I agree with @Com783. Speed cameras that automatically send you a speeding ticket if you reach more than +20km/h or similiar. This was implemented on one of the greatest SAMP servers and worked without major issues. It is ridiculous to get 10 new patients outside Pillbox Hill MD because people are driving 200 km/h and then to get inside the emergency drop off lane. That would be a GREAT location to place a speeding cam.

+1 for the first suggestion listed. To get new players a new job that will actually ICly help the roads get cleaned up.

+1. The limit has to be adjusted in some way for new players to start their RP living. Robberies require little to no RP at all and it is fair to increase the limitations to protect our newer players. I will try to take this to higher staff.

Activities for new players is something that should be prioritized in terms of development to ensure that we get a new flow of players who wish to stay on the server whilst having fun, instead of being limited to trucker/bus/courier etc. Supporting the hunting job suggestion! Good post.

Agreeing and supporting the suggestion for ammunition. As for bulletproof vests I will have to agree with the previous replies debating against it. It will create a climate where criminals get more trigger happy which is not something Eclipse needs.

Great suggestion. To add onto the suggestion after giving it a thought I think utilizing an inactivity timer for inactive owners could be useful too: Player X owns business Y and goes inactive for more than 1 month. Business Y becomes leasable for players by the script (1 week at a time). The script allows players to bid for a duration of 8 hours before it is assigned and on leasing contract. An automated bleet would be sent out publically, informing about the leasing ability. When Player X returns active he will retain ownership of business Y - as long as there is no active leasing contract at the time he/she returns. If the owner returns during an active leasing contract he/she needs to wait until the leasing contract has ended. Let me know what you think!

Reasonable suggestion. Spare keys for your house to share == spare keys for your car(s) to share. Supporting.

I don't see the necessity of kevlar vests. You mention motorcycle accidents and I think it's perfectly fine that a player would need assistance from medics after a great crash or fall. If anything - if this was implemented it would probably make criminal groups even more trigger happy, which is something that wouldn't benefit the server and/or RP climate in any way.

Good suggestion right here. Instead of fearing for your car being stolen 24/7 unless parked in an NCZ (which I feel is Non RP) it could balance the car thefts with an easier and more efficient way for PD to RP car chases, helping the citizens.

Anyone should be able to Roleplay anything - whether it involves using the same "gang" colors on their cars, using similiar "gang" clothing, lying ICly or impersonating someone else. What you suggest is restricting the ways of Roleplaying. Find these people ICly and figure out how to deal with them ICly, not through OOC interaction on the forums.

One of the best proposals I have seen on Eclipse. The fact that there will be new content to the RP scene instead of just being locked up and walking around in a cell for an hour or two makes this a perfect suggestion. Increasing jail times would be good, both IC and OOC wise as the overall RP experience for most players would expand on all levels. If this gets endorsed and developed I could see the following develop: Criminals fear prison more than they currently do. If they get jailed they would enjoy their time more instead of AFKing in an empty prison cell with no interaction -> PD would have more time for traffic enforcement as violent crimes decreases -> Better RP driving instead of a majority driving 150-200 km/h on 70 km/h roads -> Less "fell out of the window and broke my leg" calls for MD with little to no RP involved -> Newcomers would enjoy their courier/trucker jobs as robberies would potentially decrease with the new jail times -> Players would probably be happier about the server climate and population increases. Very good suggestion. This happened to me multiple times and it is annoying to feel unsafe in NCZs. Hopefully scripters can do something about this.
