I don't agree with removing the bank ncz to the inside only. I find that drastic, you can resize it so it's only in the immediate area and interior. Just make the size of the NCZ smaller if it's such a issue and see how it does rather than just remove it from the exterior altogether.

To be honest the reason why I support this is because of the visual aspect. It was too OP last time it was implemented, so If the damage was nerfed it just adds more variety of those who would want to collect one or just simply have one. If it was to be implemented without the OP factor I really don't see an issue if someone wanted one for the visual factor.

I say if you make it on the same playing field in terms of damage as any other pistol like the heavy I welcome it +1

If this gets implemented it should cost you something like 100 dollars a minute, maybe even more to try and avoid anyone using it for trolling purposes. Donators could get a slight perk in this where they pay less. Could be ideal for calling a taxi when your phones dead? Also calling 911 should still give your name due to the fact to avoid any influx of people being silly behind this feature

I agree with this also furthermore this would take away from the secure and ease of ability to track players from a staff point of view and also reporting other players. It may sound good in theory but ultimately not a implementable idea that would work in actual situations.

We shouldn't punish people in prison for IC charges with people who think it's okay to break OOC rules. They're two separate things and the situation itself breaks the whole meta-gaming side to things. How do you punish someone for server rules by breaking further server rules.

Right? I ticket a few of them when I see returning customers using the bank as a safe haven for long term parking. But yeah it would be really nice to see more life and action in the paleto. I mean there's a barber store which you can go in but script-wise it does nothing in sandy shores so that could be utilised.

Suggestion: I would like to have a paid car parking (like the $500 paid car parking in the city) also in paleto. Their is ever growing activity in Paleto and this would help out alot of people that use the north half of the map. Also for the same reasons add a barber store, there's only one (to my knowledge) so I can change my highlights please without always having to drive into the city.

To add to your perspective, as a member of this faction. I've received very in-depth roleplay situations involving extensive dialogue and emotions of which changed how the RP was taking place. What you are seeing is media that appeals to the masses in terms of attraction. As a faction that is trying to get official they are actually pleasing their target audience and are supplying interesting media to appeal to those who come to see screenshots. I actually was thinking of this a few days ago. It should be optional on the receivers end if they want to see it.

You've probably tried this but incase you haven't, try uninstalling rockstar's game launcher and rage. Download rage then Rockstar's launcher keeping them on the same drive. Update your steam version if their is any updates and try again as admin.
