Was SD for 6 months and have dabbled in crim RP too since. Huge -1. supers even comet retro isn’t classed as a super is a rarity. A expensive vehicle because of its capability. It’s for the ten percent. It’s a luxury. Not everyone has it. You won’t catch everyone and as law enforcement we’ve catched many retros before even when they went that speed. Law enforcement has live updates, a large array of training and different vehicles to tackle this including supers. I think no changes are needed. These are limited vehicles in the server and are not purchasable anymore. Restricting the retro would be a huge mistake.

Proposed ideas cons outweigh pros. I don't think this would work well. Government's are usually very well financed and takes minimal effort to order in. It's just that the departments fight where to spend the money i.e which department gets what. However good on you for trying to think out of the box but this is a terrible concept based on the fact that criminals don't run out armies to steal at the risk of getting office supplies.

You say alot of people abuse it, you suggested a new idea which is fine but it's not a fix to the problem you stated. I just stated if people are abusing it, report them. Going back to your suggestion I'm saying you can buy medical supplies from stores aswell as other places. You don't really go to EMT's to buy medical gear off them irl.

If people are abusing it, then report them and get their medical licenses taken away. Don't punish the majority for the few who abuse it. Plus you can buy basic medical items found in first aid box's from stores, not just medical if we was to go down that route.
