make a new IC section with warrants and put them in the /bolo list, then PD got some paperwork that's actually useful. When you go to mission row PC you check yourself for warrants no? Its programmed that was so its IC and not metagaming. Wouldnt want this to get removed because the amount of times I got wrongfully charged is fucked up and IA takes way too long for shit to get resloved. So its good to be able to know when were wanted so we can at least put our stuff away before we get screwed over by some cadet that doesn't know whats going on or a detective that apparently "heard your voice". I can get a dude to play recordings from my voice and play em IC and get charges placed on my char which is kinda bullshit.

I get a daily downvote spam from some of your guys on some random posts i've made, even on a transfer request, Downvote should be removed but thats beside the point. Your high command made bad decisions IC and are now facing the consequences. Unless your high command starts looking for a solution you'll keep getting hit. I don't want to mention too much as stuff could be metagamed

The downvote reaction should be removed from the forums, It's hard for some peole to remain respectfull and mature. I've got some people that broke the rules, reported them and it got accepted. Now their little group just spam downvotes on everything I post. I honestly don't even mind, its quite amusing to have people hating me over a game but its just toxic. As awlays , love to hear your opinions in a respectfull manner.

I would suggest new bleedout timers, If you clap yourself from a faggio while driving 20Km/h you shouldnt die as fast as you'd have gotten shot. If you'd have no wounds in /analysewounds you should die at a 0.25 rate for example or if you got shot at a 4X rate depending on the amount of wounds. People would make way smarter choises and fear more for their lives. Personally I think this would make the server better. Also /cpr should be like a /stabilize because there will be a cooldown.

A random person showing up to a shootout shouldn't have the right to deny your deathRP, It's just extremely arrogant to judge others RP just because you think you might think you have "higher RP standards". During wars deathRP never got granted and you saw the outcome, Lots of higher ups got killed off rather quickly and some refused to even get in game because of this. Why should it be diffrent for LEOs? DeathRP requires a rework. I personally barely interact with any LEO's or ever require deathRP but it's not fair to others.

I know for a fact that this is false as I've seen it happen pretty often, both Crim/LEO side. I spawned in causing the char to draw the gun for no reason, yet officers continue as "IC issue" cause they're bored and just want to screw people over. During the counsel vs wca and dojin war, It was way too easy to capture people that should have died in a shootout leading up to a quick end fordojin/wca. DeathRP should be granted if the wounds are that severe to be injured, that simple. Same rule should apply to LEOs

I've not complained about a response to a bank robbery? You literally can't rob a bank because the alarms get triggered for no reason. I've complained that every cop just thinks he can order you to do anything or hit you with failure to comply. Feels like were prisoners in a concentration camp sometimes, It has become so unrealistic. when shit gets unrealistic it's not an IC issue anymore. Supers should have never been added in my opinion. I'm happy they perform like shit. I would have loved if the sever only added normal cars. and gas stations/ stores shouldn't make this crazy ammount of money. It make sense for crims to have businesses as they need to wash dirty money clean IRL. I've played around 1200 Hours on my PD char, almost 75% on duty as PD and 20% as MD. "High RP standards"? Its all just the same cuff/search/drive to prison RP. only the low ranking members do as the higher ups resent doing that. The only RP that I enjoyed after a while was the detective RP which you'll get bored of pretty quickly too. Its always the same. RPing isnt only /me's or /do 's but its acting out a character. most people in PD/SD just RP as themselves being a cop. Thats why I love the criminal side, They RP a diffrent nationality with slang and accents. I've done more detailed medical RP on my crim then I've ever done on my MD character. Felony evading on the highway usually just turns out into a bumper car park, untill someone just orders to shoot out the tires because the LEO's are actually creating the danger to the public. and if someone starts chasing a BF400, you should see all the cruisers just fly on this, Funny it gets chased by a supersport hackuchou. Back when I joined (zeta vs irish war had just ended) the server people used to be scared of the big gangs, they we're allowed to be. The new robbery rules changed all that. Now people are just scared of cops as they got bored and are just looking for action 24/7. They hit you with a reckless for anything now, We're being forced to felony evade over stupid bullshit. You don't see me driving anything else then a paragon R or drag these days because of the unrealistic actions of some LEO's.

There are so many ways to try and catch a criminal that doesn't involve shooting them, yet no action is ever taken to bring them in peacefully. Detctives could do so much to bring you in without any bloodshed yet this has never happened before. The new UI makes you take out your gun accidentally and instead of listening in /b they went "IC issue" which was toxic and only proves there there to fuck you over. I'm honesty wondering why they have this grudge towards crims. They just dont care, If they can choose to fuck you over for something they will do it. Chief of police told everyone in faction chat some time ago that if you gave deathRP more then once a week you're giving it too often, which sucks in terms of realism. Now we need to pretend that the whole city is populated but people still magically survive headshots. A fix is needed Realism should be promoted , not winning.

You can, check NLR announcement in LSPD discord. "The same situation" which is vague, We've killed almost all PD/SD some time ago and then one cruiser chased a car. Then the whole PD/SD showed up again onto this chase. Yet it came from the same situation, they just argued that its a diffrent one. You can even go back there if there's a new situation there but without the knowledge of what happened before. Who decides if its a new situation? the rule is too vague

So I've played the PD side for around 300K experience without VIP. and now changed to crim with around 70K XP. There are 3 fixes that would greatly improve this server in terms of balancing; 1. Limit the crown vic to 205, maybe even 210 so that its still a little faster then sports cars but more balanced. The more people that think they can felony evade will provide more chases, leading up to more enjoyable RP scenarios. 2. -PD / SD faction cap: Recently criminal factions were reduced to 40, this really sucked for people that don't play this game non stop. so the part time criminals kinda stopped playing because of this. PD/SD currently has an unlimited faction cap, with diffrent NLR rules so they can just respawn and be on the way to fuck you up again. Personally I think the rules should be the same for everyone. There are so many people in PD/SD now that there is barely anything to do (reason I left). And because of this the LEO's are trying ANYTHING to be able to arrest you, like asking you out of the car over a speeding ticket. This makes me just drive my paragon and drag so that I can easely lose them. While I was in PD i've heard people complain about shootouts during wars, they'd arrive late onto it and all they can do is charge stack you and play coroner as it gives no RP and those people are the same ones that pass 10-15s on low ranking officers so that they wouldn't have to RP. Almost every cop interaction leads you up to a minimum of 2Hours in jail + ridiculous fines, and then people wonder why they don't enjoy the RP. Ever since I went over to the crim side, I sometimes feel like i'm playing in a nazi occupated city. A cop can just ask you to leave for no reason and proceed to arrest you if you don't comply, which is beyond ridiculous + the IA system is extremely flawed, its the same IRL but yeah would be nice it got fixed. The PD cars being that fast just forces people to drive the drag which pisses off every LEO as you can't really do anything about it. If the cost of going to jail wouldnt be this insane then perhaps crims would enjoy driving less OP cars and enjoy the RP a bit more. 3. Limited the prison sentence to a maximum of 2.5 hours and a maximum fine of 25K. I've seen a guy get charged for 4 accessory to murders because he was seeing with a gun next to a shootout. There is no way of knowing if the officer bodycam RP with /time was even made to put charges on the person. This was never even checked during my time in PD except for cases. If the economy wasn't this fucked people would enjoy the RP over the Win-RP as the consequences are ridiculous.

the big problem is that the fast cars require speed bumps, which doesnt happen that often so cruisers that go 230 just keep up.

However some fast sports cars should drive 240 Regardless of your PC specs, please buff these vehicles, and add a sportscar that achieves this so that everyone would be able to get these speeds. Not just the rich The crown vic, goes 230 regardless of your computer, or hitting bumps. same should happen to the comet retro, gauntlet hellfire and rapid GT
