  1. Yeah, think it being automated with the options to set settings like requirements like valid drivers etc etc as mentioned in previous comments can be a great step forward.
  2. Click your name at the top > account settings > Under display name click change
  3. This issue was addressed by a head admin on the 30/08/2020 on the public announcement discord section.
  4. Good luck with this, strange things be happening in Los Santos!
  5. Raising the limit on how much you need to play defeats the ability to go all in for a low amount of cash to try reap as much profit as possible from other people raising past their turn.
  6. I appreciate your input and politely disagree with it not being an issue. For example why would someone who runs ATM>Table and goes all in on 1.5k each time be on the same chance of winning of those who continue to raise i.e risking 40-50k + let's say for example. Bringing a higher minimum to the table would mean this problem stops. Upstairs could be low stakes table, bottom floor higher stakes table.
  7. Just wanted to see what people would feel like about some minor changes/additions to tequi-la-la 1) Edit the UI of slots so you can manually put in how much you want to risk per spin (up to 4000 instead of 2000). When I play slots I have to spam the heck out of my house over 20-30 times to get the max spin. 2) I know their maybe some issues with poker currently about some winning hands or split hands not working. If we fix this and also add a UI telling the player if their hand is any good as it plays i.e telling someone they have a full house as they play (Helping non poker players be able to play and have fun with it too) 3) Add maybe a jukebox where you can pay like 500 bucks for a song from YT if possible, like a tequi-la-la radio with the option to mute it. 4) ADD A HIGHER MINIMUM TO PLAY, currently it's 1.5k and what they do is go all in with 1.5 and hope everyone continues to play and keep raising therefore they put in 1.5 and have a chance of winning more than they put in which defeats the purpose of poker. Overall, I think this could make tequi-la-la a more fun place Just to edit: There are similar posts in different requests. People just want more to do in tequila

    Stay out of Fort Zancudo!
  9. Do you play via steam purchased version of GTA V?
  10. +1 Something I've always been in conversations about with other law enforcement. Should be added for PD/SD/NG.
  11. The idea of everyone having Kevlar like masks is painful. ''Legal'' personnel should not be acquiring illegally imported kevlar anyway even if it's for aesthetics to be quite frank. At the end of the day it's still possession of illegally imported items. If MD or any other government agency requires kevlar for whatever reason they should make a request to the government and go through IC channels to gain it via faction spawn points, if they can't already.
  12. 1) With this suggestion it would need to affect all players, not just one group of people. Currently you can physically hold whatever you want up to the volume of storage your person has in inventory and whatever guns you want in the weapon wheel. 2) If you wanted to limit people via server rules this would apply to both criminals and non criminals. So you would not be able to carry a AK, shotgun and .50 let's say for example. 3) Their are already contingencies such as faction rules to prevent government agencies going overboard. 4) Their always has to be a balance between a game and realism and I think with the current faction rules is better opposed to it being server rules.

  14. The present : Chapter 2 (I) Teddy grew more confident in his day to day operations and calls after his break and he found himself in some very high-pressure situations which reminded Teddy why he loved the job so much. Teddy would actively try get himself involved in the more high pressured situations where possible as he found himself excelling under such situations as he was trained for this in the past under his previous department's special enforcement detail. Teddy found himself working with the other departments in the area such as the Los Santos Police Department, so far so good. All joint operations have been very successful and professional. Teddy starts to notice where he can help more within his own department and continues to do his job, waiting for future opportunities to exert himself for the better of the department. High speed pursuit of a wanted 811 who opened fire on a fellow deputy. The deputy who was shot at backed away to save his life while Teddy persued him trying to relay the information to the rest of his shift-team members. Unfortunately the 811 was too fast for the regular traffic cruisers this time.
  15. The present : Chapter 2 Continuation of post 1 Teddy King received an offer from the Los Santos Sheriff Dept. for his re-instatement, which he gladly accepted. Teddy looked forward to being back on the job and performing his duties as this was part of his character more so than his job. Teddy began reading the manuals for any changes from his previous employment and began getting up to date. Once he was familiar with the manuals and any differences he began helping the people of Paleto (Los Santos). He spoke with a few hopeful applicants at the time who complained about the waiting time for interviews and physicals. Teddy spoke about the job with them and kept them interested and in understanding why somethings can take some time in their wait. Teddy's first response to a bank heist; He arrived on scene and began blocking off a section to create a strong perimeter to help maintain order and traffic flow to the actual bank location which was under attack. SWAT intel relayed that the hostage was a false hostage and was one of their friends/would be robbers. Command gave the decision to stack up on the bank and enter aggressive. The 3 bank robbers were shot and contained, the false hostage gave up without a fight. All participants of the robbery were arrested and charged. Teddy responded to a backup call on the toll booth area from a command member, upon arrival Teddy rushed in with a BLS kit on his back and began performing medical duties to keep a suspect alive untill LSEMS arrived. He accepted the suspect from his commanding deputy and escorted the LSEMS ambulance with the suspect in custody to the hospital, where Teddy then took him to prison for his charges.
  16. It is to have fun. Some people enjoy being able to play within roleplay guidelines where it is like real life but in gta v, where you make a character and role-play his story and life out. Instead of the multiplayer online where you just non stop shoot each other and stuff, here their is reasons for doing stuff.
  17. Profile & Lore (the past) Ted was a decorated seasoned Deputy Sheriff in Orange county, California. He was part of special enforcement detail & the training programme where new candidates were trained. He had earned his stripes through his years of service, joining at 21. He had become one of the younger advanced personnel. Ted enjoyed his job alot and gave him clarity of life and the person he wanted to be. Especially on the days where he was having trouble at home with his spouse, he would find his job a place of haven and focus. During his time as a Deputy Sheriff, Ted won many awards with his department from most arrests to most violent crime cases solved to even most liked Deputy by the class of 15' trainees. Ted enjoyed his job more than anything and always pushed in for overtime. He was young, naive and wanting to pursue his career. Ted was someone who most trainees wanted to work alongside with, often getting the best in-sight with Teddy. Regardless of the weather, holiday time, Teddy would come on duty. ((to be continued))
  18. Profile & Lore (The present) Name: Teddy King (Nickname: ~ ) Age: 28 Height: 6 ft, Weight: 205 lbs Relationship status: Estranged Kids: 0 Occupation: Retired Deputy // (??) CHAPTER 1 - The move Teddy decided he needed a break from his estranged spouse, Lauren and current life in San Francisco. Travelling to Los Santos for a short stay. When Teddy arrived to the city late one night and set himself up at the hotel he found on yelp. He began activities in the city the next day, he usual touristy stuff; fishing at the pier, beach party at Vespucci beach, parachuting off mount chilliad, ATV riding in the deserts of Senora etc. He tried to keep busy and focus on what he wanted from life and how he was going to achieve this. The break was great for Teddy's well being and mental health as he was having relationship issues with his partner and had recently lost a close relative of whom he cherished. He missed his job however enjoyed the peace, Ted was a seasoned deputy sheriff of which most other deputies looked up to. On one of his activities Teddy where he visited one of the mining areas where he met a current LSPD Dezzy_Bala, he had previous encounters with Sgt. Bala from previous law enforcement work where the FIB had to get involved as a man hunt was in progress for a serial murderer who skipped counties. They spoke for awhile and exchanged contact details before going separate ways as Teddy had a dinner reservation. Later on that day when Teddy returned to his hotel he looked up the staff in the city under LSPD and noticed a few names he knew from past cases such as Jason Steel and Damien Blix. He reached out with them and they went for a beer later on the week and Ted told them what he was up to in the city and why he was there. Following that event, Ted had the idea of re-instating from his old department to this city as a new start and to make his short stay into a more longer term arrangement. Letting go of the past..Ted decided to list his cherished rare Comet retro to the market of Los Santos, something he enjoyed alot however it would remind him of the past and what he was trying to leave behind him so he listed it. Ted hopes to re-invest the money into putting down roots in Los Santos, a home of his own with a garden. Ted remains optimistic for the future and is waiting to hear back from the Los Santos Sheriff Dept about his re-in statement. ~Will be writing more as it happens.

  22. Arnold King - Biography of events - The blazing end ((Will be writing a story shortly when I get round to it under the chapters but enjoy a photo for now, chapters subject to change)) ((Disclaimer : Any of the events below are for OOC entertainment and not to be taken IC)) Chapter 1 - The long wait Arnold grew annoyed with the propaganda of the opposition group, co-coordinating with the high command of WCA, he called DeAndre and Michael Laurie to organise one final attack with all the men who were available at the time. The response from the men were staggered due to the call for this attack being out of the regulated time of attacks. However the Assassins rose from their sleep one by one. The wind blowing gently against the roofs of the building of the ''Hideout'' location...a eerily calm before the storm ahead. The numbers that rose to defend the West Coast Assassin family were ready to lay their lives on the line to fight the villainous council once more. Andre also arrived with Trey to supplement the lines, bringing some morale with the choice to go in one final time behind Arnold's call. As the Assasins prepared for the upcoming battle, each Assassin quiet, knowing what is to come. Arnold spoke to his men, addressing them in the ''pre-battle war speech'' Chapter 2 : The speech ''I have had the honour to fight along side each and every one of you Assassins, you have stood up to protect your family and friends, The place we call home..! Now I must ask you all to fight for what's ours once more.. The fight will not be easy, the group we fight today represents nothing but the greed and disgust of humanity...we must fight and protect what is right The gap in between your shoulders, stand tight, let no man, woman or spirit pass the line.. Fight for what you are trained for, fight till the grounds are flooded red with blood...if it be our blood..LET IT PAINT HISTORY SO THEY KNOW WE DID NOT GIVE UP! '' The unprepared speech was well received, raising spirits and reminding the Assassins who arrived why we fought. Chapter 3 - The blazing end As the men noticed the enemy approach their location with the blue and red vehicles on the horizon, the Assassins took their positions, with their heavy firepower and tactics organised, they waited. They waited until the first wave was close and began lighting them up, a shootout ensued which could be heard from the surrounding districts. The first wave, The assassins had knocked back the council, however with the call of NLA to further backdate the council, the waves kept coming. Arnold lifted his rifle targeting a blue super car nearby, aiming for the engine & petrol tank. He managed to disable the vehicle as the two occupants stepped out returning fire however Arnold did not notice the vehicle catch fire, as he continued shooting towards the two occupants. All of a sudden their was a high whistle of a explosion, knocking Arnold out, unconscious. The vehicle had exploded causing shrapnel to hit Arnold and knock him out unconscious. Arnold fell near the fire's growing proximity..as the grass engulfed in the petrol fuelled flames. The two occupants continued firing on the Assassins leaving Arnold to burn in the fire. (To be continued)
  23. The last thing Arnold seen in the last fire-battle between WCA and Council Thanks to everyone I met through WCA, it's been fun
