I feel there should be a member minimum for one to be created. A way of adding a "contract" where the person must have roughly 10 people sign it for it to be actually created. This will reduce the spam of factions and keep it neat - Another suggestion could be to reduce the requirements to become official and allow people who have good intentions of RP and good quality members within it.

On top of this it could be a neat idea having a wardrobe where the clothes stored can be chosen as outfits and when in your house and you do /outfit 1 it changes to the first 1

The dev team have already made this a thing now: Being hungry or thirsty will drop your health to low amount, but will not kill you

+1 on top of this can we get a consumption bar for food, so, for example, it takes 2 seconds or something to eat a burger and when the bar is done your bar is fully replenished, this will give some indication to how long it takes to eat for players and will make it a lot easier and cheaper since no one wants to stand there for 20 seconds for 2 burgers and 3 quarters of the bar full.

looking at this list made me buy the raptor.

I go to the Impound Lot rather often, majority of the times I go there and no one is even there to release their vehicles, I then head back to Mission Row to see people saying "I have been waiting at impound for hours and have just got here can someone come", honestly, there is a buzzer for a reason and I feel you guys should wait there and consistently use the buzzer - I enjoy coming to the impound so just use the buzzer and I'll come along.

Surely after getting one ticket you'll wonder why you just got a text saying your speeding? The speed cameras are there to avoid people from speeding in nczs, which is in fact a rule break. You cant say you didn't know about them as your excuse to 40 tickets when it's very obvious when you get a ticket..

Huge +1 to this suggestion, we need to be more places to do activities like this and I feel it's the perfect place, on top of that you can fish there and people could host competitions for fishing there (since it's an NCZ it'll be safe etc.).
