Expected behavior: The tattoo menu should open. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Walk into the store, approach the chair and you get prompted to press y to open the tattoos menu. Pressing Y does not do anything, however. They are also missing the circle on the floor. Vehicle license plate number*: N/A

I get this everytime I log in. You need to wait for the three boxes to pop up on the bottom left, then open up an overlay. Steam or the Home menu. Leave it for 30 seconds then close it. You should then connect and be able to log in. If it didn't work your timing was off and try again.
