    NVE With Bushes

This is explicitly disallowed per our server rules. This post is not a discussion or game suggestion as there's nothing to be changed from the existing server rules. Locked & archived.
  2. As the previous two said, this is the natural cycle of communities. There's always gonna be old timers who stick around, but most won't regardless of quality or changes. Can you please provide constructive feedback past "change something" so we can further identify what you're trying to focus on? I'll relay feedback up the chain.
  3. Hey there, this is avoided by the driver of the boat entering first and exiting last. If the passenger enters first or exits before the driver, the boat is guaranteed to sink. The possibility of sinking is still there by switching drivers or entering/exiting the driver seat too much, but if the driver stays in their seat it will remain okay for those already within streaming distance. The only way to un-sink the boat once it starts sinking is to exit and reenter its streaming distance via a dimension change with the assistance of administration staff or just travelling far enough away from it. This applies to ALL watercraft. Hopefully this is fixed so my information becomes unnecessary, but this is the best advice I can give for the time being!
  4. Rather than have IDs and aliases be the same, static opacity, they should be separated by type. IDs should have a static opacity regardless of distance so report evidence is easier to validate. An alias should have a dynamic opacity based on distance. When far away, the opacity would be lower, making it harder to read the alias or "recognize" the person. When close up, the opacity rises, making it easier for you to read the alias or "recognize" the person. Additionally, when in a vehicle with closed windows the opacity distance could become even more strict. This allows the quality of life given by aliases and helps remove some of the downsides that come with them. Would love to hear the community's thoughts on this. This is not a thread intended to stretch into the broader issues of aliases such as clearing them, the realism of masks, etc.
  5. While I do generally disagree with additions that detract from potential roleplay, this is a +1 from me. Paying fines is probably the least likely LEO related action I've done that results in RP or player interaction in any capacity, especially given the timezone I play in. To appease both sides, it could have a 1.2x cost multiplier to incentivize using the desk while not causing horrendous loss for doing it through the app instead.
  6. guys look what i saw on my morning walk today thought it was the french onion dip i was gonna freak out
  7. haven't tried it i hate lays what chip do u recommend with the dip
  8. It's not considered metagaming if you sit in a discord call together, we just advise against it because it often leads to passive metagaming. There are LEO members who have received metagaming punishments for passive metagaming in teamspeak. A lot of them sit muted in teamspeak to avoid this while still having quick access to TAC. We also have a public discord server with a few voice channels readily available for you to use, nothing is stopping you. As for the VIP chat, I'm personally against it as I dislike global OOC chat in any non-moderation form, but I produce objective downsides, only subjective.
  9. I think this should be an acceptable solution that helps everyone.
  10. Add /ppm or /gpm so players can open up a group/party PM with other players. This avoids the issue of people feeling like they have to mix over radio with stuff like "save bodycam" and the like. You would be able to invite players to this party PM and they can accept or decline to avoid issues of players mass PMing half the server in one go. It would work virtually identically to a faction chat but would be temporary and only last per session, much like temporary car keys. Players may only be a part of 1 party PM at any given point and can leave it whenever they want. Example commands: /ppm (i)nvite [ppm id] [player id] /ppm (a)ccept [ppm id] /ppm (d)ecline [ppm id] /ppm (l)eave [ppm id] /ppm [ppm id] [text] Each PPM will have its own unique ID for the sake of being able to easily moderate them through logs for metagaming or other unintended usage. Many thanks to @alexalex303 for the idea.
