of prison time, Doesn't seem right to fuck someone over because you had a fun RP experience with them. We need to start Rewarding good RP, not punishing. I see that alot of people enjoy placing as many charges due to OOC grudges. I'd suggest a CAP of 2hours or 2charges PER situation. So you'd still be able to go to jail for over 2hours but not for the same situation. And I don't want to hear , you've done the crime now do the time from people that have never tried the criminal lifestyle for a minimum of 2 months. -1 Big problem when cops see you speeding or any crime they are very likely to metagame the alias even though they weren't able to see your face realistically. Happens way too often when they check for heavy weapons using third person. People are allowed to roleplay whoever they want to be, if that involves wearing a mask so be it. this whole thing is an IC issue.

+1 The biggest problem in PD is that they keep their heavy weapon out at all times violating the policy. but its not being enforced ICly

+1 I play both PD and crim, you don't even need to type the full name into the MDC to pull up someone's record. MDC is IC an shouldn't have any OOC features.

Date and time (provide timezone): 18/05/2020 Character name: Jose Trejo Issue/bug you are reporting: For some reason I usually exit the slamvan through the passenger seat. It doesn't happen always and it doesnt look like the driver door is blocked in any way. In this case it caused me to get caught by the police. The bug usually occurs in uneven plains. Expected behavior: character should exit the vehicle trough the driver seat when its not blocked. The whole city is an NCZ with the new robbery rules. We've had shootouts at our HQ, doesnt matter if its close to the bank or not. The cops will show up anyway. We don't abuse the bank NCZ in any way, the only shitty thing about it if some random starts lockpicking in our HQ he doesnt have to run far to get protection from the NCZ. Fail to see how the NCA is benefit to the defenders, you can't run to an ncz for 15 minutes after taking a part in criminal activaty. During the war we sat at grove street all the time. WCA attacked our HQ once but we werent there so they bolt cutted our roof and started chilling up there. we then rolled up there and killed them all. a minute after the fight SD showed up but couldnt do anything but play coroner. you will always be at an advantage when you set up an ambush. Please be more respectfull towards factions, there is no need to say that our RP is poor.

Seems like an attack on a faction, There is a limited amount of warehouses or properties that are large enough to be used as HQ's.

+1 Not a single medic loves giving out painkillers (including myself) Just make health regen a little slower so that you're not at an advantage to have a full bar of hunger and thirst.

If I were you I'd read the player report section regulary as a lot the rules are not black and white. The grey area is so large that I suggest you start of as a legal character untill you've read enough forum reports to start roleplaying without getting a punishment. Not every admin/mod will rule the same so there is punishment appeal section if you feel like you've been punished wrongfully.
