I'm on the fence to be honest. Usually the situation where you need MDC access is when you're on duty performing your duties. MDC is Government property of which you need to be on duty/on shift to access. Out of bounds access (unless Im mistaken) is usually not allowed unless you're in some specific branch like IB. Correct me if Im wrong but accessing MDC off duty has to be improper use?

Try disable your anti virus before running rage as an admin. Make sure your sound panel input is your correct mic and external is your correct speakers without relaying through any other devices.

And as you can clearly see my point being valid, someone who has mistook the aim of the thread and just used it as a excuse to vent some issues with their experience.

I would suggest finding out from people via in-game in-character as these sort of threads can very easily divert into something unproductive. Also the best advice would be if you're looking to do something, experience it for yourself. No-one will have the same experience as others into joining factions you mentioned.

1) I agree to the fact that having engine on - means you can run does need rework but I do not agree it should be totally decommissioned as a feature. My solution would be if you are under 10 km/h i.e standstill and someone rocks up with a gun at point blank you have to comply, i.e this opens up avenues of roleplay for people. The downside to it would be how does one dispute if someone else is under 10km/h or not just by the movement of vehicle visually. So if a vehicle is still even with engine on but has a firearm pointed at them at close range they should comply as the risk of being shot in attempting to flee is high. Their needs to be a sweet balance for both parties giving a chance to run.

Expunge my admin jail .. Ontopic: would be cool to see a system where we can appeal the tickets given to us by Leo members (the one they hand out personally). I was once had a ticket for parking outside a building, vehicle left abandoned but i actually fell through worlds and couldn’t reach my vehicle. I approached some lspd members who said their really wasn’t a way to remove them .. in the end I paid it (500 bucks) but I was more displeased about it being on my record as it was something out of my reach to find a reaolution.
