I did not get my stuff back as I have stepped away from the scene and submitted a report to get my death voided. By the time the death was voided my body was already looted, I did not lose much anyway and it is way below the refund limit so It doesn't really matter, I don't care much about my stuff, I am just here to report that bug.

Hello there @Xoza, I have switched between my alternative character to my main one and took the vehicle out of the parking lot, I was trying to turn the cruise on multiple times while driving but there was no success. I stopped my vehicle at the side of the road infront of Central MD and quitted the game itself in order to relog my game. When I came back to the server I have found my character dead. So yeah, I did not log out while moving and no, I was not being killed. It happened to me one time only during my playtime on the server which is already recorded above.

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: I was on my alternative account and did the command /logout to switch between my accounts, I switched to the main account of mine and released the vehicle from the parking lot, I was trying to turn the cruise control on multiple times with no success and decided to do a relog to my game, I relaunched the game and logged in to my account, I have picked the main character of mine and respawned when I relogged at, I somehow found the body of mine ontop of the vehicle and decided to make a bug report. Been with you guys since I started to play on that server. Ya'all instantly welcomed me and made me feel like a family. I'd like to thank you for the time we had together and for the opportunity to meet all of you.

That day started with an announcement from the "council" who declared war against us, Looks like they haven't estimate us well it is our showtime to show everyone the power of WCA, We pick-locked all of the cars they had at their HQ and chopped it straight away, We were driving around the city, hunting Zetas and Triads and suddenly I have noticed one of them talking with the cops and snitching on us, They had a lot of arguments about speaking with the cops and snitching and yet they doing it by themselves, what a JOKE! Later on, we all went back to our home, GROVE and chilled there.

A meeting was called at Grove and we all were asked to be there. A large amount of WCA members gathered up there and were waiting for the meeting to begin. Then a convoy of gray coloured cars affiliated with Aztecas arrived to Grove and lined up against the wall, Meanwhile the high-command were having a meeting inside our property and the rest were meeting each other. The Blatans were trying to cause us troubles around the city lately, We decided to assemble as a team and hunt them around the city and up North, They tried to ambush us several times, but every time they tried to ambush us, they got defeated. One of them was even trying to impersonate to a COP and just lost his carbine and a vest.

We all went together to check labs up north, Suddenly we noticed a few members of Skulls cooking at Braddocks, We decided to get them at gun point and rob all of them. We gathered them up at the middle of Braddocks and did what we had to. Then we all loaded up in our cars and made our way to the pier, A meeting was going on between WCA to the Donuts Gang, It went smooth and we all got to know each other. Later on, Lou made his way to Grove and noticed a group of Zetas waiting there, He were told that there is meeting going on between WCA, Zetas and Ballas, The high-command were speaking inside the hangout and discussed few things there, Lou found out that Ballas approached Zetas and complained about us hunting them around the city. Few hours later, a meeting was called at Grove with an Ex-Ballas who used to be a high-command there. Several things were discussed and we were told by them that they all left Ballas and it is about to come to its end. A day later, West Coast Assassins finally finished to build their Warehouse. Another goal of WCA which was on our priority list has finally achieved.

A fashion show was going on in the city, They all decided to go there and show some presence, We all dressed up in formal suits and made our way to the event. A couple of hours after the event, Ballas decided to show some courage for the first time in a month, It was an unsuccessful attack for them, We all got there and made a counter attack on them and managed to clap a group of them. The rest of them already dipped after getting few shots at and abandoned their friends. After taking care of the DEAD of Ballas, We broke into their vehicles and chopped them all. Lou continued with his own and noticed a few rats running around the street, He decided to get them at gun point and rob them by himself. While Lou and John were refiling gas at Mirror Park Gas Station, We noticed a Jester going down from the Dam towards us, We hopped in our cars and started to chase him all around the city, After a couple of minutes of chase, we lost visual on him and decided to go and check up the Dam again. When we got there we saw a few purple cars parked on top of it and decided to check it out. We went downstairs towards the technical room and found their high-commands hiding in there and hosting a secret meeting, A backup call was called to the Dam and meanwhile we started to rob all of them. Later on, Lou passed by Mirror Park Gas Station and noticed a bunch of them standing there at the corner, When they noticed him, they felt the fear of WCA and were shocked and got on their knees,

Its been a while that the LSPD raids WCA on a daily basis at our street, We have experienced a few fatalities and decent amount of detained people including few high-commands of WCA. A meeting was called and we have decided to take more steps against the LSPD and show them who really control the city. From this moment, the LSPD going to feel the fear when a WCA member passes by them and they will not go alone no more.
