I agree with this also furthermore this would take away from the secure and ease of ability to track players from a staff point of view and also reporting other players. It may sound good in theory but ultimately not a implementable idea that would work in actual situations.

We shouldn't punish people in prison for IC charges with people who think it's okay to break OOC rules. They're two separate things and the situation itself breaks the whole meta-gaming side to things. How do you punish someone for server rules by breaking further server rules.

Right? I ticket a few of them when I see returning customers using the bank as a safe haven for long term parking. But yeah it would be really nice to see more life and action in the paleto. I mean there's a barber store which you can go in but script-wise it does nothing in sandy shores so that could be utilised.

Suggestion: I would like to have a paid car parking (like the $500 paid car parking in the city) also in paleto. Their is ever growing activity in Paleto and this would help out alot of people that use the north half of the map. Also for the same reasons add a barber store, there's only one (to my knowledge) so I can change my highlights please without always having to drive into the city.

To add to your perspective, as a member of this faction. I've received very in-depth roleplay situations involving extensive dialogue and emotions of which changed how the RP was taking place. What you are seeing is media that appeals to the masses in terms of attraction. As a faction that is trying to get official they are actually pleasing their target audience and are supplying interesting media to appeal to those who come to see screenshots. You've probably tried this but incase you haven't, try uninstalling rockstar's game launcher and rage. Download rage then Rockstar's launcher keeping them on the same drive. Update your steam version if their is any updates and try again as admin.

Make sure your email is correct, check your inbox, check your junk files and any other locations such as if your email system separates general email and ''other'' email.

I'm on the fence to be honest. Usually the situation where you need MDC access is when you're on duty performing your duties. MDC is Government property of which you need to be on duty/on shift to access. Out of bounds access (unless Im mistaken) is usually not allowed unless you're in some specific branch like IB. Correct me if Im wrong but accessing MDC off duty has to be improper use?

Try disable your anti virus before running rage as an admin. Make sure your sound panel input is your correct mic and external is your correct speakers without relaying through any other devices.

And as you can clearly see my point being valid, someone who has mistook the aim of the thread and just used it as a excuse to vent some issues with their experience.

I would suggest finding out from people via in-game in-character as these sort of threads can very easily divert into something unproductive. Also the best advice would be if you're looking to do something, experience it for yourself. No-one will have the same experience as others into joining factions you mentioned.

1) I agree to the fact that having engine on - means you can run does need rework but I do not agree it should be totally decommissioned as a feature. My solution would be if you are under 10 km/h i.e standstill and someone rocks up with a gun at point blank you have to comply, i.e this opens up avenues of roleplay for people. The downside to it would be how does one dispute if someone else is under 10km/h or not just by the movement of vehicle visually. So if a vehicle is still even with engine on but has a firearm pointed at them at close range they should comply as the risk of being shot in attempting to flee is high. Their needs to be a sweet balance for both parties giving a chance to run.

Issue Being Reported: Audio problems; unable to hear some people on my work radio (SD). I hear some people clearly where others are more of a faint voice from a man on his death bed in his last moments, where others can hear them fine. I've updated all my drivers and have all volume(s) on max. This is a new PC and I can't seem to fix it.
