OOC limitation on IC roleplay

Triads were an 8 person org when I joined, we were literally at the bottom and we made it all the way to the cap with solid members that we could be proud to call Triads. Now you're telling me that we have to cut our forces by a 3rd? This OOC limitation shit is cringe

Sounds like you’re too lazy. Imagine you meet someone with a crazy last name. IRL you’d have to deal with it, not just type in a floating number above their head cus you’re incapable of taking the time to spell it out correctly. This is exactly why it gets ABUSED, along with the fact, we as civilians would rarely be able to tell, let alone report it. Your IC script has OOC benefits and it needs to be readjusted. 90% of the -1 votes are PD/SD. You see legals and criminals upvoting this. Every PD voting -1 is closing their eyes to avoid the truth outside of their faction’s bubble. sorrynotsorry

I understand the reasoning behind your suggestion and agree it’s an issue, maybe introducing a third mechanic faction for the Blaine County/Sandy area would help with the lack of mechanics available.

-1 the concept is sound, but realistically, 70% of people wouldn’t know how to fix a broken down car to a functional condition. Good idea though.

Although this would require a large rework of the laptop, i’m all for getting more out of what the laptop currently provides. Possibly make it so we can order cars from dealerships as well?

Huge +1, I've always supported the idea of a more diverse fishing script. Would make use of the boats and create a lot of interesting RP. Imagine being robbed on a boat and PD with a boat came as a response, or even the MD Lifeguard unit which I've seen a couple times.

IC Issue

As someone who's driven on that same road I can promise you that isn't a a plain plastic barrier. Its reinforced with metal.

It doesn’t, it’s been suggested that fishing on a boat would give more expensive fish, like you said you’d catch larger fish/sea life. Sadly it hasn’t been implemented and all fish are valued the same. Hopefully it’s added in the future, as it would create deeper RP and make use for boats on the server.

+1, good idea, but like everyone else said no Mechanic needs access to a police MDC. Maybe just a vehicle registry for the players of some sort that can be utilized by LSC/Bayview
