There is some comments from the staff members which says : "GTA online", "Battle royale server". As from the staff members as a player I would like to see comments with more arguments added to it, not just two words about nothing. Also guys sadly, but in real life (i am not talking about movies, I am a fan of mafia documentaries), if a gang, mafia or criminal organization is fighting each other, there will be drive by shootouts ( where car goes, sprays some bullets to one or couple people and leaves the scene). I am not offering that drive by should be allowed, I am just making an argument with facts that if you are roleplaying a criminal which belongs to one gang and you are fighting another criminal gang - in real life you will not give demands in shootouts , because there is a WAR going and your life is at danger. The rule HAS to be added about active shootouts, hot zone, war zone or you can call it how you want it, with more details on it, because what is happening now - some people uses and might use in the future these shootouts for their own favor to punish people OOC (to get him banned, because: " i didn't shoot you in the shootout and you didn't give me any demands"). This suggestion is really good and would prevent from reports and from people who will try harm another players OOC. +1

Hello everyone, This topic thread almost says all about my suggestion, so it would be more realistic if you could buy additional ammunition for the pistols instead of buying the whole gun. I know that pistol prices have increased to prevent from robberies and random shootings, for me it is all good, but buying every single time a new gun, because you run out of ammunition it seems non realistic. The ammunition price should be lower then buying the whole gun - because you simply are buying only ammo, not the whole new gun. (for example, new gun with 50 bullets cost from 9k-11k so 50 ammo would cost 4k- 5k) So in conclusion my offer is that you would be able to buy ammo from the gun stores. +1 if you agree -1 if you don't agree Also feel free to share your opinion about it.

+1 from me, it could be now the main bank, but there is more of them, like 4-5 but the smaller ones, so they could be the ones who you can rob. Also would be awesome to if you could rob jewelry stores. For both of them there could be a timer, when it can be robbed again, like a cooldown or something.

Again, i am not talking directly about this situation that happened, this situation only made me thinking that we actually need some upgrade on the penal code and that is all.

I am not only talking about this situation but overall, if we wan't lawyers and etc. Penal code should be updated a bit more in details. Because now you are looking in this situation fully OOC, but look it from IC, when cops discussing between them if it is legal or not and afterwards they decide it is not legal even tho it is not written anywhere so by law you didn't break anything and you can't be arrested for that. (P.S i haven't been arrested). Quick example - in my country there wasn't written in penal code that you can't smoke in public place, cops tried to give me administration punishment and write a ticket for that, but guess what, they didn't do shit, because in penal code there is only written that you can't smoke near the hospitals, school, kindergarten and etc. Only after one year I think they made a new edit to the postal code that you CAN ONLY smoke in marked smoking areas and that you are not allowed to smoke in public. Do you get my idea ? Maybe corruption wasn't the best word to chose, but the main thing is that COPS can't add or make new rules by themselves. But lets agree on - that cops doesn't show good RP. I am not talking about low ranks, who might joined recently or still learning but I am talking about the upper ranks. They are using lethal weapons when not needed, they are driving in unmarked cars and later doesn't even introduce themselves as cops ( yeah OOC I see their badge number and I know that they are cops because of the blue name tag), by introducing i mean saying their name and badge number. Also 2 cops (not talking about low ranks again) stopping car with 8 guys inside is also poor rp, don't you think? My idea is that cops should be punished IC more and the punishment can come by having lawyers or at least letting players defend themselves by using the penal code. It is just my opinion and suggestion. Every person has the right to have their opinion. Cheers.

Hello, So after yesterdays accident, when we got pulled over by police by driving a 8 seater car Granger (4 guys were holding on the sides). The situation happened that some guys asked to take picture of us, we agreed and after 1 minute cops showed up, they even asked each other if this kind of thing is legal (driving outside by holding on the sides) and suddenly they decided it was not legal to do so. I asked them were it is written in the Penal code that you can't drive on the sides? Guess what, they didn't had the answer because there is no written thing there about it. So they just made rule in the Penal code by themselves. So if in the future there is gonna be lawyers in the server, also it would be good for criminals, you should update and keep updated the Penal code, because in these days, cops ( some of the higher ups) roleplaying like corrupted cops, which is not allowed, by corrupted i mean - creating their own rules and penal codes. In real life police Officers follows the Penal code and the server has one also: Check it here (Penal code 2018). But most of the them doesn't even know them or randomly adds the rules by the context. I don't mean that every single small detail should be written there, but it definitely has to be updated. I believe that, especially higher ups, MUST know the Penal code.

+1 I believe that with the visual thing will be hard, because as you know, if you crash your car and come to get people who is more far away, for them car looks perfect. So I would think that It would be better to just stall the engine but not from the first minute you start chopping it. Like Vito said from 5th minute or something like that.

Hello nateX, you are saying that you see RP as a /me's and /do's, right? I have scrolled all your faction page up and down and saw only one picture with /me's and /do's which one was also edited and who knows, maybe you have taken the picture and then edited by putting some /me's and /do's ? There is no facts about you - evidence in other words. Only pictures of ranch, super cars and guns, nothing more. Lets be honest, we had a really good example before the warehouse "restart" when there was 2 factions (or 3) who were managed by the staff members, they had like 15-18 members in the faction and only 2-4 of the whole faction team was active (it is OOC information). What happened next, the discussions started coming out because there was questions going around, why the factions has the warehouses if they are not being in server and not even involving in any RP situation? No one could answer the question, we got only a reply: the faction will lose the warehouse if the whole faction will stay inactive for 3 months or you can get a reason to go to war with them. This two options were not possible because those gangs were inactive and was also working in the "shadows". I literally OOCly were spying on one faction ( I will not mention the name) and saw that one guy from the faction always joins for couple of minutes and then logs out just for not to lose the warehouse. So what is the point? Where is the fun? Role play should be fun, shouldn't it be? As for your faction, even I have only met you once ICly ( I am playing for about 6months) have couple of different characters and I haven't met you guys or saw any of your good RP. I don't hate you and I am not mad that my ex faction didn't get the official status. But just try to understand and realize that if in real life if there would be gangsters or mafia that would have ranch, so many super cars, so many guns, they would be known by the police or other higher, lower tier gangs. It is impossible that gang has 200000000000$ and still no one knows about them. For this much cash you would need to do money laundering, a lot of gun trades, chopping cars etc. which would involve other people not just only your guys. You will probably say that some of the people knows you, well some isn't enough, because our ex faction got a question from the staff team: what are you bringing to the server and the community? Well I have the same question for you, what are you bringing to the server and the community? Really looking forward by getting the answer from you. What i want to say is that I really don't want that I would happen the same as It was before with the warehouses, one inactive gang owns warehouse and from 15 members only one or two guys active which claims to be working in the "shadows". I would really like to see some good Role play situations from your side ICly but if that is not possible, then atleast OOC in your forum thread. Because as high tier criminals or gang you should show really high role play which would be a good example for our server and the community. That is all from me. Cheers.

Some people find hard driving also with third person and a lot of crashes happening either way, but as I said before it would be more realistic.
