As someone who lived in LA their whole life, these palm trees are in literally every neighborhood - poor or not. Every house I've lived at had at least one palm tree in the backyard or front yard. Huge improvement to the looks and makes the city feel bigger since there aren't 10km sightlines on every street now. -1, great RP addition and could do with even more.

We've looked into it in the past, but the file size for these mods is too big to justify adding to the server resources download. If a solution to that can be found, then this could potentially be added in the future.

We have literally 0 information on how the gun is going to perform other than one line stating "(ex.: reducing revolver damage done to vehicles)". We should wait to either get more information or see how it performs before completely shutting it down as an option.

I've played with <40 ping and 160+ ping, neither one has caused issues for me after the initial fix pushed soon after the addition of it. Is there consistent, extensive documentation of the issue?
