Expected behavior: When someone shoots/reloads/strips a weapon without gloves or damaged gloves fingerprints should be able to be found on the bullet-casings with a fingerprint tape. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Take any weapon without wearing gloves. Strip the bullet casings, reload the weapon, shoot the weapon, and do the same process over and over again, the result will be the same. The bullet casings won't have any fingerprints on them. This has been tested with @Harveyyy Vehicle license plate number*: N/A

When exactly we had sinks in the server, or do you mean the bug abuse when you were able to refill water from the front door just because you were teleporting to a property which was above the sea?

The suggestion is pretty simple. When someone wants to get a vehicle outside the impound lot and he requires to pay a fee, the officer who is releasing the vehicle is able to see how much money the individual paid, but the individual who owns the car is not able to see how much money he paid for the car. I believe a notification should be sent to them as well to be able to see how much fees they are paying.

Hello, Whisper's proximity needs to be lowered down by a lot. As it is for now people can whisper others from 20 meters away which is pretty much powergaming. Whisper needs to work in a very close range proximity.

-1 Looks really good, i didnt had any real issues around those areas to consider my game un-playable. My fps was 100+ on those areas with Very High settings.

I have no issues adding a timer to /pw as long as everyone gets a timer for storing their pistols heavies in glove-box/trunk and when you strip/load the ammo and adding/removing attachments if you like realism

How can this solved IC with bolos? Not every officer know what happened in a situation I was involved or what if I need to go offline or charges need to be placed on the spot? This needs to be removed to prevent metagame as a lot of people abuse the command
